本发明涉及流量控制阀门,具体为异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀,解决现有的流量阀受空间结构限制,且成本较高的问题,方案:包括阀体,阀体上开有沉孔,底部开有活塞杆沉孔,内设活塞杆,活塞杆下端支撑弹簧;发体侧面开有与活塞杆沉孔贯通的吸油口和排油口;活塞杆上端套固有异形斜齿轮,异形斜齿轮由2n片外远程斜齿状的扇形齿轮片合围而成,其中一半齿轮片朝轴向一端凸起;阀体上还穿有与异形斜齿轮配合的蜗杆,阀盖上开有躲避孔,支撑有顶销。优点:1、空间结构紧凑;2、同时满足减速和往复运动,从而控制润滑液流出量;3、结构简单,微型尺寸小,方便加工和装配调试。

本发明涉及流量控制阀门,具体为异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀。
背景技术
车辆的润滑系统需要使用液压润滑泵来提供润滑液,由于车辆结构空间限制,液压润滑泵的安装空间较小,同时车辆需要液压润滑泵提供的润滑液量也较小,液压润滑泵的转速较低,较小的空间结构限制了通用减速器的安装。同时,使用常见的阀门控制系统用于控制润滑液的流出量既受空间结构限制,且繁琐成本较高。因此,设计一种适用于较小空间内能够与低速液压润滑泵相适应,并控制润滑液流量的阀门是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明解决目前现有的液压润滑泵流量阀受空间结构限制,且成本较高的问题,提供一种异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上顶面开有沉孔,所述沉孔底部开有活塞杆沉孔,所述活塞杆沉孔内设置有外径与活塞杆沉孔配合的活塞杆,所述活塞杆下端与活塞杆沉孔底部之间支撑有弹簧;所述阀体的两个侧面上分别开有与活塞杆沉孔贯通的吸油口和排油口,所述吸油口所在平面高于排油口所在平面;所述沉孔内设置有套固于活塞杆上端的异形斜齿轮,所述异形斜齿轮的圆周面为斜齿状,所述异形斜齿轮由2n片外缘呈斜齿状的扇形等厚齿轮片合围而成,且n为正整数,其中二分之一齿轮片朝轴向一端凸起(齿轮片与轴线夹角不为90度),另外二分之一齿轮片与轴线垂直或朝轴向另一端凸起,两种齿轮片相间设置且齿轮片之间采用外缘呈斜齿状的等厚齿轮片圆滑过渡连接;所述阀体上还开有与沉孔相贯通的蜗杆孔,所述蜗杆孔内穿有与异形斜齿轮配合的蜗杆;所述阀体上固定有阀盖,所述阀盖与异形斜齿轮相对的一面开有躲避孔,所述阀盖上还支撑有顶销,所述顶销下端支撑于异形斜齿轮表面。减速流量阀采用蜗杆为输入轴,达到较大的传动比和较小的空间尺寸的目的。由于液压润滑减速流量阀功率小,传动精度要求不高,与蜗杆相配合的减速结构从动件设计为斜齿轮的形式。异形斜齿轮的端面设计为一半齿轮片朝一端凸起的结构,并在阀盖上设置与齿轮端面配合的顶销,使异形斜齿轮在转动过程中沿轴向产生往复运动,形成阀体腔的容积变化,控制润滑液流出量。
本发明具有以下优点:1、空间结构紧凑;2、同时满足减速和往复运动,从而控制润滑液流出量;3、结构简单,微型尺寸小,方便加工和装配调试。

具体实施方式
异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1上顶面开有沉孔,所述沉孔底部开有活塞杆沉孔,所述活塞杆沉孔内设置有外径与活塞杆沉孔配合的活塞杆2,所述活塞杆2下端与活塞杆沉孔底部之间支撑有弹簧3;所述阀体1的两个侧面上分别开有与活塞杆沉孔贯通的吸油口和排油口,所述吸油口所在平面高于排油口所在平面;所述沉孔内设置有套固于活塞杆2上端的异形斜齿轮4,所述异形斜齿轮4的圆周面为斜齿状,所述异形斜齿轮4由2n片外缘呈斜齿状的扇形等厚齿轮片合围而成,且n为正整数,其中二分之一齿轮片朝轴向一端凸起,另外二分之一齿轮片与轴线垂直或朝轴向另一端凸起,两种齿轮片相间设置且齿轮片之间采用外缘呈斜齿状的等厚齿轮片圆滑过渡连接;所述阀体1上还开有与沉孔相贯通的蜗杆孔,所述蜗杆孔内穿有与异形斜齿轮4配合的蜗杆5;所述阀体1上固定有阀盖6,所述阀盖6与异形斜齿轮4相对的一面开有躲避孔,所述阀盖6上还支撑有顶销7,所述顶销7下端支撑于异形斜齿轮4表面。
具体实施时,所述异形斜齿轮4由至少4片扇形齿轮片合围而成,其中一半齿轮片朝轴向一端凸起,另一半朝轴向另一端凸起,二者相间设置,中间圆滑过渡连接。异形斜齿轮由4片扇形齿轮片合围而成,其中两凸两凹,齿轮片旋转一周,带动活塞杆做两次往复运动,完成两次吸油排油过程,这样既能满足齿数限制,也满足空间限制。
实际工作时,输入动力装置带动蜗杆5转动,通过啮合带动异形斜齿轮4转动,形成减速传动机构,异形斜齿轮4在转动过程中上端面与阀盖6上的顶销7下端面接触,异形斜齿轮4在转动过程中在轴向方向上同时做往复运动,从而带动活塞杆2一同做往复运动。活塞杆2和阀体1的活塞杆沉孔呈小间隙油膜密封,活塞杆2的往复运动使得活塞杆沉孔底部的容积产生变化,通过吸油口和排油口进行正常的吸油和排油。通过设计异形斜齿轮4齿轮片数量的改变,使得异形斜齿轮4旋转一周完成多个往复运动的行程,完成多个吸油和排油的过程。本领域的技术人员由上述描述可知在实际设计时,蜗杆头数设计为1头,蜗杆导程角采用小导程角设计,在设计斜齿轮时,采用蜗杆模数m作为斜齿轮的法面模数mn,斜齿轮的齿数根据传动比需要选取。

1.一种异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)上顶面开有沉孔,所述沉孔底部开有活塞杆沉孔,所述活塞杆沉孔内设置有外径与活塞杆沉孔配合的活塞杆(2),所述活塞杆(2)下端与活塞杆沉孔底部之间支撑有弹簧(3);所述阀体(1)的两个侧面上分别开有与活塞杆沉孔贯通的吸油口和排油口,所述吸油口所在平面高于排油口所在平面;所述沉孔内设置有套固于活塞杆(2)上端的异形斜齿轮(4),所述异形斜齿轮(4)的圆周面为斜齿状,所述异形斜齿轮(4)由2n片外缘呈斜齿状的扇形等厚齿轮片合围而成,且n为正整数,其中二分之一齿轮片朝轴向一端凸起,另外二分之一齿轮片与轴线垂直或朝轴向另一端凸起,两种齿轮片相间设置且齿轮片之间采用外缘呈斜齿状的等厚齿轮片圆滑过渡连接;所述阀体(1)上还开有与沉孔相贯通的蜗杆孔,所述蜗杆孔内穿有与异形斜齿轮(4)配合的蜗杆(5);所述阀体(1)上固定有阀盖(6),所述阀盖(6)与异形斜齿轮(4)相对的一面开有躲避孔,所述阀盖(6)上还支撑有顶销(7),所述顶销(7)下端支撑于异形斜齿轮(4)表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异形斜齿轮蜗杆复合减速流量阀,其特征在于:所述异形斜齿轮(4)由至少4片扇形齿轮片合围而成,其中一半齿轮片朝轴向一端凸起,另一半朝轴向另一端凸起,二者相间设置,中间圆滑过渡连接。
