本发明公开了一种密封效果好的滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构,包括设置在气缸缸体内的转子,气缸缸体作为定子,在所述气缸缸体的两侧分别设置有轴承座,在所述转子的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽,两个滑片滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽内,在所述转子的两端分别通过滑动轴承转动设置在轴承座内,在所述气缸缸体上设置有进油口和主进油通道,所述主进油通道与滑片之间的气缸缸体上均匀设置有若干进油小通道,润滑油通过若干进油小通道直接喷射进入气缸缸体内部,使转子与滑片之间和两个滑片之间形成油膜层。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气压缩机技术领域,尤其涉及一种滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构。
背景技术
滑片空气压缩机是由转子和定子组成,其中转子上均匀开有若干纵向的滑槽,滑片在滑槽中自由滑动;定子为一个气缸,转子在定子中偏心放置,当转子旋转时,滑片在离心力的作用下在滑槽内被甩出并与定子通过油膜紧密接触,相邻两个滑片与定子内壁间形成一个封闭的空气腔,即为空气压缩腔,转子转动时,空气压缩腔的体积随着滑片滑出量的大小而变化,在吸气过程中,空气经由过滤器被吸入压缩腔,并与喷入主机内的润滑油混合,在压缩过程中,压缩腔的体积逐渐缩小,压力逐渐升高,之后油气混合物通过排气口排出。
现有的滑片空气压缩机的油路系统主要是主机排出的油气混合物进入油分罐,利用油分罐内的压力,将油分罐下部的润滑油压出,经过油滤器除去杂质颗粒,经冷却器降低润滑油的温度,再送回到主机。将进入气缸缸体内部进油通道的润滑油通过进油通道进入气缸缸体内部,使转子与滑片之间、两个滑片之间、转子与轴承端面之间形成油膜层。现有的油路设计不能期起到很好地密封、润滑、减磨作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封效果好的滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构,包括设置在气缸缸体内的转子,气缸缸体作为定子,在所述气缸缸体的两侧分别设置有轴承座,在所述转子的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽,两个滑片滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽内,在所述转子的两端分别通过滑动轴承转动设置在轴承座内,在所述气缸缸体上设置有进油口和主进油通道,所述主进油通道与滑片之间的气缸缸体上均匀设置有若干进油小通道,润滑油通过若干进油小通道直接喷射进入气缸缸体内部,使转子与滑片之间和两个滑片之间形成油膜层;所述主进油通道的两端分别与设置在轴承座内的滑动轴承润滑供油通道,滑动轴承上开有油孔,润滑油通过油孔进入滑动轴承内部对滑动轴承进行润滑;润滑油顺着轴瓦流向轴承座后端的储油槽,经过轴承座上的进油孔进入滑槽的底部,对滑片形成背压使得滑片更紧密地贴合在气缸缸体的内壁上,所述滑动轴承润滑供油通道与设置在轴承座内的轴承座端面供油通道相连通,润滑油通过轴承座端面供油通道进入转子与轴承端面之间,使转子与轴承座端面之间和滑片与轴承座端面之间形成油膜层,在所述滑槽内的转子上均匀设置有若干油道,在压力和离心力的作用下排出滑槽底部的润滑油。
本发明的优点是:上述一种滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构,将进入气缸缸体内部主进油通道的润滑油分为三个路径:一路通过若干进油小通道直接喷射进入气缸缸体内部,使转子与滑片之间和两个滑片之间形成油膜层,起到密封、润滑、冷却、清洗、减磨、缓冲等作用;第二路通过轴承座内的轴承座端面供油通道进入转子与轴承端面之间,使转子与轴承座端面之间和滑片与轴承座端面之间形成油膜层,完成转子与轴承座端面的润滑油的供给,保证转子与轴承座、滑片与轴承座端面形成油膜层,增加其密封性和减少磨损;第三路通过轴承座内的滑动轴承润滑供油通道,滑动轴承上开有油孔,润滑油通过油孔进入滑动轴承内部对滑动轴承进行润滑;润滑油顺着轴瓦流向轴承座后端的储油槽,经过轴承座上的进油孔进入滑槽的底部,由于润滑油是不可压缩的,对滑片形成背压使得滑片更紧密地贴合在气缸缸体的内壁上,减少泄露。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,一种滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构,包括设置在气缸缸体1内的转子2,气缸缸体1作为定子,在所述气缸缸体1的两侧分别设置有轴承座3,在所述转子2的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽4,两个滑片5滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽4内,在所述转子2的两端分别通过滑动轴承6转动设置在轴承座3内,在所述气缸缸体1上设置有进油口11和主进油通道12,所述主进油通道12与滑片5之间的气缸缸体1上均匀设置有若干进油小通道13,润滑油通过若干进油小通道13直接喷射进入气缸缸体1内部,使转子2与滑片5之间和两个滑片5之间形成油膜层;所述主进油通道12的两端分别与设置在轴承座3内的滑动轴承润滑供油通道31,滑动轴承6上开有油孔7,润滑油通过油孔7进入滑动轴承6内部对滑动轴承6进行润滑;润滑油顺着轴瓦流向轴承座3后端的储油槽33,经过轴承座3上的进油孔34进入滑槽4的底部,对滑片5形成背压使得滑片5更紧密地贴合在气缸缸体1的内壁上,所述滑动轴承润滑供油通道31与设置在轴承座3内的轴承座端面供油通道32相连通,润滑油通过轴承座端面供油通道32进入转子2与轴承端面之间,使转子2与轴承座端面之间和滑片5与轴承座端面之间形成油膜层,在所述滑槽4内的转子2上均匀设置有若干油道21,在压力和离心力的作用下排出滑槽4底部的润滑油。
滑片式空气压缩机的油路系统主要是主机排出的油气混合物进入油分罐,利用油分罐内的压力,将油分罐下部的润滑油压出,经过油滤器除去杂质颗粒,经冷却器降低润滑油的温度,再送回到主机。
上述滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构,润滑油通过进油口11进入主进油通道12,本发明将进入气缸缸体1内部主进油通道12的润滑油分为三个路径:
路径一:主进油通道12内的润滑油通过若干进油小通道13直接喷射进入气缸缸体1内部,使转子2与滑片5之间和两个滑片5之间形成油膜层,起到密封、润滑、冷却、清洗、减磨、缓冲等作用,进入气缸缸体1的大量润滑油跟随高压空气排出形成循环油路。
路径二:主进油通道12内的润滑油通过轴承座3内的轴承座端面供油通道32进入转子2与轴承端面之间,使转子2与轴承座端面之间和滑片5与轴承座端面之间形成油膜层,完成转子2与轴承座端面的润滑油的供给,保证转子2与轴承座3、滑片5与轴承座端面形成油膜层,增加其密封性和减少磨损,多余的润滑油与气缸缸体1内的润滑油汇合,跟随空气排出实现油路循环。
路径三:主进油通道12内的润滑油通过轴承座3内的滑动轴承润滑供油通道31,滑动轴承6上开有油孔7,润滑油通过油孔7进入滑动轴承6内部对滑动轴承6进行润滑;润滑油顺着轴瓦流向轴承座3后端的储油槽33,经过轴承座3上的进油孔34进入滑槽4的底部,由于润滑油是不可压缩的,对滑片5形成背压使得滑片5更紧密地贴合在气缸缸体1的内壁上,减少泄露。在所述滑槽4内的转子2上均匀设置有若干油道21,在压力和离心力的作用下排出滑槽4底部的润滑油,形成整个封闭的油路循环。

1.一种滑片式空气压缩机增强密封结构,包括设置在气缸缸体(1)内的转子(2),气缸缸体(1)作为定子,在所述气缸缸体(1)的两侧分别设置有轴承座(3),在所述转子(2)的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽(4),两个滑片(5)滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽(4)内,在所述转子(2)的两端分别通过滑动轴承(6)转动设置在轴承座(3)内,其特征在于:在所述气缸缸体(1)上设置有进油口(11)和主进油通道(12),所述主进油通道(12)与滑片(5)之间的气缸缸体(1)上均匀设置有若干进油小通道(13),润滑油通过若干进油小通道(13)直接喷射进入气缸缸体(1)内部,使转子(2)与滑片(5)之间和两个滑片(5)之间形成油膜层;所述主进油通道(12)的两端分别与设置在轴承座(3)内的滑动轴承润滑供油通道(31),滑动轴承(6)上开有油孔(7),润滑油通过油孔(7)进入滑动轴承(6)内部对滑动轴承(6)进行润滑;润滑油顺着轴瓦流向轴承座(3)后端的储油槽(33),经过轴承座(3)上的进油孔(34)进入滑槽(4)的底部,对滑片(5)形成背压使得滑片(5)更紧密地贴合在气缸缸体(1)的内壁上,所述滑动轴承润滑供油通道(31)与设置在轴承座(3)内的轴承座端面供油通道(32)相连通,润滑油通过轴承座端面供油通道(32)进入转子(22)与轴承端面之间,使转子(2)与轴承座端面之间和滑片(5)与轴承座端面之间形成油膜层,在所述滑槽(4)内的转子(2)上均匀设置有若干油道(21),在压力和离心力的作用下排出滑槽(4)底部的润滑油。
