技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于升温和降温的反应釜。
背景技术
乳胶漆在生产过程中,需要将原料送入反应釜中进行反应,而在反应过程中,需要对反应釜进行升温,而在反应完成后,需要对反应釜进行快速降温,目前,尚无专用的反应釜。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种便于升温和降温的反应釜,从而有效解决了背景技术中指出的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种便于升温和降温的反应釜,包括反应釜,所述反应釜的壳体上设有隔层,所述反应釜的底部设有与隔层相连通的热水进管和冷水进管,所述反应釜的顶部设有与隔层相连通的热水出管和冷水出管,所述的热水进管和热水出管均与一热水灌相连,所述的热水进管上设有热水泵,所述的冷水进管和冷水出管均与一冷水灌相连,所述的冷水进管上设有冷水泵,所述的热水进管上设有热水进水阀,所述的热水出管上设有热水出水阀,所述的冷水进管上设有冷水进水阀,所述的冷水出管上设有冷水出水阀。
作为优选,所述反应釜内设有实时监测反应釜内温度的温度计。
本发明的有益效果:
1、通过对反应釜的壳体设置隔层,在升温时通入热水,在降温时通入冷水,从而便于反应;
2、热水进水阀、热水出水阀、冷水进水阀和冷水出水阀的设计,便于在升温和降温时进行合理的控制。

如图1所述的一种便于升温和降温的反应釜,包括反应釜21,所述反应釜21的壳体上设有隔层22,所述反应釜21的底部设有与隔层22相连通的热水进管23和冷水进管24,所述反应釜21的顶部设有与隔层22相连通的热水出管25和冷水出管26,所述的热水进管23和热水出管25均与一热水灌27相连,所述的热水进管23上设有热水泵28,所述的冷水进管24和冷水出管26均与一冷水灌29相连,所述的冷水进管24上设有冷水泵30,所述的热水进管23上设有热水进水阀31,所述的热水出管25上设有热水出水阀32,所述的冷水进管24上设有冷水进水阀33,所述的冷水出管24上设有冷水出水阀34。
所述反应釜21内设有实时监测反应釜21内温度的温度计。
本发明在对反应釜21进行升温时,关闭冷水进水阀33和冷水出水阀34,打开热水进水阀31和热水出水阀32,然后启动热水泵28,这样热水就从热水灌27循环进入隔层22内,对反应釜21进行升温;在对反应釜21进行降温时,打开冷水进水阀33和冷水出水阀34,关闭热水进水阀31和热水出水阀32,然后启动冷水泵30,这样冷水就从冷水灌29循环进入隔层22内,对反应釜21进行降温。

1.一种便于升温和降温的反应釜,其特征在于,包括反应釜(21),所述反应釜(21)的壳体上设有隔层(22),所述反应釜(21)的底部设有与隔层(22)相连通的热水进管(23)和冷水进管(24),所述反应釜(21)的顶部设有与隔层(22)相连通的热水出管(25)和冷水出管(26),所述的热水进管(23)和热水出管(25)均与一热水灌(27)相连,所述的热水进管(23)上设有热水泵(28),所述的冷水进管(24)和冷水出管(26)均与一冷水灌(29)相连,所述的冷水进管(24)上设有冷水泵(30),所述的热水进管(23)上设有热水进水阀(31),所述的热水出管(25)上设有热水出水阀(32),所述的冷水进管(24)上设有冷水进水阀(33),所述的冷水出管(24)上设有冷水出水阀(34)。
