技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,尤其涉及一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置。
背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric或者Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。
现有无纺布一般采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。采用这种方法需要进行高温的工艺,操作麻烦,对设备的要求也很高。还有采用水刺无纺布,是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力。这种方式操作麻烦而且对水压进行一定的控制。因此一种方便快捷,节能且能够提高无纺布强度的制造无纺布的装置还亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,包括:预混筒,所述预混筒内混有混纤水溶液,所述预混筒设有水平搅拌装置,用于使所述混纤水溶液进行水平搅拌,和竖直混合装置,用于使所述混纤水溶液进行竖直搅拌,设有成型管,所述成型管下端深入所述水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中所述成型管下端设有复数个成型孔,设有水泵,所述水泵包括水管,所述水管设置在所述成型管下端内部,用于抽取所述成型管内部的水。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述成型管上端设有仟伸装置,所述仟伸装置与所述无纺布的内周尺寸吻合,所述仟伸装置具有斜纹。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述仟伸装置能够绕自身轴线旋转,旋转方向与所述斜纹方向相反。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述混纤水溶液为涤纶,棉纶,维纶,丙纶,氨纶中的一种或几种水溶液。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,设有喷浆装置,所述喷浆装置设置在所述混纤水溶液上部,用于对成型好的无纺布进行浆料喷涂。

本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)利用在成型管上设有成型孔,在内部设有水泵将成型管内部的水抽取,形成了成型管内外的水压差,会导致成型管外界的水向成型孔中渗入,因此会不断的带动预混筒内部的纤维汇聚在成型孔上,形成了无纺布。
(2)设置的成型孔的下半部分孔为竖直稀松排布,上半部分孔为紧密排布,因此下部分会先形成竖直排布的姿态,形成无纺布的基层,方便牵引辊对其竖直方向的牵引,到上半部分的时候进行多重的纤维的汇聚,获得完整的无纺布产品。
(3)在预混筒中分别设有水平搅拌装置和竖直混合装置,水平搅拌装置和竖直混合装置周期性的进行交替工作,因此能够使纤维以周期性的水平姿态和竖直姿态在成型管外表面汇聚,使纤维具有各向交错的姿态,能够增加其强度。
(4)设有仟伸装置,仟伸装置上设有斜纹,使旋转方向与所述斜纹方向相反,这样在牵引辊的作用下同时对无纺布提供一个向下的力,实现了对无纺布的张拉,使无纺布崩紧,使无纺布具有更好的张拉力。
(5)采用该装置能够制造出筒形形状的无纺布,而这区别于现有技术中层状结构或者面状结构的无纺布,而且使用时可以直接使用,抑或是剪裁后进行使用,实现了使用的多样性。

如图1、图2和图3所示,一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,包括:预混筒2,所述预混筒2内混有混纤水溶液,所述预混筒2设有水平搅拌装置11,用于使所述混纤水溶液进行水平搅拌,和竖直混合装置4,用于使所述混纤水溶液进行竖直搅拌,设有成型管,所述成型管下端深入所述水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中所述成型管下端设有复数个成型孔3,设有水泵1,所述水泵1包括水管5,所述水管5设置在所述成型管下端内部,用于抽取所述成型管内部的水。
利用在成型管上设有成型孔3,在内部设有水泵1将成型管内部的水抽取,形成了成型管内外的水压差,会导致成型管外界的水向成型孔3中渗入,因此会不断的带动预混筒2内部的纤维汇聚在成型孔3上,形成了无纺布。
具体而言,混纤水溶液为涤纶,棉纶,维纶,丙纶,氨纶中的一种或几种水溶液,根据实际需要的无纺布的性能进行无纺布原料的选择。
在预混筒2中分别设有水平搅拌装置11和竖直混合装置4,水平搅拌装置11和竖直混合装置4周期性的进行交替工作,因此能够使纤维以周期性的水平姿态和竖直姿态在成型管外表面汇聚,使纤维具有各向交错的姿态,能够增加其强度。
所述成型管上端设有仟伸装置8,所述仟伸装置8与所述无纺布的内周尺寸吻合,所述仟伸装置8具有斜纹。所述仟伸装置8能够绕自身轴线旋转,旋转方向与所述斜纹方向相反。这样在牵引辊10的作用下同时对无纺布提供一个向下的力,实现了对无纺布的张拉,使无纺布崩紧,使无纺布具有更好的张拉力。

形成好的无纺布通过牵引辊10对其进行牵引,使无纺布不断的形成和收集,其中还设置了两个压力辊9,两个压力辊9从无纺布两面相向挤压无纺布,用来将无纺布压平实。
采用该装置能够制造出筒形形状的无纺布,而这区别于现有技术中层状结构或者面状结构的无纺布,而且使用时可以直接使用,抑或是剪裁后进行使用,实现了使用的多样性。

1.一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于,包括:预混筒,所述预混筒内混有混纤水溶液,所述预混筒设有水平搅拌装置,用于使所述混纤水溶液进行水平搅拌,和竖直混合装置,用于使所述混纤水溶液进行竖直搅拌,设有成型管,所述成型管下端深入所述水溶液中,上端留置在空气中,其中所述成型管下端设有复数个成型孔,设有水泵,所述水泵包括水管,所述水管设置在所述成型管下端内部,用于抽取所述成型管内部的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述成型管上端设有仟伸装置,所述仟伸装置与所述无纺布的内周尺寸吻合,所述仟伸装置具有斜纹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述仟伸装置能够绕自身轴线旋转,旋转方向与所述斜纹方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述混纤水溶液为涤纶,棉纶,维纶,丙纶,氨纶中的一种或几种水溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:设有喷浆装置,所述喷浆装置设置在所述混纤水溶液上部,用于对成型好的无纺布进行浆料喷涂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述浆料为淀粉浆料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:设有烘干装置,所述烘干装置设置在所述混纤水溶液上部,用于对成型好的无纺布进行浆料烘干。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:包括牵引辊和压力辊。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述压力辊为两个,两个所述压力辊从所述无纺布两面相向挤压无纺布。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混纤溶液制造无纺布的装置,其特征在于:所述成型孔的下半部分孔为竖直稀松排布,上半部分孔为紧密排布。
