一种血管封堵器用封血塞结构,其特征是所述的封血塞由安装在鞘管(1)中的圆柱体(2)和伸出鞘管(1)外的半球体(3)组成,所述的圆柱体(2)和半球体(3)整体相连。本发明结构简单,制作方便,通过在常规封血塞端部加装一个紧实度略高的球形结构,如果未释放,则通过观察鞘管端部的形状即可作出明确的判定,有利于减少手术事故的发生,提高医疗水平,防止大出血事件的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种血管封堵器技术,具体地说是一种血管封堵器用封血塞结构。
背景技术
目前,血管封堵器种类较多, 根据止血原理, 可以分为三类: 通过血管平滑肌自然弹性回缩用止血伞封堵和胶原海绵辅助血管封堵器和缝线缝合。股动脉止血器主要是通过止血伞封堵股动脉穿刺口,通过血管平滑肌的自然弹性回缩,使动脉穿刺口回缩到穿刺针口大小。体内不留异物,可在分叉部位使用。根据目前临床观察,使用封堵器以后出现的穿刺点大的并发症主要包括:血肿(需要输血或外科手术)、动脉受损(动脉狭窄、栓塞、血栓形成、需要外科取出封堵器)、假性动脉瘤、动静脉瘘(有明显的临床表现需要处理)、感染等。股动脉止血器 由于止血伞是由聚氨脂覆膜,镍钛记忆合金构成,即使操作原因封堵失败,对血管几乎没有损伤,无需外科手术。只要改为常规压迫止血即可。目前国内常用的有Angioseal封堵、Perelose封堵、Boomerang封堵、Starclose封堵等,被广泛应用于心导管术后股动脉穿刺部位止血.与传统的手工压迫止血相比,血管封堵器止血更安全有效,缩短患者卧床时间.
血管封堵器系统包括:封堵器和输送系统。封堵器包括2个镍钛合金弹簧圈,被覆聚酯纤维覆膜材料。封堵器两端的覆膜被封闭,并有一个铂-铱不透射线标记缝合于封堵器的远端面,用以辅助在输送系统输送封堵器的过程中在X光可视下,帮助准确定位封堵器的展开位置。输送系统包括导引鞘管、扩张器、推送杆和弹夹筒(预装封堵器)。
据申请人所知,医生操作时将封堵器拔出端部会充满血液,难以辨别封血塞是(PGA)是否已经释放,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是医生操作时将封堵器拔出端部会充满血液,难以辨别封血塞是(PGA)是否已经释放的问题,设计一种能直接观察判定封血塞释放与否的血管封堵器用封血塞结构。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种血管封堵器用封血塞结构,其特征是所述的封血塞由安装在鞘管1中的圆柱体2和伸出鞘管1外的半球体3组成,所述的圆柱体2和半球体3整体相连。
所述的半球体表面的紧实度大于圆柱面表面的紧实度。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构简单,制作方便,通过在常规封血塞端部加装一个紧实度略高的球形结构,如果未释放 ,则通过观察鞘管端部的形状即可作出明确的判定,有利于减少手术事故的发生,提高医疗水平,防止大出血事件的发生。

本发明的工作原理是:
在封血塞(PGA)加工时将端部制造成半圆的突出结构。零件塞进鞘管中,露出圆顶结构。医生操作时将封堵器拔出端部会充满血液,通过半球结构可以明显看出PGA材料是否已经释放出来,若释放,封堵器端部应是平面;若未释放,则仍为圆弧状,有效减少医生误操作。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种血管封堵器用封血塞结构,其特征是所述的封血塞由安装在鞘管(1)中的圆柱体(2)和伸出鞘管(1)外的半球体(3)组成,所述的圆柱体(2)和半球体(3)整体相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的血管封堵器用封血塞结构,其特征是所述的半球体表面的紧实度大于圆柱面表面的紧实度。
