Abstract

本发明是一种利用皮革废弃物制造生物革的方法,利用制革下脚料制备胶原蛋白,胶原蛋白中加入硫化二亚胺,反应得到a组分;1,4‑丁二醇中加入扩链剂和异氰酸脂(MDI),反应后加入助催化剂和有机硅单体反应得到b组分;将a组分、b组分和三官能团交联剂混合,然后加入保护胶体得到涂覆物;将涂覆物均匀地涂覆于布料表面,干燥后得到生物革。本发明制备的生物革手感、观感和透气性与真皮差异不大,具有丰满、柔软和富有弹性的特点,可用作服装、沙发、手套和皮鞋等面料。

Description

一种利用皮革废弃物制造生物革的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型皮革的制备方法,具体涉及利用皮革废弃物制造生物革的方法。
背景技术
制革行业面临的主要问题是资源紧张与环境污染两大问题。在制革过程中,制革废弃物如不利用,则被作为废弃物丢弃,这不仅浪费了优良的原料皮资源,也造成了极大的环境污染。
随着全球性环境问题变得越来越严峻以及可持续发展的要求,充分利用制革废弃物是解决及应对上述问题的方向和有效方法。
制革废弃物中80%以上是胶原蛋白,胶原蛋白分子链上具有丰富的氨基羧基和少量羟基,具有很强的功能性。利用制革废弃物进行深加工,可以减轻制革过程对环境造成的污染,不但减少了大量制革废弃物,而且资源利用过程中获得的产品也可以产生巨大的经济效益,实现制革过程的可持续发展,符合循环经济的要求,实现皮革工业的绿色发展。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种利用皮革废弃物制造生物革的方法,得到具备天然皮革特性的生物革,从而减轻制革污染并实现资源再利用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种利用皮革废弃物制造生物革的方法,其特征在于:
第一步:制备胶原蛋白:制革下脚料经酶解和浓缩,得到蛋白含量为70%-75%的胶原蛋白;
第二步:制备a组分和b组分:
100质量份胶原蛋白中加入0.2-0.5质量份硫化二亚胺,在40-50℃的条件下搅拌反应4-8小时得到a组分;
100质量份1,4-丁二醇中分别加入1-2质量份的扩链剂和10-15质量份的异氰酸脂(MDI),50℃-55℃下搅拌反应2-3小时;然后加入0.05-0.15质量份的助催化剂和2-4质量份的有机硅单体,50℃-55℃下搅拌反应3-4小时得到b组分;
第三步:制备涂覆物:将a组分、b组分和三官能团交联剂按照质量比7:2-4:0.4-0.6混合,加入pH值缓冲液调节反应系统pH值7-9,然后加入a组分和b组分质量总和0.5‰-1.5‰的保护胶体,恒温55℃-65℃下搅拌反应4-8小时得到涂覆物;
第四步:制备生物革:将涂覆物均匀地涂覆于布料表面,干燥后得到生物革。
所述的制革
下脚料为脱灰工序以及脱灰工序之前的下脚料。
所述的助催化剂为双(环戊二烯基)二氯化钛。
所述的扩链剂为二乙氨基乙醇。
所述的三官能团交联剂为聚氮丙啶交联剂。
所述的pH值缓冲液为醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液。
所述的保护胶体为聚丙烯酸钠。
所述的布料为棉布或者合成布料。
酶解所用的酶为1398蛋白酶,用量为皮重的1.5%,酶解反应5-8小时。
本发明充分利用制革废弃物,利用制革废弃物与三官能团交联剂制造出生物革,胶原含量在70%以上,具有天然的皮革性能,用途广泛。本发明技术可用于减少皮革固体废弃物的大量堆积及减轻其对环境的污染问题,同时可实现皮革废弃物的资源化利用,具有很好的应用前景。
本发明制备的生物革手感、观感和透气性与真皮差异不大,具有丰满、柔软和富有弹性的特点,可用作服装、沙发、手套和皮鞋等面料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和相应技术效果进一步说明本发明。
以下是胶原蛋白制备例:
利用制革废弃物制备胶原蛋白:猪皮碱膨胀后片皮下脚料依次经脱灰、水洗、酶解和浓缩制成胶原蛋白成品。其中酶解工艺:加入皮重1.5%的1398蛋白酶,反应6小时。经测定,胶原蛋白成品中蛋白质含量为71.5%;
以下是生物革制备例:
第一步,制备a组分:100kg胶原蛋白中加入300g硫化二亚胺,在45℃的情况下搅拌反应6个小时,得到a组分。
第二步,制备b组分:
100kg1,4-丁二醇中分别缓慢加入1.5kg的二乙氨基乙醇和12kg的异氰酸脂(MDI),50℃-52℃下搅拌反应3小时;再加入100g的双(环戊二烯基)二氯化钛和3kg的有机硅单体,55℃下搅拌反应4小时得到b组分。
第三步,制备涂覆物材料:
a组分70kg加b组分30kg,再加500g作为三官能团交联剂的聚氮丙啶交联剂(产品型号SaC-100),加pH值缓冲液调节反应系统pH至8左右,加入1kg的聚丙烯酸钠,60℃下缓慢搅拌反应6小时得到涂覆物材料。
其中:pH值缓冲液制备方法:取无水醋酸钠100g,加水1500ml溶解后,加溴酚蓝指示液5ml及冰醋酸300~250ml,至溶液从蓝色转变为纯绿色,再加水稀释至3000ml,即得。
第四步,制备生物革:
将第三步产物涂覆物材料均匀辊涂于布料的一个侧面,经烘干和整理得到生物革。经测定生物革厚度0.7-0.8mm(单层)。
以下是本发明实施例制备的生物革与相同厚度的猪皮头层服装革以及相同厚度的山羊皮服装革成分、手感和观感指标的对比结果。
山羊皮服装革胶原蛋白含量在75-80%之间,猪皮头层服装革胶原蛋白含量在85%左右。经测定,本发明制备的生物革胶原蛋白含量在60-65%之间。三者均具有良好的透气性能。
三者手感和观感(包括柔软度、弹性和丰满度)近似,检验者凭手摸眼观难于区分。

Claims (9)

1.一种利用皮革废弃物制造生物革的方法,其特征在于:
第一步:制备胶原蛋白:制革下脚料经酶解和浓缩,得到蛋白含量为70%-75%的胶原蛋白;
第二步:制备a组分和b组分:
100质量份胶原蛋白中加入0.2-0.5质量份硫化二亚胺,在40-50℃的条件下搅拌反应4-8小时得到a组分;
100质量份1,4-丁二醇中分别加入1-2质量份的扩链剂和10-15质量份的异氰酸脂(MDI),50℃-55℃下搅拌反应2-3小时;然后加入0.05-0.15质量份的助催化剂和2-4质量份的有机硅单体,50℃-55℃下搅拌反应3-4小时得到b组分;
第三步:制备涂覆物:将a组分、b组分和三官能团交联剂按照质量比7:2-4:0.4-0.6混合,加入pH值缓冲液调节反应系统pH值7-9,然后加入a组分和b组分质量总和0.5‰-1.5‰的保护胶体,恒温55℃-65℃下搅拌反应4-8小时得到涂覆物;
第四步:制备生物革:将涂覆物均匀地涂覆于布料表面,干燥后得到生物革。
