Abstract
本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料及制备方法属于固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉、桑叶粉、黄精粉、银耳粉、茯苓粉、沙棘果粉、冬瓜粉、苦瓜粉1~6份玉竹粉、乌梅粉、百合粉、山药粉、甘草粉、枸杞子粉、桃仁粉、白砂糖、麦芽糊精。本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料针对糖尿病的治疗时,综合考虑糖尿病的起因、并发症的产生等诸多因素,所以在降糖的同时,注重该病的起因与并发症进行同步治疗,也就是全面的考虑人体的平衡方式,进行全面修复,并结合人体的自然修复为一体的食疗养生为主导思想,最终得到全面调理,达到人体全面恢复目的,实现人体的健康平衡,非常有效的遏制糖尿病病情发展,实现可逆性,大大的延长了人的生命,増加幸福感。

本发明属于固体饮料,特别是涉及到一种葛根桑叶复合固体饮料及制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或胰岛素作用障碍所导致的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。持续高血糖与长期代谢紊乱等可导致全身组织器官,特别是眼、肾、心血管及神经系统的损害及其功能障碍和衰竭。严重者可引起失水,电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调等急性并发症酮症酸中毒和高渗昏迷。目前,我国乃至世界范围内患有此病的人群持续增长,据不完全统计,中国现有1.2亿糖尿病人,95%以上为2型(由于1型糖尿病有自己的特点,必须胰岛素治疗。又由于其只占不到总发病人数的5%,故不在本项目考虑之内。下文中糖尿病均指2型糖尿病),另有超过5干万之多的人,处于糖尿病前期(血糖受损时期)。
糖尿病,一般在身体隐身很多年,是渐渐的来侵蚀人的身体,起因与肝脏,肾上腺素异常,高血脂,精神压力和内在的其它压力过大等因素有关,常时间在压力中,产生内分泌失调,导致神经系统紊乱、全身乏力、饥饱不一,胰腺分泌出现问题,肝脏的肝糖元的贮存与释放功能失调,最终导致血液中的血糖会渐渐的升高。胰岛,分泌两种物质,一是分泌的是胰岛素,二是分泌的胰高升糖素。两者本应该是平衡的,但由于胰岛功能失调,分泌会不均匀,胰升糖素分泌增多,拉动血糖上升。胰升糖素。是很多糖尿病患者,或医生忽略的重要问题,所以糖尿病治疗不彻底,不理想,不能达到使较轻的患者(内脏器官破坏不严重,有可恢复的条件)治愈或者把特别严重的患者(内脏器官严重破坏,如肾毒性严重,并发症脑梗严重患者)也能调理血糖理想的稳定状态。
目前临床中针对上述病症,还是采用传统的对抗性疗法,大多数药物治疗为典型的对抗性治疗(如口服西药或使用胰岛素),而非平衡性治疗,但对抗性治疗效果不佳,只能靠加药量来维持,并且渐渐产生耐药性,最终导致并发症增加,大量使用胰岛素和药物,副作用很大,并且血糖越来越高,严重影响人的寿命和生活质量。其原因在于常规的对抗性疗法单纯强调降糖,忽视人体代谢整体功能调节。对抗性治疗的结果是用药效果逐渐降低(用药时间长,产生耐药性),需要增加药物剂量和种类,直至使用胰岛素且剂量逐新加大,最终仍难以控制不良反应而出现严重并发症。此外,大剂量胰岛素对人体也是有毒性的,尤其对小动脉毒性较大和维生B12缺乏,小腹大,小孩脸等病症。其它种类药物也有较大毒性,如双胍类药物的对胃,肝、肾副作用。现有药物在降糖治疗比较理想的情况下,仍不能很好控制并发症。美国有统计,糖尿病人有80%是死于冠心病。另外眼、神经、肾脏、皮肤、性功能等多种类并发症也非常常见。
另外,糖尿病是由于多种原因引发的,人体对糖的利用大大减弱,导致血糖上升,但各器官实质缺少糖,也就是糖没有被有效利用,所以会产生低糖(低糖时血糖并不低)产生了异生反应,而现有的治疗方法及食疗方法中,都严控饮食的摄入量,这是不科学的。
现有技术的公开文献,公开号为CN104256009A,公开了一种葛根桑葚子茶及其制备方法,其在一定程度上改善了血糖,但其对肝功能的调节和修复存在不足,因为肝功的各种酶,和肝糖元功能是必须要恢复的,才可能有效治疗糖尿病。对激活胰岛素和人体所需要的铬,钾,锌等微量元素和微生素补充不足,抗氧化能力不强。糖尿病人,对微生素和微量元素的需求是正常人的二倍以上,这些元素对人体全面修复是非常重要的。而该茶没有全面的从糖尿病发病的病因和并发症上同等考虑,因此,其不能更有效的解决糖尿病的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足,根据中医食疗养生宝典“药食同源”的原理,应用平衡理论,炮制民族医药世家的传统秘方,采用天然食用植物作为原料,经现代中医药生产工艺提取、分离、浓缩等高科技手段精制而成的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,是对糖尿病发病多种原因调理,免疫力提升,并发症的减低,整体治疗策略,同时对肝、肾,胰、血脂和神经等进行全面调节,不能只顾单一血糖的高低,要兼顾全局的同时,控制血糖缓缓下降,最终达到治疗和平稳血糖的目的。
本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉3~12份、桑叶粉3~12份、黄精粉3~12份、银耳粉1~6份、茯苓粉1~6份、沙棘果粉1~6份、冬瓜粉 1~6份、苦瓜粉1~6份、玉竹粉1~6份、乌梅粉1~6份、百合粉1~6份、山药粉1~6份、甘草粉1~5份、枸杞子粉1~5份、桃仁粉 1~5份、白砂糖10~40份、麦芽糊精8~30份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其优选方案为葛根粉5~8份、桑叶粉5~8份、黄精粉5~8份、银耳粉2~4份、茯苓粉3~5份、沙棘果粉3~5份、冬瓜粉 2~4份、苦瓜粉1~3份、玉竹粉2~5份、乌梅粉2~5份、百合粉2~5份、山药粉2~6份、甘草粉2~4份、枸杞子粉2~4份、桃仁粉 2~4份、白砂糖15~30份、麦芽糊精15~20份。
制备上述的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,包括下列步骤:
a、原辅料混合:将上述各原料、辅料混合、搅拌均匀;
b、制软材:将经a步骤制得混合物,加入润湿剂70%酒精进行搅拌,润湿剂与原料混合物的比例为10~15:100;
c、挤压制粒:将b步骤制得的软材进行挤压造粒,16目尼龙网制粒;
d、鼓风干燥:经c步骤制得的颗粒在1小时内将温度由30℃升温至65℃后,恒温1.5~2小时,干燥好的颗粒过14目不锈钢筛整粒;
e、将经d步骤制得的颗粒内外包装,即制得成品。
葛根:味甘、辛,性平,归脾、胃、肺、膀胱经。解肌退热;发表透诊;生津止渴;升阳止泻。主外感发热;头项强痛;麻疹初起;疹出不畅;温病口渴;消渴病;泄泻;痢疾;高血压;冠心病。葛根所含的黄酮类化合物对高血糖有明显降糖作用,能降低血清胆固醇,降低油三酯,用于治疗高血糖,高血脂病症,有显著疗效。还可改善糖耐量,清除自由基,抑制胰岛的氧化,有效阻断糖尿病并发症。葛根提取葛根类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素与结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖素(cics),降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用。葛根能提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积。促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,强化肝胆细胞自身免疫功能,改善微循环促进尿酸结晶溶解,提高肾血流量,促进多排尿酸。葛根中含有铜、锌,铁、硒,锗等微元素。
桑叶:的降血糖作用是通过两个途径实现的:一是通过生物碱DNJ(1-脱氧野尻霉素)对二糖类分解酶活性产生抑制作用,从而抑制小肠对双糖的吸收,降低食后血糖的高峰值(Kimura,1995);二是通过桑叶生物碱及桑叶多糖促进β细胞分必胰岛素,而胰岛素可以促进细胞对糖的利用、肝糖原合成以及改善糖代谢,最终达到降血糖的效果。主要成分是脱氧野尻霉素,进入人体以后可抑制人体内蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、葡萄糖苷糖、淀粉酶对淀粉分解成糖分,从而阻断人体对糖的吸收,降低空腹血糖和餐后血糖的升高有明显作用,达到防治糖尿病的效果。桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素与葛根提取类黄酮物质结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖素(cics),适合用于治降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用。疏散风热,清肺润燥,平抑肝阳,清肝明目,凉血止血。桑叶中含有钾,钙,钠,镁,锌,铬等元素
黄精:以根茎入药。具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾功能。用于治疗脾胃虚弱,体倦乏力,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,精血不足,内热消渴等症。对于糖尿病很有疗效。对血糖的影响:兔灌胃黄精浸膏,其血糖含量渐次增高,然后降低。黄精浸膏对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显著抑制作用。黄精中含有钙,镁,锌,铬、硒等元微元素,其中铬是激活胰岛素必须的元素之一。
银耳:味甘、淡、性平、无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用。既能增强人体免疫力,对肝功能恢复很有好处。银耳具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、之功效。它能提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝脏功能,可以滋补生津;润肺养胃,补肺益气。
茯苓:利水渗湿,健脾宁心。药性平和,利湿而不伤正气。茯苓可用于心悸,失眠、健忘等症,茯苓能降低血糖,对于高血糖人士来说,茯苓有一定的治疗作用。补气健脾茯苓可用于脾虚泄泻。茯苓既能健脾,又能渗湿,对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、和山药等配伍。又可用为补肺脾,治气虚,增强免疫力。
沙棘:味酸、涩,性温。止咳化痰;健胃消食;活血散瘀。降低胆固醇,可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用,增强免疫力。减轻糖尿病人的并发症发生。沙棘果实营养丰富,据测定其果实中含有多种维生素、脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。其中维生素C含量极高,每100克果汁中,维生素C含量可达到825—1100毫克,是猕猴桃的2-3倍,素有维生素C之王的美称。含糖7.5%—10%,含酸3%—5%。.沙棘果实中含有异鼠李素及其糖甙、槲皮素、山柰酚等7种黄桐物质,具有止咳、平喘祛、扩张冠状血管、降低胆固醇的效能,常用于治疗缺血性心脏病,对治疗心绞痛有效率达94%。
冬瓜:含钾量显著高于含钠量,属典型的高钾低钠型蔬菜,对需进食低钠盐食物的肾脏病、高血压、浮肿病患者大有益处,其中元素硒也是胰岛素所必需的元素之一;冬瓜除色氨酸外的8种人体必需氨基酸,谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸含量较高,还含有鸟氨酸和Y-氨基丁酸以及儿童特需的组氨酸;冬瓜含维生素C较多。补充维生素和微量元素,冬瓜含硒元素较多,对人的视力有很多大影响。每100g鲜冬瓜中含有蛋白质0.3g,碳水化合物1.8g克,膳食纤维0.9g,钾65mg,钠0.2mg,磷14mg,镁5mg,铁0.1mg,抗坏血酸27mg,维生素E0.02mg,核黄素0.01mg,硫胺素0.01mg,尼克酸0.2mg。研究表明,冬瓜维生素中以抗坏血酸、硫胺素、核黄素及尼克酸含量较高,具防治癌症效果的维生素B1,在冬瓜子中含量相当丰富;矿质元素有钾、钠、钙、铁、锌、铜、磷、硒等8种。
苦瓜:含有的苦瓜甙和苦瓜胰蛋白酶和调节人体血糖,能促进过剩糖分分解,具有使糖分转化为热量的作用,改善体内的脂肪平衡。修复受损细胞,防止骨质疏松,调节内分泌补充维生素和微量元素,同时降低血脂,减少血液粘度,从而达到降血脂、抗击糖尿病的功效。食疗价值苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经具有清暑解渴、降血压、血脂。苦瓜的维生素C含量很高,具有预防坏血病、保护细胞膜、防止动脉粥样硬化、提高机体应激能力、保护心脏等作用苦瓜里面含有一种成分,苦瓜提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖素(cics),具有降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用。使免疫细胞具有杀灭癌细胞的作用;苦瓜汁含有某种蛋白成分,能加强巨噬能力,临床上对淋巴肉瘤和白血病有效;从苦瓜籽中提炼出的胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可以抑制癌细胞所分泌出来的蛋白酶,阻止恶性肿瘤生长。
玉竹:玉竹提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质--洗胰清糖素(cics),具有降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。 含有玉竹多糖具有抗脂质过氧化作用,可明显改善糖尿病的糖脂代谢紊乱,非常显著地降低葡萄糖和甘油三脂水平,升高血清胰岛素水平,对因血脂升高造成的糖尿病的各种并发症具有一定的治疗作用。与黄精协同作用,对肾上腺素引起的高血糖有显著的抑制作用, 对葡萄糖、四氧嘧啶引起的大鼠高血糖也有抑制作用.滋阴润肺;养胃生津。燥咳;劳嗽;热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴;内热消渴;阴虚外感;头昏眩晕;筋脉挛痛。玉竹的作用:味甘多脂,质柔而润,是一味养阴生津的良药。玉竹中所含的维生素A,改善干裂、粗糙的皮肤状况,使之柔软润滑。
乌梅:含柠檬酸19%、苹果酸15%、琥珀酸、碳水化合物、谷甾醇、蜡样物质及齐墩果酸样物质.亦含有强杀菌性及提高肝脏功能的成分苦味酸及具有解热镇痛作用的苦扁桃甙.乌梅果肉中尚含有较高活性的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。乌梅中柠檬酸,在体内能量转换中可使葡萄糖的效力增加10倍, 以释放更多的能量消除疲劳,防止糖尿病人低糖症状。乌梅的酸味可刺激唾液分泌,生津止渴。常用来治疗口渴多饮的消渴。与苦瓜协同作用,可抗皮肤过敏作用,治疗慢性肾小球肾炎所致血尿、蛋白尿经久不消者,在辨证方中加入乌梅炭、蝉蜕各6~10克功效显著,这与实验证明乌梅可助肾小管上皮细胞增生,增强肾小管重吸收精微物质的能力等功能有关。
百合:味甘微苦,性平,入心、肺经,有润肺止咳、清心安神之功。百合主要含秋水仙碱(治疗痛风)等多种生物碱和蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、钙、磷、铁及维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、β―胡萝卜素等营养物质,有良好的营养滋补之功,降低尿酸,防止痛风的发生,对糖尿病并发症有很好效果。
山药:补中益气:富含18种氨基酸和10余种微量元素,及其它矿物质,所以有健脾胃、补肺肾、补中益气、健脾补虚,固肾益精、益心安神等作用。消渴生津:该山药有消渴生之功效:中医治疗虚劳消渴(糖尿病)与黄精、茯苓等药物合用,效果更佳。
甘草:益气补中;缓急止痛;润肺止咳;。主倦怠食少;肌瘦面黄;心悸气短;腹痛便溏;四肢挛急疼痛;咳嗽气喘;用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短。草性平,味甘,归十二经。有解毒、祛痰、止痛、甘草补脾益气,止咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和诸药。
枸杞子:滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。具有免疫调节作用;对造血功能有促进作用;降血脂、保肝及抗脂肪肝、降血糖、降血压作用。与桑叶协同作用,可对眼晴视物模糊有改善。
桃仁:祛瘀血作用:本品水煎醇沉液可使离体兔耳静脉血管流量增加,有舒张血管作用。给麻醉犬动脉注射,能增加股动脉血流量及降低血管阻力,对血管壁有直接扩张作用。本品还有抑制血液凝固和溶血作用。桃仁味苦甘而性平,能入心、肝、大肠,活血祛瘀作用甚广,可用治瘀血阻滞各种敝症。脂多质润,具润肠通便之功, 祛瘀血作用:桃仁提取物50mg/ml,脾动脉内给药可使麻醉大鼠肝脏微循环内血流加速,并与剂量相关,提示对肝脏表面微循环有一定的改善作用。
红茶:红茶在加工过程中发生了化学反应,茶多酚减少90%以上,产生了茶黄素、茶黄素的新的成份。红茶可以帮助胃肠消化、促近食欲,可利尿、消除水肿,并强壮心肌功能。辅助降血糖、降压。

本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉3份、桑叶粉12份、黄精粉3份、银耳粉6份、茯苓粉1份、沙棘果粉6份、冬瓜粉 1份、苦瓜粉6份、玉竹粉1份、乌梅粉6份、百合粉1份、山药粉6份、甘草粉1份、枸杞子粉5份、桃仁粉 1份、白砂糖10份、麦芽糊精30份。
包括下列步骤:
a、原料辅混合:将上述葛根粉、桑叶粉、黄精粉、银耳粉、茯苓粉、沙棘果粉、冬瓜粉、苦瓜粉、玉竹粉、乌梅粉、百合粉、山药粉、甘草粉、枸杞子粉、桃仁粉原料粉末和白砂糖粉,麦芽糊精粉加入到搅拌机内搅拌20~30分钟、混合均匀;
b、制软材:将经a步骤制得混合物,加入润湿剂70%酒精进行搅拌,润湿剂与原料混合物的比例为10~15:100;使混合物呈现“手捏成团,轻按即散”的状态;
c、挤压制粒:采用摇摆式制粒机,对b步骤制得的软材进行挤压造粒,16目尼龙网制粒;摇摆式制粒机,为江阴市林路机械设计有限公司生产,其型号为YK-100,产量30-200KG/H,功率1.1KW,滚筒转速55R/MIN,摇摆幅度360,滚筒直径100MM;
d、鼓风干燥:经c步骤制得的颗粒在1小时内将温度由30℃升温至65℃后,恒温1.5~2小时,使颗粒含水量在4.0%以内,当颗粒接近干燥时要翻动一到二次,干燥好的颗粒过14目不锈钢筛整粒;
其可采用热风循环烘箱进行干燥,为南京鑫飞干燥设备厂家生产,其型号为CT-C-I型,外形尺寸为2.5*1.2*2M 烘盘48只,加热方式电或蒸气,烘盘尺寸10.64*0.46*0.45,温度:常温-120度,功率1500千瓦。
e、将经d步骤制得的颗粒进行内外包装,即制得成品。

本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉12份、桑叶粉3份、黄精粉12份、银耳粉1份、茯苓粉6份、沙棘果粉1份、冬瓜粉 6份、苦瓜粉1份、玉竹粉6份、乌梅粉1份、百合粉6份、山药粉1份、甘草粉5份、枸杞子粉1份、桃仁粉 5份、速溶红茶0.5份、白砂糖40份、麦芽糊精8份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉5份、桑叶粉8份、黄精粉5份、银耳粉4份、茯苓粉3份、沙棘果粉5份、冬瓜粉 2份、苦瓜粉3份、玉竹粉2份、乌梅粉5份、百合粉2份、山药粉6份、甘草粉2份、枸杞子粉4份、桃仁粉 2份、肉桂粉2份、白砂糖15份、麦芽糊精20份。
其制备方法同实施例1。

本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉8份、桑叶粉5份、黄精粉8份、银耳粉2份、茯苓粉5份、沙棘果粉3份、冬瓜粉 4份、苦瓜粉1份、玉竹粉5份、乌梅粉2份、百合粉5份、山药粉2份、甘草粉4份、枸杞子粉2份、桃仁粉 4份、柠檬果粉2份、白砂糖30份、麦芽糊精15份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉6份、桑叶粉7份、黄精粉6份、银耳粉2份、茯苓粉4份、沙棘果粉4份、冬瓜粉3份、苦瓜粉2份、玉竹粉3份、乌梅粉3份、百合粉4份、山药粉4份、甘草粉3份、枸杞子粉3份、桃仁粉 3份、速溶红茶1.5份、肉桂粉4份、柠檬果粉3份、白砂糖20、麦芽糊精18。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例1~5中各原料粉均是原药材经清洗、干燥、粉碎,浸泡、浓缩、干燥、粉碎至120-200目细粉,其制粉方法均为现有技术;也可以是从合法生产企业购买而得到;但以上这各原料粉的纯度为25~35%。
本茶含有大量的洗胰清糖素, 洗胰清糖素(clcs)是植物葛根等药材中提取的类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物(脱氧野尻霉素)结合形成一种新物质。洗胰清糖素(clcs)深入人小肠内抑制人体蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、α葡萄糖苷糖酶、α淀粉酶的活性,与α—糖苷酶结合,直接分解葡萄糖,为受损的胰岛减负,增强胰岛受体活性,清洗胰岛细胞,清除多余不能分解的糖份,激活胰岛细胞,使其恢复胰腺功能。
洗胰清糖素通过提高组织细胞的胰岛素利用率和促进糖运转,抑制胰腺格尔罕氏岛的病变进展,同时可以维持胰岛素的分泌。不仅可以降低空腹血糖,还可以减低餐后血糖,并能保护胰腺功能。
本发明的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料采用平衡疗法对2型糖尿病人内分泌系统进行整体调整,保肝、护肺、补肾、强心、洗胰、健脑、益脾,通过调理和修复使受损的胰岛功能得到部分恢复,平缓的降低血糖,淸除尿糖,并使微循环得到改善,同时降低血脂、清除肝脏脂肪沉积、降低血粘度、温补肾阳,全面恢复体质。服用一个月后开始平稳渐渐降糖,在降糖的同时也在改善全身症状。
用法与用量:每天早晚餐前各一袋,每袋5g,每次取一袋置于约100ml热水中,略微搅拌,即可饮用。
服用一段时间后(1~3个月)会出现以下症状:(病情严重程度不同,会有差异)
(1)眼睛视物变清晰,表明眼底动脉供血改善,也表明脑供血改善,因为解剖学上两者是通的,眼底能反映脑动脉供血情况;
(2)不打胰岛素的病人口服西药渐渐减量,偶尔有一顿不按时吃饭,感觉饿,但不会出现低血糖症状(冷汗、心慌、无力等),表明血糖自主调节能力改善;
(3)心脏功能改善,冠心病症状会渐渐的好转,对运动的耐受力明显提高;
(4)性功能改善;
(5)肾脏功能改善,蛋白尿好转;
(6)对肥胖的病人有平稳减轻体重的作用,气色变好;
(7)高血脂、脂肪肝明显好转,不必专门吃降脂药,轻度高血压也会减轻或正常;
(8)神经系统感觉好转。
本品为药食同源制剂,长期食用没有副作用,葛根桑叶茶是糖尿病患者、及“四高症”(高血糖,高血,高血压、高尿酸)及亚健康人群最理想的食用佳品。可大大提高人的生活质量和健康指数。
服用时,只服用西药降糖者,在保持原有服药量不变的同时服用本品,待血糖降至6.1mmol/L或5.5mmoI/L范围并且稳定时,可以自我调整逐渐减少西药的服用量,开始减少西药服用量时,一次不要减量过大,避免引起血糖反弹上升,一次减少1/8,待血糖稳定后再继续减原始药量的1/8,以此类推,达到停止服用西药为止。凡是能减掉药品的均可治愈,对极为严重的患者,如器官已衰退,器官不可逆转的患者,也能减掉一部分药量,达到最佳血糖稳定状态;
只打胰岛素降糖者,在保持原有剂量的前提下增加服用本品,当出现血糖降低时,降至6.1mmol/L或5.5mmoI/L范围并且稳定时,要及时减少胰岛素用量,每次一般一次减少1~2单位为宜,并注意监测,不要减量过多,防止出现血糖剧烈波动。以此类推的方法减少胰岛素的量;
对于既打岛素又吃西药者,原则上根据血糖降低程度,先渐渐按以上方法减掉西药后,血糖下降达到理想值时再渐渐的按以上方法减量胰岛素。
Claims (4)
1.葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,主要是由下列组份按重量份数制成:葛根粉3~12份、桑叶粉3~12份、黄精粉3~12份、银耳粉1~6份、茯苓粉1~6份、沙棘果粉1~6份、冬瓜粉 1~6份、苦瓜粉1~6份、玉竹粉1~6份、乌梅粉1~6份、百合粉1~6份、山药粉1~6份、甘草粉1~5份、枸杞子粉1~5份、桃仁粉 1~5份、白砂糖10~40份、麦芽糊精8~30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料,其特征在于葛根粉5~8份、桑叶粉5~8份、黄精粉5~8份、银耳粉2~4份、茯苓粉3~5份、沙棘果粉3~5份、冬瓜粉 2~4份、苦瓜粉1~3份、玉竹粉2~5份、乌梅粉2~5份、百合粉2~5份、山药粉2~6份、甘草粉2~4份、枸杞子粉2~4份、桃仁粉 2~4份、白砂糖15~30份、麦芽糊精15~20份。
3.制备权利要求1所述的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
a、原辅料混合:将上述各原料、辅料混合、搅拌均匀;
b、制软材:将经a步骤制得混合物,加入润湿剂进行搅拌,润湿剂与原料混合物的比例为10~15:100;
c、挤压制粒:将b步骤制得的软材进行挤压造粒,16目尼龙网制粒;
d、鼓风干燥:经c步骤制得的颗粒在1小时内将温度由30℃升温至65℃后,恒温1.5~2小时,干燥好的颗粒过14目不锈钢筛整粒;
e、包装:将经d步骤制得的颗粒内外包装,即制得成品。
4.如权利要求3所述的葛根桑叶复合固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于b步骤所述的润湿剂为70%酒精。
