本发明涉及一种用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,属于切割设备技术领域。
背景技术
在树脂瓦生产制造企业,树脂瓦成型后需要按照客户的要求进行切割,切割的工作主要是通过定时的方式进行,由于设备运行过程中会出现延迟的问题,所以会导致在规定的时间内树脂瓦不能输出实际需要的尺寸,此时切割设备开设切割会出现材料过长或者过短的问题,影响了产品的质量。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,能够准确定位产品的尺寸,提高了产品合格率。
本发明所述的用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,包括水平设置的支架,其特征在于:支架上竖直设置有第二支架,在第二支架上竖直设置有第一液压缸,在第一液压缸内竖直安装有第一液压杆,第一液压杆穿过第二支架,在第一液压杆上水平设置有压板,在第二支架的左侧竖直设置有第三支架,在第三支架上设置有移动组件,在移动组件上竖直设置有第二液压缸,在第二液压缸内竖直安装有第二液压杆,在第三支架上开设有通槽,第二液压杆穿过移动组件设置在通槽内,在第二液压杆上安装有第四支架,第四支架上水平安装有电机,在电机主轴上安装有切割片,在支架上安装有光电开关。
进一步,所述移动组件包括水平设置的平板,在平板的左右两侧均竖直设置有挡板,在挡板上垂直穿装有传动轴,传动轴通过轴承安装在两侧的挡板上,在传动轴上安装有滚轮,滚轮设置在左右两侧的挡板之间,在左右两侧挡板的底部均设置有横板,两侧的横板位于第三支架的底部,在挡板上安装有驱动设备,驱动设备通过皮带连接在传动轴上。
进一步,所述第二支架为树脂瓦的进料侧。
进一步,所述光电开关位于第三支架的左侧,光电开关安装在支架的前后两侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过本发明所述的用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,在支架上设置有第二支架,在第二支架上设置有第一液压缸,第一液压缸内安装有第一液压杆,在第一液压杆上安装有用于压紧树脂瓦的压板,在第二支架的左侧设置有第三支架,在第三支架上开设有通槽,在第三支架上安装有移动组件,在移动组件上安装有第二液压缸,第二液压缸内安装有第二液压杆,第二液压杆穿过移动组件并设置在通槽内,在第二液压杆上安装有第四支架,在第四支架上安装有电机,电机的主轴上安装有切割片,在第三支架的左侧设置有光电开关,光电开关安装在支架上。本技术通过光电开关来控制切割设备的工作,避免了通过计时的方式来控制切割设备而造成的误差,确保了产品的尺寸,提高了产品的合格率。

实施例
如如图1所示,所述用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,包括水平设置的支架1,支架1上竖直设置有第二支架4,在第二支架4上竖直设置有第一液压缸5,在第一液压缸5内竖直安装有第一液压杆3,第一液压杆3穿过第二支架4,在第一液压杆3上水平设置有压板2,在第二支架4的左侧竖直设置有第三支架9,在第三支架9上设置有移动组件8,在移动组件8上竖直设置有第二液压缸7,在第二液压缸7内竖直安装有第二液压杆6,在第三支架9上开设有通槽,第二液压杆6穿过移动组件8设置在通槽内,在第二液压杆6上安装有第四支架10,第四支架10上水平安装有电机11,在电机11主轴上安装有切割片12,在支架 1上安装有光电开关13。
本实施例中,所述移动组件8包括水平设置的平板,在平板的左右两侧均竖直设置有挡板,在挡板上垂直穿装有传动轴,传动轴通过轴承安装在两侧的挡板上,在传动轴上安装有滚轮,滚轮设置在左右两侧的挡板之间,在左右两侧挡板的底部均设置有横板,两侧的横板位于第三支架9的底部,在挡板上安装有驱动设备,驱动设备通过皮带连接在传动轴上。如图1所示,本段技术设计结构简单,安装方便。
所述第二支架4为树脂瓦的进料侧。本段技术设计方便检测和控制切割设备。
所述光电开关13位于第三支架9的左侧,光电开关13安装在支架1的前后两侧。光电开关13为漫反射试光电开关。本段技术设计方便检测和控制切割设备。
如图1、图2所示,工作时,成型的树脂瓦从支架1的右端进入第二支架 4,并从第二支架4通过进入第三支架9,在通过第三支架9向左移动,当树脂瓦经过光电开关13时,光电开关13感应到树脂瓦时,第一液压缸5和第二液压缸7开始工作,并接通电机11的电源,第一液压杆3推动压板2向下移动,压板2将支架1上的树脂瓦压住,同时第二液压杆6推动第四支架10向下移动,电机11主轴带动切割片12高速旋转,当切割片12接触到树脂瓦时接通移动组件8上的驱动设备,移动组件8上的驱动设备带动第二液压缸7、第四支架10 从支架1的后侧向前侧移动,从而完成了树脂瓦的切割。
切割完成后,第一液压缸5带动第一液压杆3将压板2向上提起,第二液压缸7通过第二液压杆6带动第四支架10向上移动,切断电机11的电源,移动组件8上的驱动机反向旋转回到支架1的前侧,等待下一次树脂瓦触碰到光电开关13。
本设计在应用时,可以根据其工作原理选用自动控制技术来实现自动化控制(如利用C51单片机,依据本发明所公开的控制逻辑来实现),也可以通过人为判断,人为判断时,对应每个光电开关设置一个报警器,通过人为判断报警器状态来做出上述工作原理的相应操作。

1.一种用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,包括水平设置的支架(1),其特征在于:支架(1)上竖直设置有第二支架(4),在第二支架(4)上竖直设置有第一液压缸(5),在第一液压缸(5)内竖直安装有第一液压杆(3),第一液压杆(3)穿过第二支架(4),在第一液压杆(3)上水平设置有压板(2),在第二支架(4)的左侧竖直设置有第三支架(9),在第三支架(9)上设置有移动组件(8),在移动组件(8)上竖直设置有第二液压缸(7),在第二液压缸(7)内竖直安装有第二液压杆(6),在第三支架(9)上开设有通槽,第二液压杆(6)穿过移动组件(8)设置在通槽内,在第二液压杆(6)上安装有第四支架(10),第四支架(10)上水平安装有电机(11),在电机(11)主轴上安装有切割片(12),在支架(1)上安装有光电开关(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,其特征在于:所述移动组件(8)包括水平设置的平板,在平板的左右两侧均竖直设置有挡板,在挡板上垂直穿装有传动轴,传动轴通过轴承安装在两侧的挡板上,在传动轴上安装有滚轮,滚轮设置在左右两侧的挡板之间,在左右两侧挡板的底部均设置有横板,两侧的横板位于第三支架(9)的底部,在挡板上安装有驱动设备,驱动设备通过皮带连接在传动轴上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,其特征在于:所述第二支架(4)为树脂瓦的进料侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于成品树脂瓦的切割装置,其特征在于:所述光电开关(13)位于第三支架(9)的左侧,光电开关(13)安装在支架(1)的前后两侧。
