Abstract

本申请是申请日为2014年02月28日、申请号为201410071744.2、发明名称为“多层的燃油管路”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层的燃料管路,其中该管路具有至少五个层。根据本发明的多层的燃料管路特别是应用在汽车中。
背景技术
开头所述类型的多层的燃料管路通常已知多种不同的实施方式。这种类型的燃料管路特别是在汽车中必须满足各种不同的需求。首先这种燃料管路例如在碰撞的情况下必须具有足够的机械强度。此外这种的燃料管路必须相对于在燃料中包含的成分的化学作用具有足够的抵抗性。从而期望的是,燃料管路的特征在于对于在燃料中包含的酒精、特别是甲醇和/或乙醇而言具有较小的渗透性。此外这样的燃料管路必须具有高的温度稳定性。许多现有的燃料管路然而不能完全满足这些要求。因此存在改善需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种开头所述的多层燃油管路,其中避免或至少最小化上述缺点。
为了解决该技术问题,本发明提供这样的多层的燃料管路,其中管路具有至少五个层并且从内向外具有下面的层结构:
最内部的层,其由选自组“聚酰胺、氟聚合物、聚苯硫醚、聚萘二甲酸丁二酯”中的至少一种聚合物构成;
由聚酰胺构成的第一载体层;
阻挡层;
由聚酰胺构成的第二载体层;
外层,其由选自组“聚酰胺、聚苯硫醚、聚邻苯二甲酰胺”中的至少一种聚合物构成。
在本发明的范围的是,最内部的层与通过燃料管路引导的燃料处于接触。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,最内部的层设计成导电的。为此,给最内部的层添加本身已知的导电添加物,例如导电炭黑或石墨纤维。根据一个实施方案,最内部的层由聚酰胺9T构成,由该聚酰胺构成的最内部的层有利地设计成导电的。根据本发明的另外一个实施方式,最内部的层由选自组“乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、EFEP氟聚合物,THV”中的至少一种氟聚合物构成。EFEP氟聚合物是乙烯、四氟乙烯和六氟乙烯的共聚物。THV是四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯和偏二氟乙烯的三元共聚物。在本发明的范围内的是,最内部的层作为障碍层、特别是对于酒精、特别是甲醇和/或乙醇的障碍层。此外在本发明的范围内的是,最内部的层没有低聚物。低聚物在大多数燃料中是可溶解的并且可能损坏汽车发动机或其它的汽车元件。
优选最内部的层的层厚度是0.1至0.3mm并且优选是0.15至0.25mm。根据一个优选的实施方式,最内部的层的层厚度是0.2mm或大致0.2mm。
建议第一载体层由聚酰胺6或基本上由聚酰胺6构成。本发明的一个实施方案的特征在于在最内部的层和第一载体层之间设置一个粘附层。该粘附层改善或优化在最内部的层和第一载体层之间的粘附。有利地,粘附层由聚酰胺或聚酰胺6与最内部的层的材料的混合物构成或基本上由该混合物构成。
根据本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式,第一载体层直接与阻挡层连接,在该第一载体层与该阻挡层之间没有设置另外的层。在本发明范围内的是,阻挡层由乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)或基本上由乙烯乙烯醇共聚物构成。
优选第二载体层由聚酰胺6(PAG)或基本上由聚酰胺6(PAG)构成。建议第二载体层直接与阻挡层连接,在该第二载体层与该阻挡层之间没有设置另外的层。
本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式的特征在于,由第一载体层、阻挡层和第二载体层构成的层组具有0.5mm至0.8mm的厚度并且优选具有0.6mm至0.7mm的厚度。该层组接下来称为核心组。
建议第一载体层具有0.15mm至0.35mm的层厚度、优选0.2mm至0.3mm的层厚度。优选第二载体层具有0.15mm至0.35mm的层厚度、优选0.2mm至0.3mm的层厚度。
有利地阻挡层的层厚度为0.1mm至0.2mm并且优选为0.12mm至0.18mm。在本发明的范围内的是,阻挡层的层厚度小于第一载体层的层厚度和/或小于第二载体层的层厚度。阻挡层、特别是由EVOH构成的阻挡层主要用作对于酒精、特别是甲醇和乙醇的阻挡层或障碍层。
在本发明的范围内的是,在第二载体层和所述外层之间设置粘附层。如上所述,这样的粘附层用于改善或优化在第二载体层和外层之间的附着。有利地这样的在第二载体层和所述外层之间的粘附层由或基本上由聚酰胺或聚酰胺6和外层的塑料材料的混合物构成。
建议外层的层厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm并且优选为0.15mm至0.25mm。一个特别优选的实施例的特征在于,外层的层厚度为0.2mm或大致0.2mm。根据本发明的一个实施方案,外层由至少一种聚酰胺构成、特别是由选自组“聚酰胺12、聚酰胺11、聚酰胺1010、聚酰胺1012、聚酰胺1212、聚酰胺610、聚酰胺612”中的聚酰胺构成。
在本发明范围内的是,外层构造成可焊接的并且特别是可以通过“旋转熔接工艺”或在“激光焊接工艺”进行焊接。此外在本发明的范围内的是,外层确保或基本上确保根据本发明的多层的汽车燃油管路的机械阻力。根据本发明的一个实施方式,给外层的塑料至少添加一种颜料。通过这种方式,外层根据需要设计成不同颜色的。
本发明以这样的认识为基础,即根据本发明的多层的燃料管路相对于至今已知的燃料管路具有多个优点。从而根据本发明的管路的特征在于对于在燃料中包含的成分具有足够的阻挡。首先该管路对于酒精、特别是甲醇和/或乙醇而言具有小的渗透性。此外根据本发明的燃料管路的特征在于具有出色的机械阻力,特别是在汽车碰撞的情况下。根据本发明的管路对于较高的温度也具有足够的抵抗性。首先要强调的是,根据本发明的管路可以方便地、特别是利用较小的费用实现。这些优点对于本领域普通技术人员来说由当前已知的管路不能得到。

该唯一的附图示出一个七层的燃油管路。最内部的层1在该实施例中由乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)构成。该最内部的层1设计成可导电的,例如通过添加导电炭黑、石墨纤维或类似物。在该实施例中在最内部的层1上邻接一个第一粘附层2。一个由聚酰胺6(PA6)构成的第一载体层3与第一粘附层2连接。向外在第一载体层3上直接地和无中间设置其它层的情况下连接一个由乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)构成的阻挡层4。同样一个由聚酰胺6(PA6)构成的第二载体层5直接地和无中间设置其它层的情况下与阻挡层4连接。在该实施例中向外在第二载体层5上连接一个第二粘附层6。第二粘附层6在该实施例中向外与一个由聚酰胺构成的外层7连接。有利地聚酰胺在此是选自组“聚酰胺12、聚酰胺11、聚酰胺1010、聚酰胺1012、聚酰胺1212、聚酰胺610、聚酰胺612”的聚酰胺。由第一载体层3、阻挡层和第二载体层5构成的层组或核心组在与本发明的其它特征组合的情况下是重要的或对于本发明关键的。阻挡层4此外有利地和在该实施例中与由PA6构成的第一载体层相比和由PA6构成的第二载体层5相比具有较小的层厚度。
Claims (16)
1.一种多层的燃油管路,其中该管路具有至少五层并且从内向外具有以下的层构造:
最内部的层(1),其由聚酰胺9T构成;
由聚酰胺构成的第一载体层(3);
阻挡层(4);
由聚酰胺构成的第二载体层(5);
外层(7),其由选自组“聚酰胺、聚苯硫醚、聚邻苯二甲酰胺”中的至少一种聚合物构成,
阻挡层(4)的层厚度小于第二载体层(5)的层厚度,
第二载体层(5)具有0.15mm至0.35mm的层厚度,并且
在所述最内部的层(1)和第一载体层(3)之间设置粘附层(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,最内部的层(1)设计成导电的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,最内部的层(1)的层厚度是0.1至0.3mm并且优选是0.15至0.25mm。
4.如上述权利要求1至3之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,第一载体层(3)由聚酰胺6(PA6)或基本上由聚酰胺6(PA6)构成。
5.如上述权利要求1至4之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,第一载体层(3)直接与阻挡层(4)连接,在该第一载体层与该阻挡层之间没有设置另外的层。
6.如上述权利要求1至5之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,阻挡层(4)由乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)或基本上由乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)构成。
7.如上述权利要求1至6之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,第二载体层(5)由聚酰胺6(PA6)或基本上由聚酰胺6(PA6)构成。
8.如上述权利要求1至7之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,第二载体层(5)直接与阻挡层(4)连接,在该第二载体层与该阻挡层之间没有设置另外的层。
9.如上述权利要求1至8之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,由第一载体层(3)、阻挡层(4)和第二载体层(5)构成的层组具有0.5mm至0.8mm的厚度并且优选具有0.6mm至0.7mm的厚度。
10.如上述权利要求1至9之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,第一载体层(3)具有0.15mm至0.35mm的层厚度、优选0.2mm至0.3mm的层厚度,和/或第二载体层(5)具有0.2mm至0.3mm的层厚度。
11.如上述权利要求1至10之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,阻挡层(4)的层厚度为0.1mm至0.2mm并且优选为0.12mm至0.18mm。
12.如上述权利要求1至11之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,阻挡层(4)的层厚度小于第一载体层(3)的层厚度。
13.如上述权利要求1至12之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,在第二载体层(5)和所述外层(7)之间设置第二粘附层(6)。
14.如上述权利要求1至13之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,外层(7)的层厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm并且优选为0.15mm至0.25mm。
15.如上述权利要求1至14之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,外层(7)由至少一种聚酰胺构成、特别是由选自组“聚酰胺12、聚酰胺11、聚酰胺1010、聚酰胺1012、聚酰胺1212、聚酰胺610、聚酰胺612”中的聚酰胺构成。
16.如上述权利要求1至15之一项所述的燃油管路,其特征在于,最内部的层(1)和/或外层(7)构造成可焊接的。
