背景技术
河蟹,学名中华绒螯蟹,南方俗称大闸蟹,穴居于江、河、湖泊的泥岸边,昼伏夜出,以谷物或一些小型动物的尸体为食。每年秋季,常洄游至近海繁殖,此时河蟹肉质饱满,雌蟹蟹黄与雄蟹蟹膏充足,是中国民间餐桌上的一道不可多得的美食。此外,蟹肉的营养价值丰富,富含维生素A、蛋白质、糖类、钙、磷、铁等多种营养物质,有着养胃、通气等药用功效。
硒是一种人体内必需的微量元素。近年来,随着人们物对身体健康的关注,富含硒的食品得到了人们的广泛青睐。研究表明,食用富硒食品,有着抗癌、抗氧化、增强自身免疫力、维持心血管系统的结构与功能等益处。
由于河蟹食性杂,饲料来源广泛,且生长迅速,故可以采用喂养河蟹人工制作的富含硒元素的饲料,从而使河蟹富硒化,应用于大规模的标准生产,以此创造可观的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种富硒河蟹的养殖方法,该方法能增强河蟹的生命力与存活率,保障河蟹肉质鲜嫩、蟹黄与蟹膏饱满并富含人体所需的硒元素。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种添加无机硒进行河蟹富硒化的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向养殖桶内注入已用气泵打气1天的水,水深5-15cm,再加入少量氯化钙,使水中钙离子含量为40-50mg/L;开启气泵持续增氧。
(2)选择无伤病、体质健康、规格整齐的河蟹放入养殖桶,养殖密度为0.5-2只/L。
(3)使用添加无机硒的富硒饲料来饲养河蟹,每天喂食两次,每次投放量为蟹重的1-2%,喂食时间为上午8-10点和下午5点-7点,可根据温度变化适当增加或减少饲料投放量。
(4)每隔1-2天换一次水,水质变坏时立刻换水。
(5)适时捞出即可。
所述的富硒饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎、再加入质量为原料质量10%~23%、浓度为0.4-1.6mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液搅拌、烘干、抹油制成:鱼粉13-17份、棉粕13-17份、菜粕12-15份、豆粕11-15份、米糠3-7份、血粉3-5份、细贝3-5份、骨粉3-5份、沸石粉3-5份、玉米粉9-11份、虾粉8-10份、面粉7-10份、粘合剂3-5份。
所述的富硒饲料中,以下重量份配比优选为:鱼粉15份、棉粕15份、菜粕13.5份、豆粕13份、米糠5份、血粉4份、细贝4份、骨粉4份、沸石粉4份、玉米粉10份、虾粉9份、面粉8.5份、粘合剂4份。
所述的亚硒酸钠溶液质量优选为原料质量的16.5%,浓度优选为0.8mg/L。

实施例1
一种河蟹富硒化的养殖方式,包括如下步骤:
(1)使用直径30cm的圆底集装桶作为养殖桶,向桶内注入提前用气泵打气1天的生活饮用水,水深5cm,加入0.38g氯化钙,开启气泵持续增氧;
(2)选择无伤病、体质健康、规格整齐、体重规格为50g±10g/只的河蟹放入养殖桶,每桶4只河蟹;
(3)使用添加无机硒的富硒饲料来饲养河蟹,每天喂食两次,喂食时间为上午8点和下午5点,每次投放量为蟹重的1.5%,可根据温度变化适当增加或减少饲料投放量;
(4)每隔1天换一次水,水质变坏时立刻换水;
(5)适时捞出即可。
步骤(3)所述的富硒饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎、再加入质量为原料质量16.5%、浓度为0.8mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液搅拌、烘干、抹油制成:鱼粉15份、棉粕15份、菜粕13.5份、豆粕13份、米糠5份、血粉4份、细贝4份、骨粉4份、沸石粉4份、玉米粉10份、虾粉9份、面粉8.5份、粘合剂4份。
实施例2
一种河蟹富硒化的养殖方式,包括如下步骤:

步骤(3)所述的富硒饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎、再加入质量为原料质量20%、浓度为1.0mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液搅拌、烘干、抹油制成:鱼粉16份、棉粕16份、菜粕14份、豆粕14份、米糠5份、血粉3份、细贝3份、骨粉3份、沸石粉3份、玉米粉11份、虾粉9份、面粉10份、粘合剂5份。

所述的富硒饲料,是由以下重量份配比的原料混合、粉碎、再加入质量为原料质量10%~23%、浓度为0.4-1.6mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液搅拌、烘干、抹油制成:鱼粉13-17份、棉粕13-17份、菜粕12-15份、豆粕11-15份、米糠3-7份、血粉3-5份、细贝3-5份、骨粉3-5份、沸石粉3-5份、玉米粉9-11份、虾粉8-10份、面粉7-10份、粘合剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加无机硒进行河蟹富硒化的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的富硒饲料中,以下重量份配比优选为:鱼粉15份、棉粕15份、菜粕13.5份、豆粕13份、米糠5份、血粉4份、细贝4份、骨粉4份、沸石粉4份、玉米粉10份、虾粉9份、面粉8.5份、粘合剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种添加无机硒进行河蟹富硒化的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的亚硒酸钠溶液质量优选为原料质量的16.5%,浓度优选为0.8mg/L。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种添加无机硒进行河蟹富硒化的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)水中加入氯化钙后,水中钙离子含量为40-50mg/L。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种添加无机硒进行河蟹富硒化的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)水中加入氯化钙后,水中钙离子含量为40-50mg/L。
