目前,随着社会竞争激烈,生活节奏快,生活压力大,很多人长期处于激烈的竞争条件下,生活作息不规律,饮食不均衡,导致身体处于亚健康状态,免疫功能低下,免疫力的降低极大的影响了人体的健康,导致各种疾病的发生。现代医学研究表明,人类机体患病的原因大多是由于自身免疫力系统出现问题,机体免疫力降低导致,对于体质较差,年老体弱的疾病患者,提高机体免疫力具有重要作用。目前市场上提高免疫力的药品制剂和保健品种类繁多,但效果参差不齐。

本发明的发明目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种桂圆糖果及其制备方法,所述桂圆糖果食用方便,口感好,对机体免疫力的提高具有极佳的效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种桂圆糖果,由下述原料组分制备而成:桂圆、黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英、白芍、丹参、糊精、甜菊素。
进一步地,由下述原料组分制备而成:桂圆12~15g、黄精8~10g、白芷7~9g、巴戟天5~7g、蒲公英3~6g、白芍2~5g、丹参1~3g、糊精10~15g、甜菊素0.5~1g。
优选地,由下述原料组分制备而成:桂圆13g、黄精9g、白芷8g、巴戟天6g、蒲公英5g、白芍3g、丹参2g、糊精13g、甜菊素0.8g。
一种制备本发明所述的桂圆糖果的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取桂圆,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重3~5倍的体积分数为55~65%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1~2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液A,备用;
(2)取黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重8~10倍的水,在90~100℃条件下提取90min,过滤,取滤液,在70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液B,备用;
(3)取白芍、丹参,加入原料总重3~5倍的体积分数为70%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1~2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液C,备用;
(4)按重量份称取糊精和甜菊素,然后加入上述提取液A、提取液B、提取液C,混合后搅拌,制粒,干燥,压片,即得所述桂圆糖果。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,所述乙醇的体积分数为60%。
本发明还提供了上述桂圆糖果在制备提高机体免疫力药物中的应用。

(1)取桂圆,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重3~5倍的体积分数为60%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1.5小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液A,备用;
(2)取黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重9倍的水,在90~100℃条件下提取90min,过滤,取滤液,在70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液B,备用;
(3)取白芍、丹参,加入原料总重4倍的体积分数为70%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1.5小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液C,备用;
(4)按重量份称取糊精和甜菊素,然后加入上述提取液A、提取液B、提取液C,混合后搅拌,制粒,干燥,压片,即得所述桂圆糖果。
实施例2
一种桂圆糖果,由下述原料组分制备而成:
桂圆12g、黄精8g、白芷7g、巴戟天5g、蒲公英3g、白芍2g、丹参1g、糊精10g、甜菊素0.5g。
一种制备本实施例所述的桂圆糖果的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取桂圆,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重3倍的体积分数为55%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液A,备用;
(2)取黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重8倍的水,在90~100℃条件下提取90min,过滤,取滤液,在70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液B,备用;
(3)取白芍、丹参,加入原料总重3倍的体积分数为70%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液C,备用;
(4)按重量份称取糊精和甜菊素,然后加入上述提取液A、提取液B、提取液C,混合后搅拌,制粒,干燥,压片,即得所述桂圆糖果。
实施例3
一种桂圆糖果,由下述原料组分制备而成:
桂圆15g、黄精10g、白芷9g、巴戟天7g、蒲公英6g、白芍5g、丹参3g、糊精15g、甜菊素1g。
一种制备本实施例所述的桂圆糖果的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取桂圆,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重5倍的体积分数为65%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液A,备用;
(2)取黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重10倍的水,在90~100℃条件下提取90min,过滤,取滤液,在70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液B,备用;
(3)取白芍、丹参,加入原料总重5倍的体积分数为70%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液C,备用;
(4)按重量份称取糊精和甜菊素,然后加入上述提取液A、提取液B、提取液C,混合后搅拌,制粒,干燥,压片,即得所述桂圆糖果。
实验例1本发明桂圆糖果提高免疫力的疗效
1病例选择
选取年龄18~65岁的患者300例,随机分为3个治疗组,每组100例,样本无显著差异,以上病例均具有典型慢性支气管炎或支气管哮喘病史,常因反复感冒而诱发或加重病情,发病时多表现为咳嗽、气喘、咳痰、胸闷等。
2治疗方法
治疗组1-3分别使用实施例1~3的桂圆糖果治疗,使用方法为:取实施例的桂圆糖果5g,口含,每日3次。
3疗效判定
显效:一年以上无严重感冒,食欲增强,原发病症状明显改善,无复发现象,偶有轻微感冒症状但不足引起原发病情复发者。
有效:治疗后一年内较重的感冒在2次以下,但对原发病情影响不大者。
无效:治疗后未达到上述标准,感冒频发,症状加重,与治疗前无明显差异。
4结果
按照上述疗效判定标准统计各组治疗效果,统计结果及总有效率如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,实施例1~3提高免疫力效果显著,有效率达到92.0%以上。

Claims (6)
1.一种桂圆糖果,其特征在于,由下述原料组分制备而成:桂圆、黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英、白芍、丹参、糊精、甜菊素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桂圆糖果,其特征在于,由下述原料组分制备而成:桂圆12~15g、黄精8~10g、白芷7~9g、巴戟天5~7g、蒲公英3~6g、白芍2~5g、丹参1~3g、糊精10~15g、甜菊素0.5~1g。
3.根据权利要求2所述的桂圆糖果,其特征在于,由下述原料组分制备而成:桂圆13g、黄精9g、白芷8g、巴戟天6g、蒲公英5g、白芍3g、丹参2g、糊精13g、甜菊素0.8g。
4.一种制备权利要求1~3任一项所述的桂圆糖果的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取桂圆,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重3~5倍的体积分数为55~65%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1~2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液A,备用;
(2)取黄精、白芷、巴戟天、蒲公英,粉碎至粗粉,加入原料总重8~10倍的水,在90~100℃条件下提取90min,过滤,取滤液,在70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液B,备用;
(3)取白芍、丹参,加入原料总重3~5倍的体积分数为70%的乙醇,在70~80℃条件下回流提取1~2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,70~80℃条件下真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.25,得提取液C,备用;
(4)按重量份称取糊精和甜菊素,然后加入上述提取液A、提取液B、提取液C,混合后搅拌,制粒,干燥,压片,即得所述桂圆糖果。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述乙醇的体积分数为60%。
6.权利要求1~3任一项所述的桂圆糖果在制备提高机体免疫力药物中的应用。
