However, the handmade soap products are as many as possible, effective and ineffective at present, the price is high or low, the difference is very large, and the technical breakthrough, especially the breakthrough in the use effect, is pursued by manufacturers and consumers.
The traditional handmade soap is good in cleaning power, generally has a tight phenomenon after being used and causes discomfort to skin after being analyzed from the aspect of use; after the cleaning liquid is used, the cleaning liquid is not tight, the cleaning force is not good, and certain contradiction exists. It is more difficult to achieve other effects of sterilization, moisture retention, oil control, skin color brightening, mildness, no irritation and the like. In addition, the defects of poor appearance, poor fine and smooth foam, and the like exist. In terms of selection of oil, coconut oil and palm oil are usually selected as base oil, the coconut oil can generate abundant foam, has strong degreasing capability, but is easy to cause excessive cleaning, and the skin has symptoms of dryness, pruritus, irritation and the like, and is easy to cause damage to sensitive skin; palm oil is a commonly used extender oil in soap, can increase the hardness of the finished product, but has low content of nutrient components and is not beneficial to the skin care effect of the product.
Therefore, how to reasonably prepare a scientific formula of the handmade soap and develop the handmade soap which has strong cleaning power, is not tense after use, is not dry, is mild and not irritant, has better skin care effect and high use safety becomes a research and development hotspot in the field of soap manufacture.

The embodiment of the invention has good antibacterial effect, and the combination of honey, propolis, royal jelly, bee venom, calendula extract, soybean lecithin, grape seed oil and tea seed protein hydrolysate shows obvious synergistic effect, so that the antibacterial effect is greatly improved, and the tea seed protein hydrolysate can be used for removing acne and beautifying.
2. Evaluation of oil control Effect
100 volunteer subjects (50 men, 50 women, age 18-25) are selected, and are all oily skin, normal in physical condition and free of cosmetic allergy history. Volunteers were divided into 5 groups of 20 persons each, with half the male and female proportions. First, trial the product of example 1; second, trial example 5 product; third group, trial of comparative example 6 product; fourthly, a commercial oil-control acne-removing soap product is tried; the fifth group, blank control, was washed with fresh water only. Before the experiment, the oil content of the eyebrow part of each group is respectively tested, then the sample is sent to a volunteer, the volunteer is respectively used for 1 time in the morning and evening, the oil content of the eyebrow part of the volunteer is respectively tested when the sample is used for 30min, 2 weeks and 4 weeks, and the result is shown in a table 9.
TABLE 9 change in skin oil content after use of the product
Group of Before use 30min 2 weeks 4 weeks
Blank control group 78.45 38.64 76.27 80.13
Commercially available product 79.06 25.85 65.48 67.62

The results show that after 2 weeks of use of the product of example 1 according to the invention, the oil content of the skin of the 2 test examples was significantly reduced compared to the blank control group and was significantly reduced compared to the commercial product group, whereas the oil content of the skin of the comparative example 6 was also reduced but was not significantly different from the blank control group.
3. Comprehensive use effect
(1) Skin classification
The cosmetic industry generally classifies human skin into seven broad categories, respectively: neutral skin (normal skin), oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin, combination skin, aged skin, and problem skin. The method comprises the following steps:
skin neutral: namely normal skin, the pH value of the skin is between 5 and 5.6, the skin is healthy and ideal, is not greasy, not dry, rich in elasticity, ruddy and glossy, has small pores, and is not easy to age.
② oily skin: the skin has dark skin color, large pores, vigorous sebum secretion, greasy skin, difficulty in generating wrinkles, easiness in growing acne and pimples, and the pH value is 5.5-6.6.
Dry skin: the skin has less secretion, no greasy feeling, easy growth of fine wrinkles, sensitivity to external stimulation, dull and lusterless skin, easy cracking, scurf and long spots, and can be divided into two types of oil deficiency and water deficiency, and the pH value of the skin is between 4 and 4.5.
(iv) sensitive skin: sensitive to the stimulation of the boundary, thin skin lipid film, weak self-protection capability of the skin, and easy red, swollen, prickled, itchy, painful, peeled and dehydrated phenomena of the skin.
Mixed skin: a skin has two or more appearances (both oily and dry skin characteristics). Most of the cases show that the T area of the face is easy to produce oil, the rest parts are dry, acne sometimes happens, and 80% of adult men are mixed skin. Mixed skin usually occurs between 20 and 39 years of age.
Sixthly, the aging skin: it is common to the middle aged and the elderly or women with a feeling of being sensitive, and the skin is loose, dry and dull, and has less sebum secretion, often causing wrinkles.
Seventh, problematic skin: the symptomatic skin with problems is generally called problem skin. Mainly comprises pigmented spots, acne, tinea, red blood, folliculitis, eczema, rash, desquamation, pustule, various dermatitis, etc.
(2) Study object
The groups with the seven skin attributes are selected as test persons and divided into seven groups, wherein 50 cases in each group are as follows: 50 cases of neutral groups; ② 50 cases of oily group; ③ 50 cases of the dry group; 50 sensitive groups; mixed group 50 cases; sixthly, 50 cases of aging group; seventhly, 50 cases of problem groups.
(3) Test conditions
Subjects washed each day, morning and evening, with the handmade soaps of example 1 and comparative example 1 for a total of 30 days.
(4) Test results
The product effect was examined from several aspects: firstly, allergy is caused; cleaning power; thirdly, brightening the skin color; tension; the whole skin care condition.
The examination results of the bee venom cosmetic handmade soap of example 1 are shown in table 10, and the examination results of the handmade soap of comparative example 1 are shown in table 11.
TABLE 10 Effect of using bee venom cosmetic handmade soap of example 1

Figure BDA0001772778990000141
TABLE 11 Effect of use of handmade soap of comparative example 1
