本发明提供一种塑料压塑机,包括底座,底座上设有支撑架,支撑架上端设有顶板,底座中间设有旋转轴,顶板中间设有旋转电机,旋转轴与旋转电机连接,旋转轴左侧设有下模板一,旋转轴右侧设有下模板二,下模板一下端下面设有冷却水槽,冷却水槽左侧设有水箱,冷却水槽通过水管与水箱连接,下模板一上方设有吹风口,顶板左侧设置冷风机,冷风机下端设有风管,冷风机通过风管与吹风口连接,下模板二下端设有加热槽,下模板二上方设有上模板,顶板右侧设有升降电机,升降电机下端设有升降杆,升降电机通过升降杆与上模板连接,上模板右端设有温度感应器。本发明通过在旋转轴左右两侧设置两个下模板,分别加热和冷却,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及塑料设备加工领域,尤其涉及一种塑料压塑机。
背景技术
随着工业技术的发展和生活发展需求的不断变化,压塑产品已经日益在人们生活中不断出现。压塑机使生产压塑产品的重要设备,它是利用塑料件在高温软化的条件下,通过模具挤压成所需的形状。压塑成型之后还需后续对物料进行冷却使之具有一定硬度。现有压塑机的冷却需使用多个设备或靠长距离的传送来达到降温的作用占地面积过大,冷却速率慢。因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料压塑机,通过设置旋转轴,旋转轴左右两侧设置下模板一和下模板二,下模板二和上模板合模进行加热压塑成型,下模板一通过冷却水槽和冷风机进行冷却,下模板二和下模板一通过旋转轴旋转交替位置,解决了冷却速率慢的问题,提高了工作效率。

进一步改进在于:旋转轴与下模板一、下模板二之间分别设有阻热层。
进一步改进在于:加热槽内设有加热电阻丝。
进一步改进在于:所述支撑架数量为四根,支撑架分别设置在底座四个角上。
本发明的有益效果:通过在旋转轴左右两侧设置下模板一和下模板二,下模板二上模板对物料进行加热压塑成型,下模板一通过冷却水槽和冷风机对压塑成型的物料进行冷却,通过旋转轴转动,加热压塑和冷却成型可以分别同时进行,提高了冷却效率,提高了工作效率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种塑料压塑机,包括底座1,底座1上面设有支撑架2,支撑架2上端设有顶板3,底座1中间设有旋转轴4,顶板3中间设有旋转电机5,旋转轴4与旋转电机5连接,旋转轴4左侧设有下模板一6,旋转轴4右侧设有下模板二7,下模板一6下方设有冷却水槽8,冷却水槽8左侧设有水箱9,冷却水槽8通过水管10与水箱9连接,下模板一6上方设有吹风口11,顶板3左侧设有冷风机12,冷风机12下端设有风管13,冷风机12通过风管13与吹风口11连接,下模板二7下端设有加热槽14,下模板二7上方设有上模板15,顶板3右侧设有升降电机16,升降电机16下端设有升降杆17,升降电机16通过升降杆17与上模板15连接,上模板15右端设有温度感应器18。旋转轴4与下模板一6、下模板二7之间分别设有阻热层19。 加热槽14内设有加热电阻丝20。 所述支撑架2数量为四根,支撑架2分别设置在底座1四个角上。
本实施例通过将物料放置在下模板二7上,加热槽14内的加热电阻丝20对物料进行加热,上模板15通过升降杆17下降和下模板二7合模,对物料进行加热压塑,上模板15右端设置的温度感应器18感应加热温度,防止过早或过晚开模,加热压塑完成,上模板15通过升降杆17上升,旋转轴4通过旋转电机5作用旋转,下模板二7转动到冷却水槽8上方,上方的冷风机12通过吹风口11将冷风吹到物料表面进行冷却,同时下端的冷却水槽8对下模板二7进行冷却;下模板一6通过旋转轴4转动到加热槽14上方,下模板一6和上模板15进行合模,对物料进行加热压塑,旋转轴4与下模板一6、下模板二7之间设置的阻热层18,对加热和冷却进行隔热,减少热量传递,提高效率。

1.一种塑料压塑机,包括底座(1),其特征在于:底座(1)上面设有支撑架(2),支撑架(2)上端设有顶板(3),底座(1)中间设有旋转轴(4),顶板(3)中间设有旋转电机(5),旋转轴(4)与旋转电机(5)连接,旋转轴(4)左侧设有下模板一(6),旋转轴(4)右侧设有下模板二(7),下模板一(6)下方设有冷却水槽(8),冷却水槽(8)左侧设有水箱(9),冷却水槽(8)通过水管(10)与水箱(9)连接,下模板一(6)上方设有吹风口(11),顶板(3)左侧设有冷风机(12),冷风机(12)下端设有风管(13),冷风机(12)通过风管(13)与吹风口(11)连接,下模板二(7)下端设有加热槽(14),下模板二(7)上方设有上模板(15),顶板(3)右侧设有升降电机(16),升降电机(16)下端设有升降杆(17),升降电机(16)通过升降杆(17)与上模板(15)连接,上模板(15)右端设有温度感应器(18)。
