Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺的具体步骤为:将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇、扩链剂、分散助剂、催化剂、发泡剂和匀泡剂在容器内升温,充分混合,混合均匀后,再冷却出料,密封保存。将二异氰酸、低不饱和度聚醚多元醇和异氰酸反应的低分子改性剂反应2~3小时,真空脱除气泡,自然降温、出料,分析游离的NCO含量,密封保存。本发明能用于制备高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺。
背景技术
聚酯型聚氨酯具有较好的机械性能,耐磨,强度好,耐酸碱性能优良;但是聚酯型聚氨酯的酯官能团遇到空气中的水,尤其是凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料更容易接触到水,现有的聚氨酯材料在在潮湿环境中使用时,聚酯型聚氨酯材料容易降解,相对分子质量降低,分子重排导致拉伸强度减弱,挠曲性能变差,耐磨和耐折弯的强度也会减低,进而导致采用聚酯型聚氨酯材料制备的鞋底龟裂,缩短鞋底使用寿命,浪费材料,导致经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其能用于制备高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,所述生产工艺的具体步骤为:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇、扩链剂、分散助剂、催化剂、发泡剂和匀泡剂在容器内升温,充分混合,混合均匀后,再冷却出料,密封保存。
(2)改性异氰酸预聚体组份的制备
将二异氰酸、低不饱和度聚醚多元醇和异氰酸反应的低分子改性剂反应2~3小时,真空脱除气泡,自然降温、出料,分析游离的NCO 含量,密封保存。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料和步骤(2)制备的物料呼和,迅速注入表面涂有脱模剂的模具模塑成型,放入烘箱中,熟化后,脱模制得聚氨酯鞋底材料。
优选的,所述A组份和B组份中的聚醚多元醇为高活性低不饱和度聚醚多元醇。
优选的,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为7500~10000。
优选的,所述发泡剂为水。
优选的,所述匀泡剂为硅油。
优选的,所述扩链剂是乙二醇。
优选的,所述催化剂为三乙烯二胺。
优选的,所述聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇(POP)、扩链剂、分散助剂、催化剂、发泡剂和匀泡剂的质量比为 50~60:20~30:5~15:5~15:0.3~1.2:1.0~2.0:0.3~1.0。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,该组合料的A组份和B组份通过发泡制得的聚氨酯鞋底材料具有高耐磨、耐水解的性能。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例
(l)多元醇混合物A组份的制备
将聚醚多元醇55g和聚合物多元醇(POP)25g、扩链剂5g、分散助剂12g、催化剂1g、发泡剂1.5g和匀泡剂0.5g;在容器内升温至60~70℃,充分混合1~2h,混合均匀后,再冷却至35~40℃出料,密封保存。
(2)改性异氰酸预聚体B组份的制备
将二异氰酸80g、低不饱和度聚醚多元醇10g和异氰酸反应的低分子改性剂10g在80-90℃反应2~3小时,真空脱除气泡,自然降温、出料,分析游离的NCO含量,密封保存。
(3)使A组份温度维持在30~35℃,使B组份温度维持在40~ 45℃,将A,B两组份在控制异氰酸醋指数为90至102,40~50℃温度下充分混合,迅速注入表面涂有脱模剂、温度控制在50土2℃的模具模塑成型,放入温度为45~55℃的烘箱中,熟化5~lOmin后,脱模制得聚氨酯鞋底材料。
本实施例中,聚醚多元醇为高活性低不饱和度聚醚多元醇。
本实施例中,聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为7500~10000。
本实施例中,发泡剂为水。
本实施例中,匀泡剂为硅油。
本实施例中,扩链剂是乙二醇。
本实施例中,催化剂为三乙烯二胺。
将上述制备的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料进行强度和耐磨性能的检测,其比传统的聚氨酯鞋底材料提高了15%。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺的具体步骤为:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇、扩链剂、分散助剂、催化剂、发泡剂和匀泡剂在容器内升温,充分混合,混合均匀后,再冷却出料,密封保存。
(2)改性异氰酸预聚体组份的制备
将二异氰酸、低不饱和度聚醚多元醇和异氰酸反应的低分子改性剂反应2~3小时,真空脱除气泡,自然降温、出料,分析游离的NCO含量,密封保存。
(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料和步骤(2)制备的物料呼和,迅速注入表面涂有脱模剂的模具模塑成型,放入烘箱中,熟化后,脱模制得聚氨酯鞋底材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为高活性低不饱和度聚醚多元醇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为7500~10000。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述匀泡剂为硅油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述扩链剂是乙二醇。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述催化剂为三乙烯二胺。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇(POP)、扩链剂、分散助剂、催化剂、发泡剂和匀泡剂的质量比为50~60:20~30:5~15:5~15:0.3~1.2:1.0~2.0:0.3~1.0。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高强度耐折弯的凉鞋用聚酯鞋底材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、助剂的质量比为80~90:5~10:5~10。
