Abstract

本发明涉及一种排气歧管涂油烘干机,包括底板,所述底板上分别通过固定方式、轴承安装方式对应安装有电机、分轴Ⅰ;所述电机连接有分轴Ⅱ;所述分轴Ⅰ、分轴Ⅱ二者上部均安装有链轮;两个链轮之间设有将二者传动相连的链条;所述链条上固装有挂钩。本发明自动化程度高,在通过链传动方式带动排气歧管传动的基础上,通过定滑轮限定链传输轨迹驱使排气歧管下降传动自动沾油,并将在沾油后进行自动烘干,起到了有效协助人工对大量排气歧管进行沾油的效果,节省了人力。

一种排气歧管涂油烘干机
技术领域
本发明涉及排气歧管的辅助加工设备,具体的说是一种排气歧管涂油烘干机。
背景技术
排气歧管,是与发动机气缸体相连的,将各缸的排气集中起来导入排气总管,带有分歧的管路。在实际的加工需求中,对排气歧管的抗氧化性能和抗蚀性能往往都有极高的要求,这不光需要对排气歧管加工的选材有严格的把控,还需要在完成对排气歧管主体部分的加工后,将其外表面进行涂油方可达到预期的要求,但由于实际加工量较大,光靠人工逐个地进行涂油无疑是不现实的。
发明内容
现为了协助人工完成对大量的排气歧管进行涂油工作,本发明提出了一种排气歧管涂油烘干机。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种排气歧管涂油烘干机,包括底板,所述底板上分别通过固定方式、轴承安装方式对应安装有电机、分轴Ⅰ;所述电机连接有分轴Ⅱ;所述分轴Ⅰ、分轴Ⅱ二者上部均安装有链轮;两个链轮之间设有将二者传动相连的链条;所述链条上固装有挂钩。
所述底板1上前部安装有三个支撑架,每个支撑架上均安装有与链条相适配的定滑轮;通过三个定滑轮,可使链条前中部向下凸起延伸;链条前中部下方设有油箱。油箱内装满所需涂抹的防护油。
所述底板后部安装有烘箱,链条后部从烘箱中穿过;所述烘箱上部分别安装有电机、供气管,每个电机均连接有风扇。在实际中,烘箱只有左右两端为敞口,以供链条后部穿过。供气管用于外接供气设备,用于向烘箱通入高温气体。
所述底板上左侧安装有放置架,油箱放置在底板上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明自动化程度高,在通过链传动方式带动排气歧管传动的基础上,通过定滑轮限定链传输轨迹驱使排气歧管下降传动自动沾油,并将在沾油后进行自动烘干,起到了有效协助人工对大量排气歧管进行沾油的效果,节省了人力。

如图1所示,一种排气歧管涂油烘干机,包括底板1,所述底板1上分别通过固定方式、轴承安装方式对应安装有电机2、分轴Ⅰ3;所述电机2连接有分轴Ⅱ4;所述分轴Ⅰ3、分轴Ⅱ4二者上部均安装有链轮5;两个链轮5之间设有将二者传动相连的链条6;所述链条6上固装有挂钩7。
所述底板1上前部安装有三个支撑架8,每个支撑架8上均安装有与链条6相适配的定滑轮9;通过三个定滑轮9,可使链条6前中部向下凸起延伸;链条6前中部下方设有油箱10。油箱10内装满所需涂抹的防护油。
所述底板1后部安装有烘箱11,链条6后部从烘箱11中穿过;所述烘箱11上部分别安装有电机12、供气管15,每个电机12均连接有风扇13。在实际中,烘箱11只有左右两端为敞口,以供链条6后部穿过。供气管15用于外接供气设备,用于向烘箱11通入高温气体。
所述底板1上左侧安装有放置架14,油箱10放置在底板1上。
本发明在使用时,只需人工将排气歧管逐个地放置在放置架14上,与此同时启动电机2带动分轴Ⅱ4旋转,致使链条6带动挂钩7进行传动,每个挂钩7在链条6前部自左向右形传动时,能够自动勾住放置在放置架14上排气歧管的大孔,进而能够带动该排气歧管共同进行传动。
进一步的,被勾住的排气歧管能够随着链条6前中部轨迹向下传动至油箱10中自动沾染防护油。
进一步的,沾染防护油的排气歧管被传输至烘箱11内,通过烘箱11内高温作用,以及电机12带动风扇13转动所形成的鼓风作用,能够驱使排气歧管上沾染防护油快速的被烘干。
进一步的,当排气歧管被传输离开烘箱11后,涂油工作完成,即可人工对排气歧管进行手动下钩式卸载。

1.一种排气歧管涂油烘干机,包括底板(1),所述底板(1)上分别通过固定方式、轴承安装方式对应安装有电机(2)、分轴Ⅰ(3);所述电机(2)连接有分轴Ⅱ(4);其特征在于:所述分轴Ⅰ(3)、分轴Ⅱ(4)二者上部均安装有链轮(5);两个链轮(5)之间设有将二者传动相连的链条(6);所述链条(6)上固装有挂钩(7);
所述底板(1)上前部安装有三个支撑架(8),每个支撑架(8)上均安装有与链条(6)相适配的定滑轮(9);通过三个定滑轮(9),可使链条(6)前中部向下凸起延伸;链条(6)前中部下方设有油箱(10);
所述底板(1)后部安装有烘箱(11),链条(6)后部从烘箱(11)中穿过;所述烘箱(11)上部分别安装有电机(12)、供气管(15),每个电机(12)均连接有风扇(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种排气歧管涂油烘干机,其特征在于:所述底板(1)上左侧安装有放置架(14),油箱(10)放置在底板(1)上。
