Abstract

本发明提供了一种特殊织带纹的拉链布带的制备方法，采用不同颜色的经纱及纬纱进行编织，无需再对布带进行后续的染色制图工艺，即可使得编制出的拉链布带具有需求的纹路，呈现出一种新的视觉效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装辅料制备技术领域，具体涉及一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法。
背景技术
布带是服装、箱包等的拉链必须的一种辅料，搭配不同的衣物风格使用与之匹配的布带可以增加衣物的美观性，故布带的颜色多种多样。
但是现有技术中制备不同颜色以及不同花纹的布带时候，均为采用白胚色织成布带后在按照需求进行染色，使得布带的整体外观只有一种颜色，视觉性能差并且无法提高衣物的美观性能。
故如何提供一种具有特殊织带纹的拉链布带及其制备方法，是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的在于通过对原材料颜色的搭配使用，配合相应的组织图，从而创新出一种新布带花纹，满足客户对新产品、新花纹的需求，给人一种全新的感觉。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)选取第一颜色300D/1重网涤纶DTY作为经纱；
(2)选取第二颜色150D/1重网涤纶DTY和第三颜色200D/1重网涤纶DTY作为纬纱；
(3)中心线为编织中心线；
(4)在织带设备上织造布带。
进一步的，所述步骤(1)中第一颜色的经纱为60条。
更进一步的，所述步骤(2)中纬纱中包括1条第二颜色150D/1重网涤纶DTY和10条第三颜色200D/1重网涤纶DTY。
优选的，所述步骤(3)中的中心线为2条300D/1重网涤纶DTY和3条300D/1锦纶TDY做芯线、4条150D/1重网涤纶DTY做纬纱编织而成。
再进一步的，所述步骤(4)中制造布带时，布带宽度调整为15.5-16.5mm，布带厚度调整为0.35-0.45mm。
优选的，所述第一颜色、所述第二颜色和所述第三颜色可根据需求选择为相同颜色或不同颜色。
本发明的有益效果是：提供了一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，经纱和纬纱选用多种不同颜色的两股纱线混织在一起，在制造过程中两股纱线会无规律的交替旋转，同时配合经纱一上一下的组织结构，从而实现布带上具有无规则的异色点，从而达到一种新的视觉效果，具有很高的应用价值。

下面就本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如无特别说明，本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的，如无特别说明，下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
如附图1所示，一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，选取黑白两色纱线，包括以下步骤：
(1)选取60条黑色300D/1重网涤纶DTY作为经纱；
(2)选取1黑颜色150D/1重网涤纶DTY和10本白200D/1重网涤纶DTY作为纬纱；
(3)中心线为编织中心线，由2条300D/1重网涤纶DTY和3条300D/1锦纶TDY做芯线、4条150D/1重网涤纶DTY做纬纱编织而成
(4)在织带设备上设置布带宽度为15.5-16.5mm，布带厚度为0.35-0.45mm，织造布带。
从附图1可以看出，制造的布带上具有与经纱不同颜色的纬纱的颜色点，达到了一种新的视觉效果。

1.一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)选取第一颜色300D/1重网涤纶DTY作为经纱；
(2)选取第二颜色150D/1重网涤纶DTY和第三颜色200D/1重网涤纶DTY作为纬纱；
(3)中心线为编织中心线；
(4)在织带设备上织造布带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(1)中第一颜色的经纱为60条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(2)中纬纱中包括1条第二颜色150D/1重网涤纶DTY和10条第三颜色200D/1重网涤纶DTY。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(3)中的中心线为2条300D/1重网涤纶DTY和3条300D/1锦纶TDY做芯线、4条150D/1重网涤纶DTY做纬纱编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(4)中制造布带时，布带宽度调整为15.5-16.5mm，布带厚度调整为0.35-0.45mm。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种特殊织带纹拉链布带的制备方法，其特征在于，所述第一颜色、所述第二颜色、所述第三颜色可根据需求选择为相同颜色或不同颜色。
