The traditional manual soap making process is adopted, the nutrient components of natural plants can be kept to the maximum extent by a low-temperature preparation method, and particularly, the soap making method is a soap making method by carrying out natural saponification reaction on purified water and vegetable oil. At present, beauty soap and health care/disinfection sterilization soap dominate the trend of soap market in China. The products not only have rich functions and natural components, but also contain fragrance, thereby achieving the purposes of promoting health and improving mental appearance. How to add the natural components into the daily toilet soap in a scientific ratio by a mild extraction means meets the implicit motivation of consumers, and is a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap and a preparation method thereof, and particularly aims at people with sensitive skin to achieve the effects of refreshing and cleaning skin, dredging collaterals, sterilizing, perfuming and beautifying body, regulating blood fat, expelling toxin, whitening and the like.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a peony-containing faint scent toilet soap which is prepared from a main material and an auxiliary material, wherein the main material comprises, by weight, 8-12 parts of peony, 15-25 parts of aristolochia debilis extract oil, 20-35 parts of palm oil, 4-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10-18 parts of garden balsam stem and 2-9 parts of wormwood, and the auxiliary material comprises 0.2-0.4 part of papain, 13-22 parts of milk and 5-10 parts of purified water.
According to the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap, preferably, the main material consists of 10 parts of peony, 20 parts of birthwort root extract oil, 30 parts of palm oil, 8 parts of sodium hydroxide, 16 parts of garden balsam stem and 8 parts of wormwood.
According to the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap, preferably, the preparation method of the birthwort root extracted oil is as follows: freeze-drying the birthwort root at the temperature of-40 to-25 ℃ until the water content is 5 to 10 percent, drying and crushing to obtain the birthwort root powder; and extracting the aristolochia debilis powder to obtain the aristolochia debilis extract oil.
According to the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap, preferably, the extraction treatment of the birthwort root powder adopts a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology, the extraction pressure is set to be 35-55 MPa, the extraction time is set to be 3-5 h, and the extraction temperature is set to be 45-55 ℃.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a peony-containing delicate fragrance type soap, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the composition of the main material and the auxiliary material of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap;
(2) adding peony into ethanol, soaking for 2-6 h, filtering to remove ethanol, drying, and crushing to obtain peony powder; adding peony powder into the birthwort root extract oil, uniformly stirring, standing for 36-72 hours, and then carrying out ultrasonic extraction at the ultrasonic temperature of 30-45 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain a mixed extract;
(3) adding sodium hydroxide into water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution, cooling to room temperature, freezing and cutting milk into pieces of ice, adding the pieces of ice into the sodium hydroxide solution, and fully dissolving at the temperature below 0 ℃ to obtain a milk-base aqueous solution;
(4) drying garden balsam stems and wormwood in the air, performing irradiation sterilization treatment, drying and crushing after sterilization to obtain mixed powder, adding 6-10 times of ethanol solution into the mixed powder, soaking for 12-15 hours, performing microwave extraction, filtering after extraction, collecting an extracting solution, performing reduced pressure concentration on the extracting solution, placing at the temperature of 0-4 ℃ for 48-64 hours, performing suction filtration, collecting filtrate, concentrating and drying the filtrate, and performing superfine crushing to obtain mixed superfine powder;
(5) adding the mixed extract prepared in the step (2) into palm oil, uniformly mixing, heating to 35-45 ℃, adding the aqueous alkali solution prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed emulsion, adding papain and the mixed superfine powder prepared in the step (4) into the mixed emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(6) and (5) pouring the mixed liquid prepared in the step (5) into a mould, preserving heat for shaping, drying and saponifying, and then demoulding to obtain the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap.
According to the preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor soap, preferably, the particle size of the peony powder in the step (2) is 150-200 meshes.
According to the preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap, preferably, the sterilization treatment in the step (4) is irradiation sterilization, the irradiation amount is set to be 6-8 kGy, and the irradiation time is 1-2 days.
According to the preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap, preferably, in the step (4), the microwave extraction is carried out at the extraction temperature of 35-45 ℃ for 10-25 min, and the microwave power is 300-500W.
According to the preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap, preferably, the mixed superfine powder in the step (4) has a particle size of 1000-2000 meshes.
According to the preparation method of the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap, preferably, the peony is jatropha.
More preferably, the volume fraction of the ethanol is 60-70%.
Peony has both ornamental and medicinal properties, and peony petals contain abundant amino acids, vitamins, minerals, flavonoids and polyphenols, and have the effects of resisting oxidation, removing toxic substances, caring skin, improving immunity, lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipid, regulating blood sugar, etc. Wherein, the peony is the most fragrant variety in peony.
The radix aristolochiae can enhance the oxidation resistance of skin, can play the role of inhibiting staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like while keeping faint scent, can enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages, and has the function of enhancing the immune function.
The volatile oil in folium Artemisiae Argyi has antibacterial, bacteriostatic, antiinflammatory, hemostatic and antiallergic effects on tens of bacteria and fungi.
The garden balsam stem and the whole herb have the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, promoting urination, removing toxicity, dredging the channels and collaterals and the like.
The palm oil contains balanced saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid, contains no cholesterol, is rich in natural vitamin E, tocotrienol, carotenoid and linoleic acid, and has antioxidant, anticancer and cholesterol reducing effects. In addition, palm oil has moisturizing, cleansing and bactericidal effects, and is helpful for dry and acne skin.
The milk is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, has natural moisturizing effect, is easy to absorb, prevents dryness, and has the effects of cleaning, softening and whitening skin.
The papain has wide specificity, has strong hydrolysis capacity on animal and plant proteins, polypeptides, esters, amides and the like, and has the effects of softening and moistening the skin.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the birthwort root contains a large amount of volatile oil, and the effective components of the birthwort root can be retained to the maximum extent by using supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. The peony flowers are soaked in the ethanol, so that harmful substances such as worm eggs and the like attached to the surfaces of plants can be effectively removed, the raw materials are clean, and the next extraction is convenient. The method has the advantages that the active ingredients in the peony are extracted by the birthwort root extraction oil in an ultrasonic mode, the light flower fragrance can be kept while the yield of the peony is guaranteed, and the effects of enabling the fragrance to be attractive and lasting the fragrance can be achieved after the peony is used. The extraction and separation of the invention are mostly carried out at normal temperature, which ensures that low boiling point substances are prevented from being damaged and can better retain the effective components.
The invention uses the radiation sterilization mode to act on the garden balsam stem and the wormwood, can furthest retain the active ingredients of the garden balsam stem and the wormwood while sterilizing, and effectively exerts the medicinal value thereof. The nanometer plant superfine powder is favorable to the interaction between natural matters, so that the components can directly permeate into skin to exert the effect.
The invention provides a faint scent toilet soap containing peony and a preparation method thereof, the toilet soap adopts pure natural components, the peony with the fragrance of peony is taken as a main material, the raw materials are carefully selected, the extraction means is optimized and the scientific proportioning is carried out, so that the product formula is stable, applicable, safe and healthy, not only can be used for local bath and whole body bath, but also can bring the effects of refreshing and cleaning skin, dredging collaterals and sterilizing, perfuming and beautifying body, regulating blood fat, expelling toxin and whitening and the like to people, especially people with sensitive skin. Meanwhile, palm oil containing rich unsaturated fatty acid is used in the soap making process, and the single bond of animal oil is changed by applying the mechanism of double bonds of vegetable oil, so that the soap has the effects of deeply cleaning skin, moisturizing, resisting ultraviolet rays, resisting oxidation, repairing and the like.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical schemes and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the faint scent toilet soap containing peony flowers and the preparation method thereof of the present invention are further described in detail by the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
The peony-containing faint scent toilet soap is prepared from, by weight, 10 parts of peony, 20 parts of birthwort root extract oil, 30 parts of palm oil, 8 parts of sodium hydroxide, 16 parts of garden balsam stem and 8 parts of wormwood, and the auxiliary materials are composed of 0.3 part of papain, 17 parts of milk and 7 parts of water.
The preparation method of the birthwort root extracted oil comprises the following steps: freeze-drying radix Aristolochice at-30 deg.C, pulverizing to obtain radix Aristolochice powder, sieving with 200 mesh sieve, and extracting with supercritical carbon dioxide at 45 MPa for 4 hr at 50 deg.C to obtain radix Aristolochice extract oil.
The preparation method of the peony-containing delicate fragrance type soap comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the composition of the main material and the auxiliary material of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap.
(2) Removing impurities from flos moutan, cleaning, soaking in 60% ethanol for 4 hr, filtering to remove ethanol, oven drying at 60 deg.C, pulverizing to obtain flos moutan powder, and sieving with 200 mesh sieve; adding the peony powder into the birthwort root extract oil, uniformly stirring, standing for 48 h, and then carrying out ultrasonic extraction at the ultrasonic temperature of 40 ℃ for 2 h to obtain a mixed extract.
(3) Adding sodium hydroxide into water to prepare sodium hydroxide solution, cooling to room temperature, freezing and cutting milk into pieces of ice, adding into the sodium hydroxide solution, and fully dissolving at 0 deg.C to obtain the aqueous solution of milk and alkali.
(4) Drying the garden balsam stem and the wormwood, performing irradiation sterilization treatment for 1 day under the irradiation quantity of 7 kGy, drying and crushing after sterilization to obtain mixed powder, adding ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 70% and the weight of 8 times of the mixed powder into the mixed powder, soaking for 14 hours, performing microwave extraction for 20 minutes under the microwave power of 400W, wherein the extraction temperature is 40 ℃, filtering and collecting an extracting solution. Microwave extracting for 3 times, and mixing extractive solutions. Concentrating the extractive solution under reduced pressure, standing at 4 deg.C for 60 h, vacuum filtering, collecting filtrate, concentrating and drying the filtrate at 70 deg.C, micronizing, and sieving with 2000 mesh sieve to obtain mixed micropowder.
(5) Adding the mixed extract prepared in the step (2) into palm oil, uniformly mixing, heating to 45 ℃, adding the aqueous alkali solution prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed emulsion, adding the papain and the mixed superfine powder prepared in the step (4) into the mixed emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution.
(6) And (5) pouring the mixed liquid prepared in the step (5) into a mould, preserving heat for shaping, drying and saponifying, and then demoulding to obtain the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap.
The faint scent toilet soap containing peony in the embodiment can be used according to the following method:
the soap is suitable for local bath or whole body bath, the local bath is carried out on fingers, feet, arms, thighs and other parts, and the toilet soap is cleaned after staying for 5 min; the whole body bath refers to shower or dipping bath, the water temperature is controlled at 40 ℃ during bathing, the whole body needs to be wiped when the whole body bath is carried out, and the whole body is rinsed after staying for 15 min.
Example 2
The peony-containing faint scent toilet soap is prepared from, by weight, 10 parts of peony, 20 parts of birthwort root extract oil, 30 parts of palm oil, 4 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10 parts of garden balsam stem and 2 parts of wormwood, and the auxiliary materials are composed of 0.2 part of papain, 15 parts of milk and 5 parts of water.
The preparation process of example 2 is substantially the same as that of example 1 except that:
in the step (4), the irradiation dose is 6 kGy; adding ethanol solution with volume fraction of 60% and 6 times of the weight of the mixture, and soaking for 12 h; setting the microwave extraction time to 10 min, the microwave power to 300W and the extraction temperature to 35 ℃; concentrating the extractive solution, and standing for 48 h; and sieving with 1000 mesh sieve after micronization.
Example 3
The peony-containing faint scent toilet soap is prepared from, by weight, 10 parts of peony, 20 parts of birthwort root extract oil, 32 parts of palm oil, 10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 18 parts of garden balsam stem and 9 parts of wormwood, and the auxiliary materials are composed of 0.4 part of papain, 22 parts of milk and 10 parts of water.
The preparation process of example 3 is substantially the same as that of example 1 except that:
in the step (4), the irradiation dose is 8 kGy, and the irradiation sterilization time is 2 days; adding ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 70% and the weight of 10 times of the total weight of the mixture to soak the mixture for 15 hours; setting the microwave extraction time to be 25 min, the microwave power to be 500W and the extraction temperature to be 45 ℃; the extract was concentrated and left for 64 h.
Example 4
The peony-containing faint scent toilet soap is prepared from 8 parts by weight of peony, 15 parts by weight of birthwort root extract oil, 20 parts by weight of palm oil, 4 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide, 10 parts by weight of garden balsam stem and 2 parts by weight of wormwood, and the auxiliary materials are composed of 0.2 part by weight of papain, 13 parts by weight of milk and 5 parts by weight of water.
The preparation method of the birthwort root extracted oil is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that: the freeze drying temperature is set to-40 ℃; the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction pressure is set to 35 MPa, the extraction time is 3 h, and the extraction temperature is 45 ℃.
The preparation process of example 4 is substantially the same as that of example 1 except that:
in the step (2), the ethanol soaking time is 2 hours; sieving the peony powder with a 150-mesh sieve; and adding the peony powder into the birthwort root extraction oil, standing for 36 hours, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 1 hour at the ultrasonic temperature of 30 ℃.
In the step (4), the irradiation dose is 6 kGy; adding ethanol solution with volume fraction of 60% and 6 times of the weight of the mixture, and soaking for 12 h; setting the microwave extraction time to 10 min, the microwave power to 300W and the extraction temperature to 35 ℃; concentrating the extractive solution, and standing for 48 h; and sieving with 1000 mesh sieve after micronization.
In the step (5), the mixed extract prepared in the step (2) is added into the palm oil, and the mixture is uniformly mixed and heated to 35 ℃.
Example 5
The peony-containing faint scent toilet soap is prepared from a main material and an auxiliary material, wherein the main material comprises, by weight, 12 parts of peony, 25 parts of birthwort root extract oil, 35 parts of palm oil, 10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 18 parts of garden balsam stem and 9 parts of wormwood, and the auxiliary material comprises 0.4 part of papain, 22 parts of milk and 10 parts of water.
The preparation method of the birthwort root extracted oil is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that: the freeze drying temperature is set to-25 ℃; the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction pressure is set to be 55 MPa, the extraction time is 5 h, and the extraction temperature is 55 ℃.
The preparation process of example 5 is substantially the same as that of example 1 except that:
in the step (2), the ethanol soaking time is 6 hours; and adding the peony powder into the birthwort root extraction oil, standing for 72 hours, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 3 hours at the ultrasonic temperature of 45 ℃.
In the step (4), the irradiation dose is 8 kGy, and the irradiation sterilization time is 2 days; adding ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 70% and the weight of 10 times of the total weight of the mixture to soak the mixture for 15 hours; setting the microwave extraction time to be 25 min, the microwave power to be 500W and the extraction temperature to be 45 ℃; the extract was concentrated and left for 64 h.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. The peony-containing faint scent toilet soap is characterized by being prepared from main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials comprise, by weight, 8-12 parts of peony, 15-25 parts of aristolochia debilis extract oil, 20-35 parts of palm oil, 4-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10-18 parts of garden balsam stem and 2-9 parts of wormwood, and the auxiliary materials comprise 0.2-0.4 part of papain, 13-22 parts of milk and 5-10 parts of water.
2. The peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap according to claim 1, wherein the main material is composed of 10 parts of peony, 20 parts of aristolochia extract oil, 30 parts of palm oil, 8 parts of sodium hydroxide, 16 parts of speranskia tuberculata and 8 parts of wormwood.

The peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the birthwort root extracted oil comprises: freeze-drying radix aristolochiae at-40-25 deg.C, and pulverizing to obtain radix aristolochiae powder; and extracting the aristolochia debilis powder to obtain the aristolochia debilis extract oil.

The peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap according to claim 3, wherein the extraction treatment of the birthwort root powder adopts a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology, the extraction pressure is set to be 35-55 MPa, the extraction time is 3-5 h, and the extraction temperature is 45-55 ℃.
5. The preparation method of the peony-containing delicate fragrance type soap according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials respectively according to the composition of the main material and the auxiliary material of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap in claim 1;
(2) adding peony into ethanol, soaking for 2-6 h, filtering to remove ethanol, drying, and crushing to obtain peony powder; adding peony powder into the birthwort root extract oil, uniformly stirring, standing for 36-72 hours, and then carrying out ultrasonic extraction at the ultrasonic temperature of 30-45 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain a mixed extract;
(3) adding sodium hydroxide into water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution, freezing milk, cutting into pieces of ice, adding into the sodium hydroxide solution, and fully dissolving at a temperature below 0 ℃ to obtain a milk-base aqueous solution;
(4) drying garden balsam stems and wormwood in the air, sterilizing, drying and crushing to obtain mixed powder, adding an ethanol solution into the mixed powder, soaking for 12-15 h, then performing microwave extraction, filtering and collecting an extracting solution, performing reduced pressure concentration on the extracting solution, standing at the temperature of 0-4 ℃ for 48-64 h, performing suction filtration and collection on a filtrate, concentrating and drying the filtrate, and performing superfine crushing to obtain mixed superfine powder;
(5) adding the mixed extract prepared in the step (2) into palm oil, uniformly mixing, heating to 35-45 ℃, adding the aqueous alkali solution prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed emulsion, adding papain and the mixed superfine powder prepared in the step (4) into the mixed emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(6) and (5) pouring the mixed liquid prepared in the step (5) into a mould, preserving heat for shaping, drying and saponifying, and then demoulding to obtain the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap.
6. The preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor soap according to claim 5, wherein the particle size of the peony powder in the step (2) is 150-200 meshes.
7. The preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap according to claim 5, wherein the sterilization treatment in the step (4) is irradiation sterilization, the irradiation dose is set to 6-8 kGy, and the irradiation time is 1-2 days.
8. The preparation method of the peony-containing delicate fragrance type perfumed soap according to claim 5, wherein the microwave extraction in the step (4) is set for 10-25 min at an extraction temperature of 35-45 ℃ and at a microwave power of 300-500W.
9. The preparation method of the peony-containing fen-flavor toilet soap according to claim 5, wherein the mixed superfine powder in the step (4) has a particle size of 1000-2000 meshes.
10. The preparation method of the peony-containing delicate fragrance type soap according to claim 5, wherein the peony is a fragrant jade peony.
