技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体讲是一种休闲沙发布的制备工艺。
背景技术:
随着生活水平的提高,人们对休闲沙发布的要求越来越高,但目前的沙发布虽然通过麂皮绒形成仿真皮效果,但目前单纯的麂皮绒其色差感和肌理感较差,无法满足高端需求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有真皮相似的色差感和肌理感的休闲沙发布的制备工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种休闲沙发布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将50D海岛纱麂皮绒通过热转移印花方式使布面有真皮相似的色差感和隐形的肌理感;
步骤二,印花后的麂皮绒通过转移膜烫金方式使绒毛封住50%,并带有哑光度;
步骤三,将75D/FDY100克的针织布和100D/DTY240克的单面绒用热熔胶方式进行复合固化24小时保持稳定;
步骤四,将印花烫金麂皮绒通过油胶复合方式和已经复合固化好的针织布进行复合,熟化1小时;
步骤五,压花,其中,温度160℃,压力36吨,速度15码;
步骤六,水洗后切边包装。
采用以上结构后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过上述工艺,可以制备具有真皮色差感和肌理感的休闲沙发布,满足高端需求且价格适中。
作为优选,步骤四中油胶复合用69%聚氨酯树脂、23%醋酸乙酯溶剂和8%固化剂进行复合。
具体实施方式:
下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种休闲沙发布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将50D海岛纱麂皮绒通过热转移印花方式使布面有真皮相似的色差感和隐形的肌理感,具体的,使用凹版印刷机,云纹花型90℃×50m/min;
步骤二,印花后的麂皮绒通过转移膜烫金方式使绒毛封住50%,并带有哑光度,具体的,热转移毛毯机200℃×16转,压力4kg,烫金机125℃×16转;
步骤三,将75D/FDY100克的针织布和100D/DTY240克的单面绒用热熔胶方式进行复合固化24小时保持稳定,具体的,PUR固体胶110℃热熔,上胶量12g/m2
步骤四,将印花烫金麂皮绒通过油胶复合方式和已经复合固化好的针织布进行复合,熟化1小时,油胶复合用69%聚氨酯树脂、23%醋酸乙酯溶剂和8%固化剂进行复合;
步骤五,压花,其中,温度160℃,压力36吨,速度15码;
步骤六,水洗后切边包装。
通过上述工艺,可以制备具有真皮色差感和肌理感的休闲沙发布,满足高端需求且价格适中。

1.一种休闲沙发布的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将50D海岛纱麂皮绒通过热转移印花方式使布面有真皮相似的色差感和隐形的肌理感;
步骤二,印花后的麂皮绒通过转移膜烫金方式使绒毛封住50%,并带有哑光度;
步骤三,将75D/FDY100克的针织布和100D/DTY240克的单面绒用热熔胶方式进行复合固化24小时保持稳定;
步骤四,将印花烫金麂皮绒通过油胶复合方式和已经复合固化好的针织布进行复合,熟化1小时;
步骤五,压花,其中,温度160℃,压力36吨,速度15码;
步骤六,水洗后切边包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的休闲沙发布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤四中油胶复合用69%聚氨酯树脂、23%醋酸乙酯溶剂和8%固化剂进行复合。
