本发明公开了一种可以有效避免转子与轴承座之间产生干摩擦的滑片式空气压缩机转子结构,包括设置在气缸缸体内的转子,气缸缸体作为定子,在所述气缸缸体的两侧分别设置有轴承座,在所述转子的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽,两个滑片滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽内,在所述转子的两端分别通过滑动轴承转动设置在轴承座内,在所述转子的中部与轴承座的内侧之间设置有台阶和间隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气压缩机技术领域,尤其涉及一种滑片式空气压缩机转子结构。
背景技术
滑片空气压缩机是由转子和定子组成,其中转子上均匀开有若干纵向的滑槽,滑片在滑槽中自由滑动;定子为一个气缸,转子在定子中偏心放置,当转子旋转时,滑片在离心力的作用下在滑槽内被甩出并与定子通过油膜紧密接触,相邻两个滑片与定子内壁间形成一个封闭的空气腔,即为空气压缩腔,转子转动时,空气压缩腔的体积随着滑片滑出量的大小而变化,在吸气过程中,空气经由过滤器被吸入压缩腔,并与喷入主机内的润滑油混合,在压缩过程中,压缩腔的体积逐渐缩小,压力逐渐升高,之后油气混合物通过排气口排出。
现有的滑片空气压缩机,转子在工作的过程中做旋转运动,与固定的轴承座之间产生相对运动,转子中部的端面与轴承座的内侧端面会产生摩擦力,降低整个机组的效率,当润滑不足或轴向配合间隙过小,无法形成油膜时,会使转子与轴承座之间产生干摩擦,严重时导致工件磨损报废。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以有效避免转子与轴承座之间产生干摩擦的滑片式空气压缩机转子结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种滑片式空气压缩机转子结构,包括设置在气缸缸体内的转子,气缸缸体作为定子,在所述气缸缸体的两侧分别设置有轴承座,在所述转子的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽,两个滑片滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽内,在所述转子的两端分别通过滑动轴承转动设置在轴承座内,在所述转子的中部与轴承座的内侧之间设置有台阶和间隙。
本发明的优点是:上述一种滑片式空气压缩机转子结构,在转子的中部端面加一台阶,转子在旋转过程中,只有转子中部端面上的台阶与轴承座内侧端面接触,接触面积减少了50%以上,大大减小了接触面积,转子的中部与轴承座内侧之间形成的间隙足以建立油膜保护轴承座与转子端面不被磨损,间隙内的润滑油的可更快捷的送入转子台阶与轴承座的端面之间,避免干摩擦的形成,同时这一部分油可以让滑片端面与轴承座之间油膜的快速建立,使整个工作腔密封性更好,容积效率更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,一种滑片式空气压缩机转子结构,包括设置在气缸缸体1内的转子2,气缸缸体1作为定子,在所述气缸缸体1的两侧分别设置有轴承座3,在所述转子2的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽4,两个滑片5滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽4内,在所述转子2的两端分别通过滑动轴承6转动设置在轴承座3内,在所述转子2的中部与轴承座3的内侧之间设置有台阶7和间隙8。

1.一种滑片式空气压缩机转子结构,包括设置在气缸缸体(1)内的转子(2),气缸缸体(1)作为定子,在所述气缸缸体(1)的两侧分别设置有轴承座(3),在所述转子(2)的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽(4),两个滑片(5)滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽(4)内,在所述转子(2)的两端分别通过滑动轴承(6)转动设置在轴承座(3)内,其特征在于:在所述转子(2)的中部与(3)轴承座的内侧之间设置有摩擦台阶(7)和间隙(8)。
