Abstract
本发明公开了一种防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:使坯布去油处理、染色、浸轧抗紫外线整理剂,得到防紫外线涤棉面料;坯布由下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:涤纶纤维60~70重量份;棉纤维30~34重量份;竹纤维3~5重量份;聚丙烯腈纤维2~4重量份。本发明通过在涤棉纤维中加入竹纤维改善其吸附油污的缺点,并提高涤棉面料的透气性、吸湿排汗性能、染色性,以及抗菌、除螨和抗紫外线功能;通过加入聚丙烯腈纤维提高其柔软性能、易染性能、抗紫外线性能、抗菌防蛀性能;通过对抗紫外线整理剂进行配伍,抗紫外线整理剂各组分之间有协同促进作用,制得防紫外线涤棉面料具有吸湿排汗抗菌和抗紫外线性能,并改善穿着舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种针织面料,特别是涉及一种防紫外线涤棉面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高,现代人对身体健康越来越注重,在选择衣物时除了考虑其颜色和款式外,还会考虑衣物的安全性,环保性和功能性。在衣物基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用,不断的研发衣物面料,利用新工艺将不同性能的材料混纺到衣料面料中或通过浸染、溅镀、表面改性等方式,提高衣物面料的功能性。
近年来,大量化学物质破坏了大气层中的臭氧层,破坏了这道保护人类健康的天然屏障。据国家气象中心提供的报告显示,1979年以来中国大气臭氧层总量逐年减少,在20年间臭氧层减少了14%。而臭氧层每递减1%,皮肤癌的发病率就会上升3%。长期紫外线照射最易造成皮肤产生各种色斑、皮肤病,甚至是皮癌,还可能造成降低生物体免疫功能,使人容易得病。人们出门时大多会涂抹防晒霜以削弱紫外线辐射,但是该种方式效果有限,并且不方便,长时间涂抹化学物质也会伤害皮肤。因此,人们更多的把注意力放在研发抗紫外线衣物上,但是由于在选材或制备方法上的差异和缺陷,使制备的面料在抗紫外线性能和透气性方面的性能参差不齐,还有待提高和完善。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于开发一款防紫外线涤棉面料,所述面料同时具有抗紫外线性能和透气性能。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其中,包括下述步骤:使坯布去油处理、染色、浸轧抗紫外线整理剂,得到所述防紫外线涤棉面料;所述坯布由下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:
涤纶纤维 60~70重量份;
棉纤维 30~34重量份;
竹纤维 3~5重量份。
优选的是,所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其中,所述坯布还包括2~4重量份的聚丙烯腈纤维。
优选的是,所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其中,所述的去油处理是指在110℃~115℃温度范围,300kPa~400kPa的压力条件下用去油处理液对坯布进行连续6小时的炼布。
优选的是,所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其中,以重量计,所述去油处理液包括3%的双氧水、15%的乌洛托品、2%的烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和80%的纯水。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过在涤棉纤维中加入竹纤维改善其吸附油污的缺点,并提高涤棉面料的透气性、吸湿排汗性能、染色性,以及抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能;通过加入聚丙烯腈纤维提高其柔软性能、易染性能、抗紫外线性能、抗菌防蛀性能;通过对抗紫外线整理剂进行配伍,抗紫外线整理剂各组分之间有协同促进作用,制得防紫外线涤棉面料具有吸湿排汗抗菌和抗紫外线性能,并改善穿着舒适性。
(2)本发明抗紫外线整理剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、苯甲基肉桂酸辛酯和乙二胺四乙酸二钠协同作为抗紫外线剂,使得吸收紫外线的能力达到最佳,并具有良好的抗热氧老化性能;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为分散剂,提高抗紫外线整理剂在面料的渗透分散效果;通过加入丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷提高面料的耐热升华性、耐洗涤性、耐气体褪色性、机械性能保持性、热氧稳定性和抗紫外线性能;丙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物作为成膜剂,通过加入四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物提高抗紫外线涂层在坯布的牢固度,并可提高其抗紫外线性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一种防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:使坯布去油处理、染色、浸轧抗紫外线整理剂,得到防紫外线涤棉面料;坯布由下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:
涤纶纤维 60~70重量份;
棉纤维 30~34重量份;
竹纤维 3~5重量份。
涤棉是指涤纶与棉的混纺织物的统称,采用涤纶和棉花混纱线织成的纺织品,是制作衣物的常见材料,涤棉在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,具有挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干的优点,但存在对油污的亲和力很强,容易吸附油污,而且穿着过程中易产生静电而吸附灰尘,而且不能用高温熨烫和沸水浸泡的缺点;本发明通过加入竹纤维改善其吸附油污的缺点,并提高涤棉面料的透气性、吸湿排汗性能和染色性,以及抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,坯布还包括2~4重量份的聚丙烯腈纤维。通过加入聚丙烯腈纤维提高其柔软性能、易染性能、抗紫外线性能、抗菌防蛀性能,具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀的优点。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,去油处理是指在110℃~115℃温度范围,300kPa~400kPa的压力条件下用去油处理液对坯布进行连续6小时的炼布。去油处理可提高染色的色牢度。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,以重量计,去油处理液包括3%的双氧水、15%的乌洛托品、2%的烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和80%的纯水。双氧水、乌洛托品、烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱协同作为去油处理液,使得去油效果达成最佳。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,抗紫外线整理剂主要由下述重量份的组分组成:
当日光照射到面料上,苯甲基肉桂酸辛酯使紫外线散射,从而阻止了紫外线的射入,起到抗紫外线的功能;2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮可捕捉聚合物降解所产生的活性自由基,分解氢过氧化物和传递激发态分子的能量;乙二胺四乙酸二钠作为光稳定剂;2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、苯甲基肉桂酸辛酯和乙二胺四乙酸二钠协同作为抗紫外线剂,使得吸收紫外线的能力达到最佳,并具有良好的抗热氧老化性能;。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~3重量份的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为分散剂,提高抗紫外线整理剂在面料的渗透分散效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括2~4重量份的丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷。丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷能强烈吸收波长为270~380nm的紫外线,化学稳定性好,与面料的相容相好,通过加入丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷提高面料的耐热升华性、耐洗涤性、耐气体褪色性、机械性能保持性、热氧稳定性和抗紫外线性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~3重量份的丙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。丙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物作为成膜剂,通过加入四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物提高抗紫外线涂层在坯布的牢固度,并可提高其抗紫外线性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,丙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中,丙烯含量为12~15%,乙烯含量为23~26%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯。

(1)坯布采用常规工艺将涤纶纤维与棉纤维混纺成混纺纱线,再用混纺纱线与竹纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到坯布。坯布由下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:
(2)坯布在110℃~115℃温度范围,300kPa~400kPa的压力条件下用去油处理液对坯布进行连续6小时的炼布,去油处理液包括3%的双氧水、15%的乌洛托品、2%的烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和80%的纯水。

1.一种防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:使坯布去油处理、染色、浸轧抗紫外线整理剂,得到所述防紫外线涤棉面料;所述坯布由下述重量份的原料混纺织造而成:
涤纶纤维 60~70重量份;
棉纤维 30~34重量份;
竹纤维 3~5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述坯布还包括2~4重量份的聚丙烯腈纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的去油处理是指在110℃~115℃温度范围,300kPa~400kPa的压力条件下用去油处理液对坯布进行连续6小时的炼布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量计,所述去油处理液包括3%的双氧水、15%的乌洛托品、2%的烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和80%的纯水。

6.根据权利要求5所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括1~3重量份的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括2~4重量份的丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷。
8.根据权利要求5所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括1~3重量份的丙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防紫外线涤棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述丙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中,丙烯含量为12~15%,乙烯含量为23~26%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯。
10.一种由权利要求1-9中任一项所述方法制备得到的防紫外线涤棉面料。
