the delivery plan management unit is used for receiving the effective customs clearance delivery order output by the supply chain management system and recording the warehousing information of the goods;
the import customs clearance management unit is used for being in butt joint with the customs system, performing warehousing declaration on the effective customs clearance warehousing order, and sending a cargo extraction request of the effective customs clearance warehousing order to the logistics chain management system after the warehousing declaration is successful;
the export customs declaration management unit is used for being in butt joint with the customs system, performing delivery declaration on the effective customs delivery order, and sending the effective customs delivery order to the goods management unit after the delivery declaration is successful;
the goods management unit is used for outputting goods warehousing and shelving instructions to the goods operation management unit when warehoused goods arrive at the warehouse, receiving the effective customs declaration and delivery orders output by the delivery customs declaration management unit, and outputting goods delivery and picking instructions to the goods operation management unit;
the goods operation management unit is used for receiving the warehousing racking instruction output by the goods management unit, recording warehousing batch information of goods, receiving the ex-warehouse goods picking instruction output by the goods management unit and recording ex-warehouse batch information of the goods;
and the loading management unit is used for outputting a transportation request to the logistics chain management system according to the effective customs clearance delivery order.

the estimated delivery plan management unit is used for receiving the effective delivery orders output by the order management system and generating cargo delivery plan information;
and the actual delivery plan management unit is used for receiving the effective customs clearance delivery order output by the supply chain management system and recording the warehousing information of the goods.
