本发明涉及食道癌治疗的技术领域，特别是涉及一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，其可以既不伤身又能保护患者生命，可以起到标本兼治、扶正驱邪的疗效，并且可以减少复发，提高痊愈概率；是由主方与副方混合组成，主方包括棉芪、党参、茯苓、黄连、黄芩、酒白芍、枝子、当归、竹茹和生姜；副方包括组方A和/或组方B和/或组方C，组方A包括棉芪、山豆根、菊花、夏菇草和白芍，组方B包括吉更、山药、双花藤、姜半夏、木通、官桂、紫苏、川芎、大腹皮、吉更、木香和炒枣仁，组方C包括柴胡、党参、生地、赤芍、柴胡、白芍、熟地、桃仁、红花、积壳、牛膝、内金、砂仁、焦三仙、厚朴、肉桂、元胡、木香、土白术、地丁、大枣和灯芯。

Description

一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方
技术领域
本发明涉及食道癌治疗的技术领域，特别是涉及一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方。
背景技术
食管是人生命中吞咽食物的必要通道，如果此通道发生病变及肿物时，人就会因此饿死，此病名旧俗话叫噎食病，西医称食管癌，是一种食管恶性肿瘤，中医病名称为疽所属阴疮，食管癌的病因：因忧愁思虑，分怒份神或临食忧减，或事不随意，外因精神刺激，使抑郁之气留滞不散，停于胸膈之间不能流畅，致心胸痞闷，胁肋虚胀噎塞不通或呕哕恶心，吞咽困难不食之，食管治则：1、顺气，调理上焦之寒气，泻滞留膈之火热气；2、用顺气泻火汤。
目前治疗食道癌的方法，主要是通过手术和化疗两种方法，化疗损伤身体最严重，难以从根本上去根除食道癌，一般长期化疗，不但不能起到治疗效果，反而加重患者病情恶化，身体素质下降，使患者具有一定生命危险，尤其对于一些癌症晚期和年老体弱患者，既不能手术，又不能承受化疗的症候及其危险，无数例患者中有数例采用中西结合的方式治疗的患者，手术后3-10年复发转移。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种可以既不伤身又能保护患者生命，可以起到标本兼治、扶正驱邪的疗效，并且可以减少复发，提高痊愈概率的用于治疗食道癌的中药组方。
本发明的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，是由主方与副方混合组成，所述主方包括棉芪、党参、茯苓、黄连、黄芩、酒白芍、枝子、当归、竹茹和生姜；所述副方包括组方A和/或组方B和/或组方C，所述组方A包括棉芪、山豆根、菊花、夏菇草和白芍中的任意一种或多种，所述组方B包括吉更、山药、双花藤、姜半夏、木通、官桂、紫苏、川芎、大腹皮、吉更、木香和炒枣仁中的任意一种或多种，所述组方C包括柴胡、党参、生地、赤芍、柴胡、白芍、熟地、桃仁、红花、积壳、牛膝、内金、砂仁、焦三仙、厚朴、肉桂、元胡、木香、土白术、地丁、大枣和灯芯中的任意一种或多种。
本发明的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，所述主方包括黄芪60g、党参15g、茯苓8g、黄连9g、黄芩9g、酒洗白芍8g、枝子8g、当归10g、竹茹8g和生姜3片。
本发明的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，其制作方法是加水煎成口服汤药。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为：本发明的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，可以加水煎成汤药，通过口服药液服用，一般治愈需要2-3个月，并且本发明的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，其是治疗食道癌的特效中药，经验证共治愈数百名食道癌患者，治愈率85％以上，并且其可以既不伤身又能保护患者生命，可以起到标本兼治、扶正驱邪的疗效，并且可以减少复发，提高痊愈概率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，可以根据不同的病人的身体情况和病情向主方中添加组方A和/或组方B和/或组方C中的任意药材或其混合物，以达到良好的治疗效果。
实施例1
新乡市小莫镇秦村营，食管癌患者付某，女，65岁，2014年1月23日，其儿子和女婿前来求医，寻中医中药治疗，自述：2013年12月1日住入新乡市中心医院检査诊断食管癌，因指标低未能做手术，行放疗17次，人身体素质差，指标低下，不能再行放疗，共住院50天费用近3万元，出院回家，家人和患者想寻中医中药治疗，患者有高血压十年之久，今春吞咽困难，食则即吐。
急用中药，将主方：黄芪60g、党参15g、茯苓8g、黄连9g、黄芩9g、酒洗白芍8g、枝子8g、当归10g、竹茹8g和生姜3片，与副方棉芪50g、山豆根10g、菊花8g、夏菇草8g和白芍8g混合，用水煎服，拾剂。
2月8日，服药后，付某病情明显好转，能吃饺子、稀饭和蛋糕，吞咽顺畅，大小便正常，续前方，水煎服，拾剂。
2月24日，付某一切正常，能吃大米、白馍、水饺和烧饼夹肉，吞咽顺畅，能干家务农活不闲，现固治疗每两天服一剂药，续前方，水煎服，贰拾剂。
医嘱痊愈停药。
实施例2
卫辉市城关镇下园村，食道癌手术14年后夜突发反流白沫患者张某，女，65岁，2011年7月19日前来求治，自述：14年前在新乡一附院做食道癌手术，术后至今身体素质差，平时多发性感冒，2011年7月18日夜11时突然发生口中吐与鼻中自流白沫，味苦。直至7月19日凌晨5点钟左右才停止吐，不疼，无任何不适症状，夜间阵发性咳嗽，食道癌复发可能性大，急寻中医中药治疗。
切：右寸关沉迟微无力，尺微无，左寸关沉迟细无力，尺微无；
望：面青黄白，消瘦，语音低微，少气无力；
闻：异味苦臭重。
将主方：黄芪60g、党参15g、茯苓8g、黄连9g、黄芩9g、酒洗白芍8g、枝子8g、当归10g、竹茹8g和生姜3片，与副方吉更6g、山药10g和双花藤10g，水煎服，拾剂。
7月31日二诊，患者自述：病情好转，咳嗽转轻，有时咳嗽一两声，夜自流白沫时间短，量少。
切：左寸关沉缓大有力，尺沉微无力，右寸关沉退微无力，尺微无。
失眠，饮食正常，大小便正常。
续前方，加姜半夏9g、木通8g、官桂8g、紫苏10g、川芎8g、大腹皮8g、吉更8g、木香6g、炒枣仁8g，水煎服，拾剂。
8月15日三诊，患者自述：病情已痊愈。
切：右寸关浮平有力，尺沉大微无力，左寸关缓大沉迟有力，尺微无。
续前方，水煎服，伍剂。
8月23日四诊，患者自述：有时偶然叶白沫一两口。
切：右寸关沉数有力，尺微无，左寸关沉迟有力，尺微无。
为巩固治疗，续前方，加柴胡8g和党参10g，水煎服，拾剂，共服中药35剂，病愈恢复正常，停药。
实施例3
延津县榆林乡夹堤村患者娄某，女，60岁，食管癌，并且消化道梗阻腹膜转移，肝、腰椎转移：患有慢性浅表性胃炎、左膝关节镜术后轻度二失、三尖瓣关闭不全、肝囊肿、右侧颈内动脉内中膜增厚并有斑块、肾囊肿和子宫肌瘤。
2018年2月21日由儿女们前来求治，因患者卧床未能前来。患者2018年2月9日在新乡市人民医院检査诊断出食管癌并出血和慢性浅表性胃炎，并且2015年左膝关节镜术后，住院治疗无效病情转重。
用中药治疗将主方：黄芪60g、党参15g、茯苓8g、黄连9g、黄芩9g、酒洗白芍8g、枝子8g、当归10g、竹茹8g和生姜3片，加入棉芪40g、党参15g、姜半夏12g，水煎服，伍剂。
服药三天后，患者病情明显转轻，每天能喝牛奶1斤。
3月3日，续前方，服药伍剂，加当归10g、生地9g、赤芍8g、柴胡9g、白芍8g、熟地14g、桃仁8g、红花8g、积壳8、吉更9g、牛膝8g、姜半夏12g、内金30g、砂仁10g、焦三仙各10g、厚朴8g、肉桂10g、棉芪20g、党参12g、茯苓8g、土白术9g和生姜3片，水煎服，伍剂。
3月14日，因进食时吐，调方，棉芪60g、党参15g、茯苓8g、姜炒黄连8g、酒黄芩8g、炒枝子8g、当归9g、酒白芍8g、竹茹6g、生姜3片，水煎服，拾剂。
服药后能饮食，正常吃饭馍，能干家务活，未有不舒服感。
3月17日患者表示，调方后，手足痒出现紫红色绿豆大的疙瘩；3月18日患者表示，浑身痒红疹，熬水洗后好转。
3月23日，续前方，棉芪90g、党参15g、姜炒黄连8g、炒枝子8g、当归9g、白芍8g、竹茹6g、元胡12g、木香8g、生姜3片，水煎服，拾剂。
切：右寸关浮数有力，尺沉退有力，左寸尺沉退有力，关浮数有力。
4月27日，续前方，调方，棉芪90g、党参20g、元胡10g、黄连10g、元参20g、木香8g、地丁10g、生姜3片、大枣1个和灯芯一撮，水煎服，拾剂。
服药后一切均与正常人无异。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，其特征在于，是由主方与副方混合组成，所述主方包括棉芪、党参、茯苓、黄连、黄芩、酒白芍、枝子、当归、竹茹和生姜；所述副方包括组方A和/或组方B和/或组方C，所述组方A包括棉芪、山豆根、菊花、夏菇草和白芍中的任意一种或多种，所述组方B包括吉更、山药、双花藤、姜半夏、木通、官桂、紫苏、川芎、大腹皮、吉更、木香和炒枣仁中的任意一种或多种，所述组方C包括柴胡、党参、生地、赤芍、柴胡、白芍、熟地、桃仁、红花、积壳、牛膝、内金、砂仁、焦三仙、厚朴、肉桂、元胡、木香、土白术、地丁、大枣和灯芯中的任意一种或多种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，其特征在于，所述主方包括黄芪60g、党参15g、茯苓8g、黄连9g、黄芩9g、酒洗白芍8g、枝子8g、当归10g、竹茹8g和生姜3片。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗食道癌的中药组方，其特征在于，其制作方法是加水煎成口服汤药。
