(3) According to the connector terminal pressing and pushing jig, the fixed seat reinforcing baffle 6 is arranged, so that the horizontal and outward large shearing force applied to the fixed seat 21 can be resisted, the fixed seat 21 is prevented from being deformed outwards, and the reliability and the service life of the device are improved.

(7) According to the connector terminal pressing and pushing jig, the four supporting legs 12 are symmetrically arranged and the side plate positioning grooves 111 and the rear plate positioning grooves 112 are arranged, so that the whole jig can still be kept stable and difficult to loose and deform when being impacted by pressing and pushing acting forces, the reliability of pressing and pushing is further ensured, and the qualification rate of products is ensured.
(8) According to the connector terminal pressing and pushing jig, the pushing and inserting cylinder mounting plate 9 and the two pushing and inserting cylinder positioning baffles 92 are additionally arranged, the formed space is used for fixing and binding the pushing and inserting cylinder 42, looseness of the pushing and inserting cylinder 42 during operation can be prevented, and the side plate positioning groove 111 can be used for accurately positioning the pushing and inserting cylinder 42 and preventing looseness and deviation from affecting pushing and inserting reliability.

the time point when the downward movement of the crimping die is completed is t1, the time point when the forward movement of the push-in die is completed is t2, the time point when the upward movement of the crimping die is started to reset is t3, t2 is lagged from t1, and t2 is advanced from t3.

The connector terminal pressing jig according to claim 1, further comprising a pressing block fixedly connected to a rear portion of the pressing die and located above the pushing die, wherein a lower plane of the pressing die is in contact with an upper plane of the fixing base, and a lower plane of the pressing block is in contact with an upper plane of the pushing die after the lower plane of the pressing die is in contact with the upper plane of the fixing base.
3. The connector terminal pushing jig according to claim 2, wherein a fixing base reinforcing baffle is fixedly connected to the front portion of the crimping die, and the other end of the fixing base reinforcing baffle is fixedly connected to the base.
4. A connector terminal pushing jig according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the time relay is of a model AH3-3 and is arranged on the base and used for automatically and accurately controlling t1, t2 and t3;
the power mechanism includes:
the compression joint cylinder is fixedly arranged on the base, and the free end of a piston rod of the compression joint cylinder is fixedly connected with the compression joint die and used for driving the compression joint die to move up and down relative to the fixing seat;

the push-insert electromagnetic valve is of a model of 4V210-08 and is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the base, the push-insert electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the time relay through a wire, an air inlet of the push-insert electromagnetic valve is communicated with an air pipe in which compressed air is arranged, and an air outlet of the push-insert electromagnetic valve is communicated with the compression joint air cylinder through the air pipe;
wherein the time relay is used for automatically and accurately controlling the opening and closing time points of the crimping electromagnetic valve and the push-insert electromagnetic valve, so that the time of automatically and accurately controlling t1, t2 and t3, wherein the time of t3 lagging from t1 is set to be 2 seconds.
5. The connector terminal push jig of claim 4, further comprising a crimping cylinder mount, the crimping cylinder mount comprising:
the side plates are fixedly connected to the base, two side plates are symmetrically arranged in parallel, and the symmetrical surfaces of the two side plates are overlapped with the symmetrical surfaces of the two side walls of the push-insert die groove; and
the top plate is fixedly connected with one end of the side plate, the other end of the top plate is fixedly connected with the top end of the other side plate, and a piston rod passing hole is formed in the top plate;
the free end of the piston rod of the crimping cylinder penetrates through the piston rod through hole and is fixedly connected with the crimping die.

The connector terminal pushing jig according to claim 5, wherein the crimping cylinder bracket further comprises a rear reinforcing plate, the bottom of the rear reinforcing plate is fixedly connected to the base, the top of the rear reinforcing plate is fixedly connected to the top plate, the other two ends of the rear reinforcing plate are respectively fixedly connected to the two side plates, and the rear reinforcing plate is further provided with a pushing and inserting die passing opening for passing through when the pushing and inserting die moves back and forth.
