Abstract

There is provided a bonded material monitoring system, which is connected to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and a customs declaration system. The bonded material monitoring system comprises: a material tracing module for computing and analyzing on material data and generating a material input/output table; and a material examining module to perform computation, comparison and examination based on the material input/output data table, and to generate abnormal messages and abnormality analysis reports when the examination result is negative, so as to obtain the warehouse input and output data of bonded material provided by the ERP system for the enterprise, thereby avoiding difference existing between the enterprise ERP data and the customs declaration data provided to the customhouse by the enterprise when the customhouse examines the bonded material of the enterprise, and thus assuring the smoothness of customs declaration for the enterprise and satisfying the customhouse or management unit with the monitoring requirement on the enterprise bonded material.
