背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始喂养宠物。为了满足宠物生长和营养需要,各种宠物猫粮应运而生。常见的宠物猫粮多采用荤素搭配,原料组份含有牛肉、鸡肉等动物蛋白质等成分,并添加部分营养添加剂制得而成,制备成本高,且营养价值单一,营养不易消化吸收,对宠物猫生长发育有不利影响。
酵母蛋白是存在于天然酵母中的一种优质完全蛋白,酵母中的产朊假丝酵母和啤酒酵母最早被人们利用作为食品,它们的蛋白质含量超过了干重的一半。酵母蛋白目前被用于宠物饲料的开发尚不多。因此,寻找并开发一种以酵母蛋白为原料且能满足猫宠日常营养所需的猫粮,有着广阔的市场前景。

本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供了一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,其营养配置均衡合理,宠物食用后可以较好的生长发育,且制备成本低,该酵母蛋白复合猫粮制备工艺简单,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,按照质量份数计由下列原料组成:酵母蛋白46~52份,小麦粉10~12份,鱼腥草3~5份,食盐0.5~0.8份,燕麦15~18份,水22~25份,玉米粉18~20份,添加剂0.8~1.2份。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇2~5份,山药皮4~6份,胡萝卜素5~8份,大豆卵磷脂,5~8份,紫苏子2~5份,维生素C3~6份,赤豆7~9份,牛磺酸2~4份,山楂1~3份。
所述酵母蛋白复合猫粮的制备方法,是以低核酸酵母为原料,经过超微粉碎,酶解,混合均质,制粒,粉碎,杀菌,分装等工艺组成。
具体的,本发明酵母蛋白复合猫粮的制备方法步骤为:
(1)原料预处理:优选小麦粉10~12份,鱼腥草3~5份、食盐0.5~0.8份、燕麦15~18份,水22~25份,玉米粉18~20份,添加剂0.8~1.2份,混合均匀,备用;其中,所述添加剂包含木糖醇2~5份,山药皮4~6份,胡萝卜素5~8份,大豆卵磷脂5~8份,紫苏子2~5份,维生素C3~6份,赤豆7~9份,牛磺酸2~4份,山楂1~3份;优选低核酸酵母蛋白46~52份;
(2)超微粉碎处理:将低核酸酵母蛋白经超微粉碎后配成6~10%的溶液;
(3)酶解:调节溶液pH为5.2~6.0,并加入占低核酸酵母质量分数0.2~0.4%的β—葡聚糖酶,用水浴锅进行水浴加热处理,加热温度为43~46℃,并将制得的混合酶解物保温8~12h,备用;
(4)混合均质:将经预处理的原料(1)和(3)进行混合均质操作,均质操作压力为12~20Mpa,温度为40~45℃,时间10~15min;
(5)制粒:将混合均质后的物料挤压成圆柱状颗粒,然后在95~97℃操作条件下膨化,制得混合料膨化颗粒;
(6)粉碎:将混合料膨化颗粒粉碎到60~80目;
(7)杀菌:将粉碎后的物料进行高温短时杀菌,温度80~85℃,保持10~12s,杀菌后冷却;
(8)分装:将冷却后的物料进行分装,即得成品,并置于常温条件下密封储存。
有益效果
本发明采用的酵母蛋白,代替和提供了部分肉食的营养元素,营养均衡合理,制备工艺简单,生产出的复合猫粮能满足宠物生长的营养所需,能提高宠物肌体免疫力,抗疲劳,促进宠物日常新陈代谢和生长发育,且该工艺在一定程度上降低了生产成本。
本发明的酵母蛋白复合猫粮不仅具有较好的营养价值,而且通过在酵母蛋白中添加木糖醇、山药皮、胡萝卜素、大豆卵磷脂、紫苏子、维生素C、赤豆、牛磺酸、山楂等成分,解决了大量食用酵母蛋白造成的宠物猫腹泻等问题,在兼顾营养的同时保证宠物猫健康生长,且生长综合情况不低于食用市场同类产品后效果,因此具有良好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
本实施例中,所用低核酸酵母为食品级,取自安琪酵母股份有限公司,其余原料也均为市售。
实施例1
一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮及其制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,按照质量份数计由下列原料组成:酵母蛋白49份,小麦粉10份,鱼腥草3份,食盐0.6份,燕麦16份,水23份,玉米粉18份,添加剂0.9份。
所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇3份,山药皮6份,胡萝卜素6份,大豆卵磷脂8份,紫苏子2份,维生素C3份,赤豆7份,牛磺酸3份,山楂2份。
所述酵母蛋白复合猫粮的制备方法,是以低核酸酵母为原料,经过超微粉碎,酶解,混合均质,制粒,粉碎,杀菌,分装等工艺组成。
具体的,所述本制备方法的步骤为:
(1)原料预处理:优选小麦粉10份,鱼腥草3份,食盐0.6份,燕麦16份,水23份,玉米粉18份,添加剂0.9份,混合均匀,备用;其中,所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇3份,山药皮6份,胡萝卜素6份,大豆卵磷脂8份,紫苏子2份,维生素C3份,赤豆7份,牛磺酸3份,山楂2份;优选低核酸酵母蛋白49份;
(2)超微粉碎处理:将低核酸酵母蛋白经超微粉碎机超微粉碎后,加适量水,配成质量分数为6~7%的溶液;
(3)酶解:对上述溶液用1mol/L盐酸调节溶液pH为5.9,并加入占低核酸酵母质量分数0.3%的β—葡聚糖酶,用水浴锅进行水浴加热处理,加热温度为43~44℃,并将制得的混合酶解物保温8h,备用;
(4)混合均质:将经预处理的原料(1)和(3)进行混合均质操作,均质操作压力为12~13Mpa,温度为40~41℃,时间10min;
(5)制粒:将混合均质后的物料挤压成圆柱状颗粒,然后在95~97℃操作条件下膨化,制得混合料膨化颗粒;
(6)粉碎:将混合料膨化颗粒用粉碎机粉碎,规格60目;
(7)杀菌:将粉碎后的物料进行高温短时杀菌,操作温度80~82℃,保持10s,杀菌后冷却;
(8)分装:将冷却后的物料进行分装,包装规格80/g每袋,即得成品,并置于常温条件下密封储存。
申请人做对照试验,选取了8只健康美国短尾猫,雄性,体重3.8~3.9KG,平均分成4组,采用在相同条件下相同方式喂养,不同的是其中前三组实验组喂养本发明方法制得的酵母蛋白复合猫粮,对照组1喂养普通品牌市售猫粮,对照组2喂养100%的酵母蛋白,喂养30天后,比较四组美国短尾猫生长情况并记录,结果如下:

一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮及其制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,按照质量份数计由下列原料组成:酵母蛋白46份,小麦粉12份,鱼腥草4份,食盐0.5份,燕麦15份,水22份,玉米粉19份,添加剂0.8份。
所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇2份,山药皮4份,胡萝卜素5份,大豆卵磷脂5份,紫苏子3份,维生素C5份,赤豆8份,牛磺酸2份,山楂1份。
所述酵母蛋白复合猫粮的制备方法,是以低核酸酵母为原料,经过超微粉碎,酶解,混合均质,制粒,粉碎,杀菌,分装等工艺组成。
具体的,所述本制备方法的步骤为:
(1)原料预处理:优选小麦粉12份,鱼腥草4份,食盐0.5份,燕麦15份,水22份,玉米粉19份,添加剂0.8份,混合均匀,备用;其中,所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇2份,山药皮4份,胡萝卜素5份,大豆卵磷脂5份,紫苏子3份,维生素C 5份,赤豆8份,牛磺酸2份,山楂1份;优选低核酸酵母蛋白46份;
(2)超微粉碎处理:将低核酸酵母蛋白经超微粉碎机超微粉碎后,加适量水,配成质量分数为7~8%的溶液;
(3)酶解:对上述溶液用1mol/L盐酸调节溶液pH为5.2,并加入占低核酸酵母质量分数0.2%的β—葡聚糖酶,用水浴锅进行水浴加热处理,加热温度为44~45℃,并将制得的混合酶解物保温10h,备用;
(4)混合均质:将经预处理的原料(1)和(3)进行混合均质操作,均质操作压力为15~16Mpa,温度为42~43℃,时间12min;
(5)制粒:将混合均质后的物料挤压成圆柱状颗粒,然后在95~97℃操作条件下膨化,制得混合料膨化颗粒;
(6)粉碎:将混合料膨化颗粒用粉碎机粉碎,规格70目;
(7)杀菌:将粉碎后的物料进行高温短时杀菌,操作温度82~83℃,保持11s,杀菌后冷却;
(8)分装:将冷却后的物料进行分装,包装规格80/g每袋,即得成品,并置于常温条件下密封储存。
实施例3
一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮及其制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,按照质量份数计由下列原料组成:酵母蛋白52份,小麦粉11份,鱼腥草5份,食盐0.8份,燕麦18份,水25份,玉米粉20份,添加剂1.2份。
所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇5份,山药皮5份,胡萝卜素8份,大豆卵磷脂6份,紫苏子5份,维生素C6份,赤豆9份,牛磺酸4份,山楂3份。
所述酵母蛋白复合猫粮的制备方法,是以低核酸酵母为原料,经过超微粉碎,酶解,混合均质,制粒,粉碎,杀菌,分装等工艺组成。
具体的,所述本制备方法的步骤为:
(1)原料预处理:优选小麦粉11份,鱼腥草5份,食盐0.8份,燕麦18份,水25份,玉米粉20份,添加剂1.2份,混合均匀,备用;其中,所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇5份,山药皮5份,胡萝卜素8份,大豆卵磷脂6份,紫苏子5份,维生素C 6份,赤豆9份,牛磺酸4份,山楂3份;优选低核酸酵母蛋白52份;
(2)超微粉碎处理:将低核酸酵母蛋白经超微粉碎机超微粉碎后,加适量水,配成质量分数为9~10%的溶液;
(3)酶解:对上述溶液用1mol/L盐酸调节溶液pH为6.0,并加入占低核酸酵母质量分数0.4%的β—葡聚糖酶,用水浴锅进行水浴加热处理,加热温度为45~46℃,并将制得的混合酶解物保温12h,备用;
(4)混合均质:将经预处理的原料(1)和(3)进行混合均质操作,均质操作压力为19~20Mpa,温度为44~45℃,时间15min;
(5)制粒:将混合均质后的物料挤压成圆柱状颗粒,然后在95~97℃操作条件下膨化,制得混合料膨化颗粒;
(6)粉碎:将混合料膨化颗粒用粉碎机粉碎,规格80目;
(7)杀菌:将粉碎后的物料进行高温短时杀菌,操作温度84~85℃,保持12s,杀菌后冷却;
(8)分装:将冷却后的物料进行分装,包装规格80/g每袋,即得成品,并置于常温条件下密封储存。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅局限于上述实施方案所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术手段任意组合所组成的技术方案。
Claims (5)
1.一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,其特征在于,按照质量份数计由下列原料组成:酵母蛋白46~52份,小麦粉10~12份,鱼腥草3~5份,食盐0.5~0.8份,燕麦15~18份,水22~25份,玉米粉18~20份,添加剂0.8~1.2份;
其中,所述添加剂按照质量份数由下列组分组成:木糖醇2~5份,山药皮4~6份,胡萝卜素5~8份,大豆卵磷脂,5~8份,紫苏子2~5份,维生素C 3~6份,赤豆7~9份,牛磺酸2~4份,山楂1~3份。
2.一种权利要求1所述的酵母蛋白复合猫粮的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
原料预处理:优选小麦粉10~12份,鱼腥草3~5份,食盐0.5~0.8份,燕麦15~18份,水22~25份,玉米粉18~20份,添加剂0.8~1.2份,混合均匀,备用;其中,所述添加剂包含木糖醇2~5份,山药皮4~6份,胡萝卜素5~8份,大豆卵磷脂,5~8份,紫苏子2~5份,维生素C3~6份,赤豆7~9份,牛磺酸2~4份,山楂1~3份;优选低核酸酵母蛋白46~52份;
超微粉碎处理:将低核酸酵母蛋白经超微粉碎后配成6~10%的溶液;
酶解:调节溶液pH,并加入占低核酸酵母质量分数0.2~0.4%的β—葡聚糖酶,用水浴锅进行水浴加热处理,加热温度为43~46℃,并将制得的混合酶解物保温8~12h,备用;
混合均质:将经预处理的原料(1)和(3)进行混合均质操作;
制粒:将混合均质后的物料挤压成圆柱状颗粒,然后在95~97℃操作条件下膨化,制得混合料膨化颗粒;
粉碎:将混合料膨化颗粒粉碎;
杀菌:将粉碎后的物料进行高温短时杀菌,温度80~85℃,保持10~12s,杀菌后冷却;
分装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,其特征在于,所述酶解条件是调节溶液pH为5.2~6.0。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,其特征在于,所述混合均质操作条件压力12~20Mpa,温度40~45℃,时间10~15min。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种酵母蛋白复合猫粮,其特征在于,所述粉碎规格为60~80目。
