此外,现有技术中已知设置密封元件用于连接端口与保持板之间的密封。DE 10203 460说明了真空清洁器过滤袋自身的一部分如何能够用作密封件。在DE 10 2010 060353和DE 10 2007 062 028中说明了真空清洁器过滤袋内部的弹性体密封件。在DE 102008 041 227中说明了安装到保持板的密封环,在EP 2 044 874中说明了真空清洁器过滤袋与保持板之间的密封膜。
从现有技术已知的封闭装置典型地包括弹簧,通过使用弹簧,保持板或封闭装置中的通道开口分别能够通过活板封闭。这样的弹簧的调整和安装非常复杂并且容易出错。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术,需要用于真空清洁器过滤袋的具有保持装置和封闭装置的容易制造的便宜且可靠的装置。为此,本发明提供了根据技术方案1的用于真空清洁器过滤袋的装置。用于真空清洁器过滤袋的该装置包括具有通道开口的保持装置和用于开闭保持装置的通道开口的封闭装置。封闭装置包括封闭活板和由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件。弹性元件在封闭活板封闭保持装置的通道开口的状态下被施加预张力。
真空清洁器过滤袋能够借助于保持装置定位于真空清洁器的过滤袋接收空间,其中使保持装置与过滤袋接收空间中的相应的接收部接合。保持装置特别地可以形成为保持板。例如,可以独立于封闭装置形成保持装置。
根据本发明的封闭装置包括由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件。弹性元件的厚度可以大于0.5mm,特别地,大于1mm或大于2mm,以确保足够的稳定性和/或回复力。由交联硅弹性体制成的该弹性元件在封闭活板封闭通道开口的状态下被施加预张力。因此,弹性元件提供了回复力并且使封闭活板的摆动运动成为可能。封闭活板克服弹性预张力地打开。因此,不像现有技术中那样地需要附加弹簧,从而显著地方便了封闭装置的制造。
封闭装置可以包括基板或基部构件,其中基板或基部构件具有与保持装置的通道开口对准的另外的通道开口。于是,封闭装置的封闭活板除了封闭保持装置的通道开口之外还用于封闭另外的通道开口。另外的通道开口和封闭活板(以及保持装置的通道开口)可以被形成为圆的,特别地形成为圆环。保持装置可以由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,或者包括这些材料中的至少一者。封闭活板和基部构件可以仅通过具有交联硅弹性体的弹性元件彼此连接。弹性元件可以固定地连接到封闭活板和基部构件并且可以在封闭活板与基部构件之间提供铰链。弹性元件可以被形成为例如条形。
根据另一实施方式,封闭活板可以仅通过由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件连接到保持装置。
相比于现有技术,不需要相应的附加弹簧元件或铰链(例如,膜铰链)。铰链功能以及回复力两者均可以仅通过由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件来提供。
保持装置可以通过热成形制成,例如,可以通过热成形并且从膜冲出而制成。可选地,保持板被生产为简单的注射成型板。保持装置能够以保持板的形状构造或包括保持板。对于保持板的制造而言,热成形处理比现有技术中使用的注射成型处理显著地更便宜。保持装置必须分别适于相应的过滤袋接收空间或过滤袋接收空间中的能够供保持装置接合的接收部。相比于现有技术,保持装置和由此而来的具有要求保护的装置的真空清洁器过滤袋可以通过本发明提供的保持装置的热成形而经济地生产(即使是以相对小的量生产)。特别地,热成形的保持装置还可以例如通过超声熔接相对容易且可靠地连接到能够生产出真空清洁器过滤袋的非纺织(织物)材料。然而,封闭装置不必分别匹配过滤袋接收空间并且能够与各种分别匹配的保持装置相互配合(interact),因此通常大量地生产,使得即使用于生产封闭装置的注射成型处理相对昂贵,在经济上也是可接受的。应当注意的是,注射成型的封闭装置在封闭特性方面非常可靠。有利的是,在任何情况下都能够以通用的方式使用合成的封闭装置。
根据一个实施方式,从交联硅弹性体(一体地)生产整个封闭装置,其中封闭装置可以包括基部构件(例如,用于安装到真空清洁器过滤袋或者安装到保持装置的下方)。基部构件和封闭活板可以以下述方式通过由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件彼此连接:在弹性元件没有被施加任何预张力的情况下(在封闭装置的非组装状态下),基部构件和封闭活板形成角度(例如在30度与60度之间的角度)。可以在单个注射成型处理中或在挤出处理中一起生产封闭活板和弹性元件(以及可选择地,基部构件)。封闭装置还可以构造成包括由交联硅弹性体制成的基部构件和弹性元件以及由诸如热塑性材料的不同材料制成的封闭活板,或者封闭装置能够被构造成诸如包括由交联硅弹性体制成的封闭活板和弹性元件以及由例如热塑性材料的不同材料制成的基部构件。
根据一个可选的实施方式,不是整个封闭装置均由交联硅弹性体制成。封闭装置包括由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件;此外,封闭装置包括由不同材料制成(例如,由热塑性材料制成)的封闭活板和基部构件。再者,在弹性元件没有被施加任何预张力的情况下(在封闭装置的非组装状态下),封闭活板可以例如成角度地(例如,成30度与60度之间的角度地)通过由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件连接到封闭装置的基部构件,该基部构件同样可以由交联硅弹性体制成。因此弹性元件能够被注射成型到基部构件和/或封闭活板。
在所有的实施方式中,由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件在非预张状态(non-pretensioned state)下可以具有扭结(kink)。可以通过该扭结赋予所提到的预张力(pretension)。在非预张状态下,弹性元件可以具有形成角度的两段。
封闭装置可以布置于保持装置的下方(在面对真空清洁器的供保持装置安装的袋壁的一侧;在使用具有保持装置的真空清洁器袋的真空清洁器的操作期间,“下方”在气流方向上比“上方”远)。可选地,封闭装置可以配置于保持装置的上方(在背离真空清洁器袋的供保持装置安装的袋壁的一侧)。保持装置可以包括至少部分地沿着保持装置的通道开口的周缘设置的密封元件。通常,可以包括例如密封唇的密封元件,以密封具有保持装置的通道开口或者具有封闭装置的另外的通道开口的真空清洁器的连接端口。密封元件可以由热塑性弹性体制成或包括热塑性弹性体。可选地,密封元件可以由交联硅弹性体制成或包括交联硅弹性体。
另外提供了具有根据上述示例中的一者的装置的真空清洁器过滤袋。因此封闭装置可以设置于真空清洁器过滤袋的内部或设置于真空清洁器过滤袋与保持装置之间。封闭装置直接连接到真空清洁器过滤袋的袋壁并且安装成使得弹性元件被施加预张力且封闭保持装置的通道开口。当具有该装置的真空清洁器过滤袋由于填充程度而被更换时,从通道开口移除真空清洁器的连接端口,并且封闭装置通过由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件封闭通道开口。
特别地,真空清洁器过滤袋可以构造成扁袋形状或四角带底袋形状。真空清洁器过滤袋可以包括具有一层或多层无纺布和/或非纺织织物的袋壁。
根据一个实施方式,真空清洁器过滤袋包括安装到真空清洁器过滤袋的密封元件,以密封真空清洁器与保持装置的通道开口的连接端口或者密封真空清洁器与封闭装置的另外的通道开口的连接端口。
可以使用超声熔接来完成上述实施方式中的根据本发明的装置的封闭装置到真空清洁器袋的袋壁或到保持装置的安装。为了方便该安装,可以在封闭装置设置底切部(undercuts),通过超声熔接熔化的真空清洁器袋的材料(非纺织织物材料)或保持装置的材料流入底切部。底切部是向(交联硅弹性体的)表面逐渐变窄的槽状凹陷。可以在挤出封闭装置的过程中形成底切部。特别地,底切部可以设置于由交联硅弹性体制成的封闭装置的上述基部构件和/或该封闭装置的弹性元件。

具体实施方式
图1a示出了根据本发明的具有封闭装置1和保持装置(保持板)2的装置。封闭装置1在真空清洁器过滤袋的袋壁3的内侧安装于真空清洁器过滤袋的内部。保持装置2在袋壁3的外侧安装于真空清洁器过滤袋的外部并且包括通道开口4。图1b示出处于非组装状态下的图1a中的封闭装置1。封闭装置1包括基部构件11、封闭活板12和由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件13,借助于弹性元件13,封闭活板12以角度a铰接到基部构件11(在非组装状态下)。
封闭装置1以如下方式安装:归因于由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件13的张力,封闭活板12封闭通道开口4和袋壁3中的相应开口。通过将真空清洁器的连接端口插过通道开口4,能够打开封闭装置1的封闭活板12,即封闭活板12能够在朝向真空清洁器过滤袋的内部的方向上移动。如果真空清洁器过滤袋由于填充程度而被更换,则从通道开口移除真空清洁器的连接端口,并且封闭活板12由于封闭装置1的弹性元件13的作用而关闭,使得当从真空清洁器的过滤袋接收空间移除真空清洁器过滤袋时,灰尘不能从填满的真空清洁器过滤袋逸出。
尽管在图1a所示的实施方式中封闭装置1被配置于真空清洁器过滤袋的内部,但是如图2所示,在可选的实施方式中封闭装置1可以至少部分地配置于保持装置2与袋壁3之间。
能够通过超声熔接实现将封闭装置1安装于真空清洁器过滤袋的内部或安装于保持装置2。为此,有利的是,如图3所示,为交联硅弹性体设置底切部。图3示出了封闭装置(例如,图1a、图1b和图2的封闭装置1)的由具有底切部22的交联硅弹性体制成的挤出部件20的三个示例,在三个示例中底切部22具有不同的几何形状。这些底切部21可以在挤出处理(图3中的箭头指示挤出方向)的过程中形成。当封闭装置的部件20通过超声熔接安装到真空清洁器过滤袋的袋壁或者保持装置时,袋壁的材料或保持装置的材料熔化并且可以流入底切部21以进行可靠的安装。部件20可以特别地是弹性元件13的一部分(例如图1a、图1b或图2所示)。
可以理解的是,上述实施方式中的特征不限于这些特定的组合并且还可以为任意其它的随机组合。此外,可以理解的是,为了图示的原因,图中所示的真空清洁器过滤袋和保持装置以及封闭装置不是按比例再现的。另外,所示的元件的几何结构或形状不限于所示的示例。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于真空清洁器过滤袋的装置,其包括:
保持装置,其具有通道开口;和
封闭装置,其独立于所述保持装置构造以封闭所述保持装置的所述通道开口;
其中,所述封闭装置包括封闭活板和由交联硅弹性体制成的弹性元件,并且所述弹性元件在所述封闭活板封闭所述保持装置的所述通道开口的状态下被施加预张力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭装置由所述交联硅弹性体制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭活板由热塑性材料制成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭装置由所述封闭活板、基部构件以及由所述交联硅弹性体制成的所述弹性元件一体地形成,其中所述封闭活板通过由所述交联硅弹性体制成的所述弹性元件铰接到所述基部构件。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭装置由所述封闭活板、基部构件以及由所述交联硅弹性体制成的所述弹性元件形成,并且所述封闭活板和所述基部构件仅通过所述弹性元件彼此连接。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭活板仅通过由所述交联硅弹性体制成的所述弹性元件连接到所述保持装置。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持装置是注射成型或热成形的保持装置。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭装置配置于所述保持装置的下方或上方。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持装置包括密封元件,所述密封元件用于密封具有所述保持装置的所述通道开口的真空清洁器的连接端口,并且所述密封元件至少部分地沿着所述通道开口的周缘设置。
10.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持装置由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯构成,或者所述保持装置包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
11.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述封闭装置包括底切部。
12.一种真空清洁器过滤袋,其具有根据前述权利要求1至11中任一项所述的装置。
13.根据权利要求12所述的真空清洁器过滤袋,其特征在于,所述封闭装置设置于所述真空清洁器过滤袋的内部或设置于所述真空清洁器过滤袋的袋壁与所述保持装置之间。
