The warehouse management equipment realizes the interaction with the data of the customs system through the data interface, the check of the customs data can be realized in the warehouse management equipment, and meanwhile, the customs system can inquire the warehouse data in the warehouse management system of the bonded logistics enterprise, so that the customs centralized supervision efficiency is improved.
The invention further provides a bonded warehouse management device, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of functional modules of an embodiment of the bonded warehouse management device of the invention.
The acquisition module 10 is used for acquiring a customs clearance number based on the customs clearance check request and acquiring customs clearance data corresponding to the customs clearance number when the customs clearance check request is received;
the determining module 20 is configured to determine an access ticket number associated with the customs clearance ticket number;
and the judging module 30 is used for comparing the customs clearance data with the customs clearance data corresponding to the customs clearance single number and determining customs clearance checking results according to the comparison result.
Further, the judging module 30 is further configured to:
acquiring a goods number matched with a customs clearance goods number of customs clearance data from the customs clearance data, wherein the customs clearance data at least comprises the customs clearance goods number and the customs clearance goods number corresponding to the customs clearance goods number;
and when the number of customs clearance cargos corresponding to the customs clearance cargo numbers is equal to the number of cargos corresponding to the cargo numbers, the customs clearance checking result is qualified, and prompt information of qualified checking is sent to a customs clearance system.
Further, the judging module 30 is further configured to:
and when the number of customs clearance cargos corresponding to the customs clearance cargo numbers is unequal to the number of cargos corresponding to the cargo numbers, the customs clearance checking result is checking abnormality, and checking abnormality alarm information is generated.
Further, the bonded warehouse management device further includes:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a data processing module, wherein the first receiving module is used for acquiring time parameters and data items in a data query request sent by a customs system when receiving the data query request;
and the first sending module is used for acquiring the customs clearance information corresponding to the data item based on the time parameter and sending the customs clearance information corresponding to the data item to the customs clearance system.
Further, the bonded warehouse management device further includes:
the detection module is used for acquiring database access data corresponding to order operation when the completion of the order operation is detected;
and the second sending is used for sending the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the order operation to the customs system.
Further, the bonded warehouse management device further includes:
the second receiving module is used for acquiring a to-be-packaged goods list corresponding to the packaged delivery request when receiving the packaged delivery request of the goods jointed boards;
and the updating module is used for acquiring the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the packaging warehouse-out request and sending the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the packaging warehouse-out request to the customs system when the packaging completion notification is detected.
Further, the bonded warehouse management device further includes:
the third receiving module is used for acquiring invoice information and format information corresponding to the customized invoice request when the customized invoice request is received;
and the generation module is used for generating the customized invoice corresponding to the invoice information based on the format information.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a readable storage medium, wherein the readable storage medium is stored with a bonded warehouse management program, and the bonded warehouse management program realizes the steps of the bonded warehouse management method in each embodiment when being executed by a processor.

Claims (5)

1. The bonded warehouse management method is characterized by being applied to warehouse management equipment and comprising the following steps of:
when receiving a customs clearance check request, acquiring a customs clearance single number based on the customs clearance check request, and sending a customs clearance data acquisition instruction comprising the customs clearance single number to a customs clearance system so that the customs clearance system feeds back customs clearance data corresponding to the customs clearance single number;
when the customs clearance data is received, determining an access ticket number associated with the customs clearance ticket number;
comparing the customs clearance data with the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the warehouse-in and warehouse-out bill number, and determining customs clearance checking results according to the comparison result;
when receiving the customs inspection request, acquiring a customs clearance number based on the customs inspection request, and sending a customs clearance data acquisition instruction comprising the customs clearance number to a customs system, so that the customs system feeds back customs clearance data corresponding to the customs clearance number, and the method further comprises the following steps:
when a bill of the import and export goods to be declared exists, the information of the goods to be declared is recorded in a customs system, so that the customs system generates a customs clearance number and customs clearance data according to the recorded information of the goods to be declared;
the step of comparing the customs clearance data with the customs clearance data corresponding to the customs clearance single number and determining customs clearance checking results according to the comparison result comprises the following steps:
acquiring a goods number matched with a customs clearance goods number of customs clearance data from the customs clearance data, wherein the customs clearance data at least comprises the customs clearance goods number and the customs clearance goods number corresponding to the customs clearance goods number;
when the number of customs clearance cargos corresponding to the customs clearance cargo number is equal to the number of cargos corresponding to the cargo number, the customs clearance checking result is qualified, and prompt information of qualified checking is sent to a customs clearance system;
wherein, after the step of obtaining the goods number matched with the customs goods number of the customs data in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data, the method further comprises:
and when the number of customs clearance cargos corresponding to the customs clearance cargo numbers is unequal to the number of cargos corresponding to the cargo numbers, the customs clearance checking result is checking abnormality, and checking abnormality alarm information is generated.
2. The bonded warehouse management method of claim 1, wherein the bonded warehouse management method comprises:
when a data query request sent by a customs system is received, acquiring a time parameter and a data item in the data query request;
and acquiring customs clearance information corresponding to the data item based on the time parameter, and sending the customs clearance information corresponding to the data item to the customs system.

The method for protecting tax in warehouse management as set forth in claim 1, wherein said comparing said customs clearance data with said customs clearance data corresponding to said customs clearance single number, after determining customs clearance checking result according to the comparison result, further comprises:
when the completion of order operation is detected, acquiring warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the order operation;
and sending the database entering and exiting data corresponding to the order operation to a customs system.

The method for protecting tax in warehouse management as set forth in claim 1, wherein said comparing said customs clearance data with said customs clearance data corresponding to said customs clearance single number, after determining customs clearance checking result according to the comparison result, further comprises:
when a packaging and delivery request of a cargo jigsaw is received, acquiring a cargo list to be packaged corresponding to the packaging and delivery request;
and when the packing completion notification is detected, acquiring the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the packing warehouse-out request, and sending the warehouse-in and warehouse-out data corresponding to the packing warehouse-out request to a customs system.
5. The method for protecting tax in storage according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the step of comparing the customs clearance data with the customs clearance data corresponding to the customs clearance list number and determining customs clearance checking result according to the comparison result further comprises:
when receiving a customized invoice request, acquiring invoice information and format information corresponding to the customized invoice request;
and generating a customized invoice corresponding to the invoice information based on the format information.
