技术领域
本发明涉及一种拉链及其制作方法,尤指一种棉布拉链及其制作方法。
背景技术
在人们日常生活中,拉链是很常见的东西,常被用于服装、箱包及鞋靴等领域中。随着服装辅料行业日新月异地发展,客户对拉链的染色和缩水性能的要求也是越来越高,而拉链的染色及缩水性能主要表现拉链织带和布胶上。在外观和缩水性能方面,为了拉链能更好地匹配客户产品,拉链行业普遍使用的是事先高温高压上染好色的涤纶材质织带和布胶,然而随着社会环保节能节水意识的增强,费能费水的高温高压染色工艺使用范围被极大地限制了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的拉链染色不均的问题。为解决本发明所提出的技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种防水印字拉链,包括有拉链布带及链牙,所述的拉链布带为棉布织带,所述的棉布织带上热熔有加强布胶层,所述的加强布胶层包括有棉布基层,设置在棉布基层上的树脂保护层,设置在棉布基层背面的布胶渗透层,设置在布胶渗透层背面的热熔胶层,所述的布胶渗透层由重量比为:(20-65):(1-10):(1-15):(0.1-0.5):(0.2-0.4)的聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、热塑性酚醛树脂、增塑剂、蓖麻油混合而成。
本发明的棉布拉链的制作方法,包括有如下步骤:
A:制作棉布织带;
B: 制作加强布胶层:
(1)制作布胶渗透层:将质量比为(20-65):(1-15)的聚醚多元醇和热塑性酚醛树脂混合均匀得到混合物甲,将质量比为(1-10):(0.1-0.5):(0.2-0.4)的甲苯二异氰酸酯、增塑剂、蓖麻油混合均匀得到混合物乙,将混合物甲和混合物乙混合均匀充分交联胶化得到布胶渗透层;
(2)在棉布基层上涂覆树脂保护涂层冷却定型,在棉布基层的背面涂覆补胶渗透层冷却定型,在布胶渗透层的背面涂覆热熔胶层冷却定型;
C:将加强布胶层的热熔胶层与棉布织带热熔;
D:对拉链布带进行染色。
对本发明作进一步限定的技术方案包括:
所述的树脂保护层为丙烯酸树脂涂层、环氧树脂涂层和聚氨酯树脂涂层中的一种或两种。
所述的热熔胶层为聚酯热熔胶胶层。
所述的棉布织带由单丝线织成,所述的单丝线由质量百分比为(40-90)%:(40-60)%:(20-40)%的棉纤单丝、再生纤维单丝、动物纤维单丝混合而成。
所述的棉布基层有格子相间的网纹,网纹规格范围为每平方厘米经向或纬向纹路各为20~80条。
步骤B中的加强布胶层的总厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的棉布拉链改善加强布胶层的性能,使拉链布带的染色均匀,通过优化棉布织带的材料组成,解决了拉链缩水率高的问题。

参照图1,本发明的防水印字拉链包括有拉链布带及链牙,其特征在于:所述的拉链布带为棉布织带,所述的棉布织带上热熔有加强布胶层,所述的加强布胶层包括有棉布基层,设置在棉布基层上的树脂保护层,设置在棉布基层背面的布胶渗透层,设置在布胶渗透层背面的热熔胶层,所述的布胶渗透层由重量比为:(20-65):(1-10):(1-15):(0.1-0.5):(0.2-0.4)的聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、热塑性酚醛树脂、增塑剂、蓖麻油混合而成。
本发明的棉布拉链的制作方法,包括有如下步骤:
A:制作棉布织带,棉布织带由经纱和纬纱形成,经纱沿带的纵向延伸,纬纱沿带的横向地延伸,其中经纱及纬纱由至少一股单丝线织成。单丝线包括单丝线由质量百分比为(40-90)%:(40-60)%:(20-40)%的棉纤单丝、再生纤维单丝、动物纤维单丝混合而成。
B: 制作加强布胶层:
(1)制作布胶渗透层:将质量比为(20-65):(1-15)的聚醚多元醇和热塑性酚醛树脂混合均匀得到混合物甲,将质量比为(1-10):(0.1-0.5):(0.2-0.4)的甲苯二异氰酸酯、增塑剂、蓖麻油混合均匀得到混合物乙,将混合物甲和混合物乙混合均匀充分交联胶化得到布胶渗透层,此种布胶渗透层对颜料的吸附力强;
(2)在棉布基层1上涂覆树脂保护涂层2冷却定型,在棉布基层1的背面涂覆补胶渗透层3冷却定型,在布胶渗透层3的背面涂覆热熔胶层4冷却定型;其中棉布基层有格子相间的网纹,网纹规格范围为每平方厘米经向或纬向纹路各为20~80条。强布胶层的总厚度为0.15-0.35mm。其中,树脂保护层为丙烯酸树脂涂层、环氧树脂涂层和聚氨酯树脂涂层中的一种或两种。热熔胶层为聚酯热熔胶胶层。
C:将加强布胶层的热熔胶层与棉布织带热熔;
D:对拉链布带进行染色,在布胶渗透层的吸附力下,染料穿过树脂保护涂层和棉布基层吸附到布胶渗透层上,从而使加强布胶层染色均匀。
按照本发明的棉布拉链的制作方法制作的防水印字拉链的理化性能测试表:
按照本发明的棉布拉链制作方法制作的拉链改善加强布胶层的性能,使拉链布带的染色均匀,通过优化棉布织带的材料组成,解决了拉链缩水率高的问题,而且符合服装行业的生产测试要求。

1.一种棉布拉链,包括有拉链布带及链牙,其特征在于:所述的拉链布带为棉布织带,所述的棉布织带上热熔有加强布胶层,所述的加强布胶层包括有棉布基层,设置在棉布基层上的树脂保护层,设置在棉布基层背面的布胶渗透层,设置在布胶渗透层背面的热熔胶层,所述的布胶渗透层由重量比为:(20-65):(1-10):(1-15):(0.1-0.5):(0.2-0.4)的聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、热塑性酚醛树脂、增塑剂、蓖麻油混合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的棉布拉链,其特征在于:所述的树脂保护层为丙烯酸树脂涂层、环氧树脂涂层和聚氨酯树脂涂层中的一种或两种。
3.如权利要求1所述的棉布拉链,其特征在于:所述的热熔胶层为聚酯热熔胶胶层。
4.如权利要求1所述的棉布拉链,其特征在于:所述的棉布织带由单丝线织成,所述的单丝线由质量百分比为(40-90)%:(40-60)%:(20-40)%的棉纤单丝、再生纤维单丝、动物纤维单丝混合而成。

在棉布基层上涂覆树脂保护涂层冷却定型,在棉布基层的背面涂覆补胶渗透层冷却定型,在布胶渗透层的背面涂覆热熔胶层冷却定型;
C:将加强布胶层的热熔胶层与棉布织带热熔;
D:对拉链布带进行染色。
7.如权利要求6所述的棉布拉链的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤B中的加强布胶层的总厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
