一种超声医学检测设备(100,200)及成像方法、成像系统、显示终端(270)。该方法包括:在第一显示屏(130)上显示超声图像(440),获取位于所述超声图像上二尖瓣活动区域内的一个标记点(450),根据所述一个标记点自动搜寻心室内径参考点(460),根据所述内径参考点计算血流动力学参数(470)和输出血流动力学参数的计算结果(480)。该设备和方法提升了用户操作的便利性,提升了用户体验。
