The results of analysis between 25 pairs of SSR primer pairs F5C27 and the parents show that 16 pairs of SSR primers have polymorphism, wherein F5C27 has 11 pairs of specific primers with the parents, which are respectively Fv12, Fv20, Fv22, Fv30, Fv35, Fv49, Fv53, Fv56, Fv62, Fv 71 and Fv 72, as shown in table 2, and genetic similarity coefficients and clustering analysis show that the genetic similarity coefficients between F5C27 and the parents F9231 and F531 are respectively 0.632 and 0.825, and the genetic similarity coefficients between F5C27 and the parents are respectively 0.632 and 0.825, which are true hybrids, as shown in table 3 (as shown in fig. 2).
