本发明涉及机械零件润滑领域,具体涉及一种耐磨损轴承润滑油及其制备工艺。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械工业中一种重要的零部件,主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证回转精度,我国的轴承制造相对来说,水平还比较低,轴承工业和装备制造业发展还较为缓慢,车加工数控率低,自动生产线还较少,对轴承寿命和可靠性至关重要的先进热处理工艺和设备等领域关键技术还没取得突破,轴承钢新钢种的研发,钢材质量的提高,润滑,冷却,清洗和磨料磨具等相关技术的研发,尚不能适应轴承产品水平和质量提高的要求。
轴承润滑油由低粘度合成润滑油添加抗氧化、防锈剂等多种添加剂配制而成的润滑油,设计用于各种轴承的润滑,高温重载抗磨长寿命轴承润滑油是以复合皂稠化合成基础油,并加有抗磨、抗压、抗氧化、抗腐蚀等高效添加剂制成,具有耐高温等性能,轴承的作用应该是支撑,其实质是能够承担径向载荷,也可以理解为固定轴承的,电机没有轴承就根本不能工作,因为轴可能向任何方向工作,而电机工作时要求轴只能做转动。
现在制造业中使用的轴承润滑油大多是通用油,轴承工作时,会产生摩擦、震动、摩擦发热等,通用油不能很好的消除这些因素,会加大轴承之间的磨损,缩短轴承的使用寿命。

本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种耐磨损轴承润滑油及其制备工艺。

进一步的,一种耐磨损轴承润滑油及其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:将所述比例工业基础油、琥珀酸酯、苯二胺、氨基硅油、二烯丙基烷基磷酸酯、木质素硫酸钠、甲基丙烯酸烃丙酯、二乙醇胺硼酸酯、单丁二酰亚胺、水充分混合,搅拌均匀,放入旋转混合机中,旋转混合10-15min,转速保持在700-800r/min,得到一次原料;将所得一次原料加入对应比例的山梨糠醇酐单油酸酯、羟基硅油、黄油、油酸酰胺、硼酸钠、三氯甲烷,再次搅拌均匀,放入旋转混合机中,旋转混合20-25min,转速保持在500-600r/min,即得。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所制备出的耐磨损轴承润滑油,所用的原料都是便宜易得的工业制造中的常用材料,制备成本低,产品专门用于轴承之间的润滑,能够降低轴承之间的摩擦系数,降低了运动过程中产生的摩擦力,还具有降温的作用,使的轴承在长时间工作时温度不会太高,还能消除轴承工作中产生太大的震动,维持轴承工作的稳定性、连续性,产品制造工艺成熟,能够大规模推广使用,能够广泛的运用在汽车制造、工程机械、船舶航运等领域。

一种耐磨损轴承润滑油的制备工艺为:将所述比例工业基础油、琥珀酸酯、苯二胺、氨基硅油、二烯丙基烷基磷酸酯、木质素硫酸钠、甲基丙烯酸烃丙酯、二乙醇胺硼酸酯、单丁二酰亚胺、水充分混合,搅拌均匀,放入旋转混合机中,旋转混合10min,转速保持在700r/min,得到一次原料;将所得一次原料加入对应比例的山梨糠醇酐单油酸酯、羟基硅油、黄油、油酸酰胺、硼酸钠、三氯甲烷,再次搅拌均匀,放入旋转混合机中,旋转混合20min,转速保持在500r/min,即得。

4.一种根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的耐磨损轴承润滑油的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将所述比例工业基础油、琥珀酸酯、苯二胺、氨基硅油、二烯丙基烷基磷酸酯、木质素硫酸钠、甲基丙烯酸烃丙酯、二乙醇胺硼酸酯、单丁二酰亚胺、水充分混合,搅拌均匀,放入旋转混合机中,旋转混合10-15min,转速保持在700-800r/min,得到一次原料;将所得一次原料加入对应比例的山梨糠醇酐单油酸酯、羟基硅油、黄油、油酸酰胺、硼酸钠、三氯甲烷,再次搅拌均匀,放入旋转混合机中,旋转混合20-25min,转速保持在500-600r/min,即得。
