技术领域
本发明涉及电力技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种铝包钢预绞丝端部防腐工艺。
背景技术
现有电力行业在对输配电线路上的防振锤或间隔棒进行固定时采用了预绞丝来进行固定,由于预绞丝使用方便所以越来越受到人们的欢迎。现有使用的预绞丝一般为铝线预绞丝或铝包钢预绞丝,制造时,将预绞丝的端面制备成鹦鹉嘴或半球形状,目的是为了使预绞丝与输电线缆扎固后更结实,避免了尖端放电现象。现有技术中,铝包钢丝表面的铝被打磨掉,导致端部部位的防腐性能极差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种铝包钢预绞丝端部防腐工艺,处理后的预绞丝防腐性能优异。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种铝包钢预绞丝端部防腐工艺,包括如下步骤:
a、预绞丝成型:将铝包钢预绞丝初步成型并将其端部成型为鹦鹉嘴形或半球形;
b、预绞丝清洗:将成型后的预绞丝进行清洗;
c、预绞丝端部防腐:将清洗后的预绞丝两端进行浸胶处理,所用浸胶液由环氧树脂复合胶、硅烷偶联复合剂、铝粉、锌粉以及二甲苯组成,其中各组分的质量比为环氧树脂复合胶:硅烷偶联复合剂:铝粉:锌粉:二甲苯=1:1:0.5:0.1:6,浸胶后预绞丝两端自然干燥;
d、喷防腐涂料:喷含锌喷涂漆或含铝喷涂漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在铝包钢预绞丝的端部浸蘸防腐浸胶液,处理后的铝包钢预绞丝具有优越的防腐性能,涂层附着力好。

下面对本发明进一步说明:
一种铝包钢预绞丝端部防腐工艺,包括如下步骤:
a、预绞丝成型:将铝包钢预绞丝初步成型并将其端部成型为鹦鹉嘴形或半球形;
b、预绞丝清洗:将成型后的预绞丝进行清洗;
c、预绞丝端部防腐:将清洗后的预绞丝两端进行浸胶处理,所用浸胶液由环氧树脂复合胶、硅烷偶联复合剂、铝粉、锌粉以及二甲苯组成,其中各组分的质量比为环氧树脂复合胶:硅烷偶联复合剂:铝粉:锌粉:二甲苯=1:1:0.5:0.1:6,浸胶后预绞丝两端自然干燥;
d、喷防腐涂料:喷含锌喷涂漆或含铝喷涂漆。
本发明铝包钢预绞丝端部防腐工艺过程具体如下:将铝包钢预绞丝初步成型并将其端部成型为鹦鹉嘴形或半球形,成型后的预绞丝进行清洗,清洗完成后对预绞丝的两端进行浸胶处理,所用浸胶液配方为环氧树脂复合胶:硅烷偶联复合剂:铝粉:锌粉:二甲苯=1:1:0.5:0.1:6,浸胶后的预绞丝两端自然干燥,胶层附着力好,最后再喷涂含锌喷涂漆或含铝喷涂漆,增加防腐性能,采用此工艺处理后的预绞丝具有优异的防腐性能。
本发明工艺处理后的预绞丝可应用在预绞式间隔棒和预绞式防振锤中,预绞丝绕在导线表面再与间隔棒和防振锤连接,使用过程中防腐效果好。

1.一种铝包钢预绞丝端部防腐工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、预绞丝成型:将铝包钢预绞丝初步成型并将其端部成型为鹦鹉嘴形或半球形;
b、预绞丝清洗:将成型后的预绞丝进行清洗;
c、预绞丝端部防腐:将清洗后的预绞丝两端进行浸胶处理,所用浸胶液由环氧树脂复合胶、硅烷偶联复合剂、铝粉、锌粉以及二甲苯组成,其中各组分的质量比为环氧树脂复合胶:硅烷偶联复合剂:铝粉:锌粉:二甲苯=1:1:0.5:0.1:6,浸胶后预绞丝两端自然干燥;
d、喷防腐涂料:喷含锌喷涂漆或含铝喷涂漆。
