背景技术:
非织造材料时跨四种柔性材料生产系统的一个技术含量高、市场需求面广、涉及范围宽、超乎想象、无限发展的现代新型材料产业。世界上没有其他任何一种类似布结构的材料能像非织造布那样集各种性能于一身,适应如此众多的最终用品的需求。非织造布不仅已在相当多的最终用品中替代了其他材料,成为市场中的标准材料,而且在许多新产品开发中也作为首选材料。
非织造布的主要成分是纤维,非织造布以许多独特的方式应用纤维的性能是其他工艺所无法复制的。非织造布得益于纤维,非织造布的技术进步,其中也得益于纤维的技术进步。至少在不远的将来,还无一种原料能够明显地替代现有大多数市场中的纤维。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对功能性服装的要求,对非织造布的要求也越来越高,例如阻燃性、耐磨性,色泽等方面有了更高的要求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,该方法制得的水刺非织造布透气性好,抗菌耐磨性能好,柔软舒适,力学性能好,色牢度高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理1-2h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理30-60min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理2-6h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理1-4h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(1)中,所述涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为(12-33):3:(0.5-1.3):(0.01-0.05)。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(2)中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:(2-6)。

作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(6)中,所述汽蒸处理的温度为120-150℃,所述汽蒸处理的时间为10-30min。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用涤纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维为原料制备非织造布,制备过程中首先采用壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺对其进行改性处理,壳聚糖可有效蓬松纤维,钛酸四丁酯在一定条件下有效水解制得氧化钛,通过双马来酰亚胺固定于涤纶纤维表面,改性后的涤纶纤维力学性能好,具有一定的抗菌性能。
本发明采用端羟基聚硅氧烷、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液对水刺非织造布进行改性处理,分子中的活性基团可与非织造布表面的化学活性基团发生键合,从而将大分子交联于非织造布表面,有效改善了织物的柔软舒适性以及抗菌性能。
具体实施方式:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理1h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理30min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理2h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;其中,涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为12:3:0.5:0.01;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;其中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:2;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理1h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;其中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为:端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液8份、去离子水10份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.35份、二甲基硅油1份、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液5份、混合水刺非织造布15份;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:黄RGFL染料13份、无水乙醇3份、去离子水10份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.4份、氨基硅油1份、聚丙烯酸钠1份;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:红玉S-2GFL染料10份、无水乙醇2份、去离子水10份、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱0.22份、氨水0.5份;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
实施例2
一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理2h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理60min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理6h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;其中,涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为33:3:1.3:0.05;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;其中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:6;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理1-4h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;其中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为:端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液13份、去离子水20份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.65份、二甲基硅油2份、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液9份、混合水刺非织造布20份;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:黄RGFL染料21份、无水乙醇8份、去离子水20份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.55份、氨基硅油3份、聚丙烯酸钠2份;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:红玉S-2GFL染料20份、无水乙醇6份、去离子水18份、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱0.35份、氨水1.3份;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
实施例3
一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理1.2h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理40min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理3h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;其中,涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为15:3:0.7:0.02;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;其中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:3;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理1-4h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;其中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为:端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液9份、去离子水12份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.4份、二甲基硅油1.2份、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液6份、混合水刺非织造布16份;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:黄RGFL染料15份、无水乙醇4份、去离子水12份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.45份、氨基硅油1.5份、聚丙烯酸钠1.3份;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:红玉S-2GFL染料12份、无水乙醇3份、去离子水12份、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱0.25份、氨水0.7份;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
实施例4
一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理1.4h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理50min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理4h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;其中,涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为20:3:0.9:0.03;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;其中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:4;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理3h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;其中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为:端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液10份、去离子水14份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.45份、二甲基硅油1.4份、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液7份、混合水刺非织造布17份;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:黄RGFL染料17份、无水乙醇5份、去离子水14份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份、氨基硅油2份、聚丙烯酸钠1.4份;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:红玉S-2GFL染料14份、无水乙醇4份、去离子水14份、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱0.3份、氨水0.9份;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
实施例5
一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理1.6h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理55min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理5h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;其中,涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为30:3:1:0.04;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;其中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:5;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理3.5h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;其中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为:端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液12份、去离子水16份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.5份、二甲基硅油1.6份、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液8份、混合水刺非织造布19份;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:黄RGFL染料20份、无水乙醇7份、去离子水18份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.53份、氨基硅油2.5份、聚丙烯酸钠1.6份;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:红玉S-2GFL染料18份、无水乙醇5份、去离子水16份、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱0.35份、氨水1.2份;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
下面对本发明制得的水刺非织造布做性能测试。测试结果如表1所示。

从上述测试结果来看,本发明制得的水刺非织造布力学性能好,色牢度优异,经抗菌性能测试,本发明制得的水刺非织造布对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到97.5%以上,水洗10次以上,抑菌率仍达到90%以上。
Claims (7)
1.一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维置于去离子水中浸泡处理1-2h,然后加入壳聚糖,升温至40-50℃,继续浸泡处理30-60min,继续加入钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺,搅拌处理2-6h,反应结束后,取出涤纶纤维,水洗,干燥,制得改性涤纶纤维;
(2)将聚乳酸纤维和上述制得的改性涤纶纤维依次经过开松、混合、梳理、机械铺网、水刺成型,浸轧、烘干工序,加工制得混合水刺非织造布;
(3)将端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液和去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、二甲基硅油、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述制得的混合水刺非织造布,室温下浸渍处理1-4h,取出,水洗,干燥,制得改性水刺非织造布;
(4)将黄RGFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、氨基硅油、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得正面数码印花墨水;
(5)将红玉S-2GFL染料、无水乙醇、去离子水混合搅拌均匀,然后加入十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、氨水,搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;
(6)采用数码印花机将上述制得的正面数码印花墨水、反面数码印花墨水分别喷涂于改性水刺非织造布的正反面,然后进行汽蒸处理,最后采用冷水清洗,干燥,制得水刺非织造布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述涤纶纤维、壳聚糖、钛酸四丁酯、双马来酰亚胺的质量比为(12-33):3:(0.5-1.3):(0.01-0.05)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,聚乳酸纤维、改性涤纶纤维的质量比为1:(2-6)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为:端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液8-13份、去离子水10-20份、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺0.35-0.65份、二甲基硅油1-2份、聚甲基丙烯酸乳液5-9份、混合水刺非织造布15-20份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:黄RGFL染料13-21份、无水乙醇3-8份、去离子水10-20份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.4-0.55份、氨基硅油1-3份、聚丙烯酸钠1-2份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种基于双面异色数码印花的抗菌耐磨水刺非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,各组分用量以重量份计,分别为:红玉S-2GFL染料10-20份、无水乙醇2-6份、去离子水10-18份、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱0.22-0.35份、氨水0.5-1.3份。
