本发明公开了一种用于制造无纺布的装置,包括:预混筒,所述预混筒内设有混纤水溶液,设有成型管,所述成型管下端深入所述水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中所述成型管下端设有复数个成型孔,设有水泵,所述水泵包括水管,所述水管设置在所述成型管下端内部,用于抽取所述成型管内部的水,所述成型管上端设有复数个透气孔。采用该装置能够快速方便,而且节能的形成无纺布。

用于制造无纺布的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,尤其涉及一种用于制造无纺布的装置。
背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric或者Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布没有经纬线,剪裁和缝纫都非常方便,而且质轻容易定型,深受手工爱好者的喜爱。
现有无纺布的制造工艺主要有,水刺无纺布,热合无纺布,浆粕气流成网无纺布等。其中水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力。但是这种方式制造无纺布需要有大量的用水量,而且高压微细水流需要高压水流设备,利用高压水流冲击对其他的基础设备也有一定的损耗。因此一种简便,节能快速的用于无纺布制造的装置还亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种用于制造无纺布的装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种用于制造无纺布的装置,包括:预混筒,所述预混筒内设有混纤水溶液,设有成型管,所述成型管下端深入所述水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中所述成型管下端设有复数个成型孔,设有水泵,所述水泵包括水管,所述水管设置在所述成型管下端内部,用于抽取所述成型管内部的水,所述成型管上端设有复数个透气孔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述混纤水溶液为涤纶,棉纶,维纶,丙纶,氨纶中的一种或几种水溶液。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透气孔外周外侧设有至少两个加热器。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,还包括气泵,所述气泵包括气管,所述气管从所述成型管下端深入到所述成型管上端,用于抽取成型管内部空气,使所述成型管内部形成负压。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,设有喷浆装置,所述喷浆装置设置在所述透气孔下部,混纤水溶液上部,用于对成型好的无纺布进行浆料喷涂。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述浆料为淀粉浆料。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括牵引辊和压力辊。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述压力辊为两个,两个所述压力辊从所述无纺布两面相向挤压无纺布。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)利用在成型管上设有成型孔,在内部设有水泵将成型管内部的水抽取,形成了成型管内外的水压差,会导致成型管外界的水向成型孔中渗入,因此会不断的带动预混筒内部的纤维汇聚在成型孔上,形成了无纺布。
(2)形成好的无纺布通过牵引辊对其进行牵引,使无纺布不断的形成和收集,其中还设置了两个压力辊用来将无纺布压平实。
(3)设置了气泵,利用气泵形成负压,因此能让成型管外周的空气向内进入,同时设置了加热器,即形成了热空气向内进入,实现了对无纺布的烘干工艺。
(4)设置了喷浆装置,用于对形成好的无纺布进行喷浆,浆料为淀粉浆料用于使无纺布具有更加好的粘结性能,增加无纺布纤维之间的粘聚力,使无纺布具有良好的工作强度。
(5)采用该装置能够制造出筒形形状的无纺布,而这区别于现有技术中层状结构或者面状结构的无纺布,而且使用时可以直接使用,抑或是剪裁后进行使用,实现了使用的多样性。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种用于制造无纺布的装置,包括:预混筒11,预混筒11内设有混纤水溶液,设有成型管,成型管下端深入水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中成型管下端设有复数个成型孔3,成型孔3的展开图如图2所示,设有水泵1,水泵1包括水管5,水管5设置在成型管下端内部,用于抽取成型管内部的水,成型管上端设有复数个透气孔8。
具体而言,混纤水溶液为涤纶,棉纶,维纶,丙纶,氨纶中的一种或几种水溶液,根据实际需要的无纺布的性能进行无纺布原料的选择。
本发明使用时,利用在成型管上设有成型孔3,在内部设有水泵1将成型管内部的水抽取,形成了成型管内外的水压差,会导致成型管外界的水向成型孔3中渗入,因此会不断的带动预混筒11内部的纤维汇聚在成型孔3上,形成了无纺布。
透气孔8外周外侧设有至少两个加热器7,还设置了气泵2,气泵2包括气管4,气管4从成型管下端深入到成型管上端,用于抽取成型管内部空气,使成型管内部形成负压。因此能让成型管外周的空气向内进入,同时设置了加热器7,即形成了热空气向内进入,实现了对无纺布的烘干工艺。
设有喷浆装置6,喷浆装置6设置在透气孔8下部,混纤水溶液上部,用于对成型好的无纺布进行浆料喷涂。浆料为淀粉浆料用于使无纺布具有更加好的粘结性能,增加无纺布纤维之间的粘聚力,使无纺布具有良好的工作强度。
形成好的无纺布通过牵引辊10对其进行牵引,使无纺布不断的形成和收集,其中还设置了两个压力辊9,两个压力辊9从无纺布两面相向挤压无纺布,用来将无纺布压平实。
因此采用该装置能够快速方便,而且节能的形成无纺布。采用该装置能够制造出筒形形状的无纺布,而这区别于现有技术中层状结构或者面状结构的无纺布,而且使用时可以直接使用,抑或是剪裁后进行使用,实现了使用的多样性。

1.一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于,包括:预混筒,所述预混筒内设有混纤水溶液,设有成型管,所述成型管下端深入所述水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中所述成型管下端设有复数个成型孔,设有水泵,所述水泵包括水管,所述水管设置在所述成型管下端内部,用于抽取所述成型管内部的水,所述成型管上端设有复数个透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述混纤水溶液为涤纶,棉纶,维纶,丙纶,氨纶中的一种或几种水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述透气孔外周外侧设有至少两个加热器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:还包括气泵,所述气泵包括气管,所述气管从所述成型管下端深入到所述成型管上端,用于抽取成型管内部空气,使所述成型管内部形成负压。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:设有喷浆装置,所述喷浆装置设置在所述透气孔下部,混纤水溶液上部,用于对成型好的无纺布进行浆料喷涂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述浆料为淀粉浆料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:包括牵引辊和压力辊。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述压力辊为两个,两个所述压力辊从所述无纺布两面相向挤压无纺布。
