本发明公开了一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置,包括机座,所述机座外上表面固定安装有门型架,所述门型架横梁外下表面固定安装有气缸,所述门型架横梁外下表面且沿其长度方向安装有滑道,所述滑道上安装有可在其上运动的滑块,所述滑块外下表面固定焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板外下表面安装有液压缸,所述液压缸外下表面安装有支撑板A,所述支撑板A外下表面安装有旋转电机,所述旋转电机旋转端安装有切割锯,所述机座外上表面且位于门型架下方等距离加工有多个切割通槽,所述机座一侧安装有控制器,所述控制器分别于旋转电机、气缸和液压缸电性相连。本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及立式切割装置,特别是一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,目前制造业逐渐走向自动化智能化,在自动化板材生产场内,自动切割装置是必不可少的,但目前自动切割装置还不够自动化,大部分处于半自动状态,这给工人带来更大的劳动力,也不利于公司的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置,包括机座,所述机座外上表面固定安装有门型架,所述门型架横梁外下表面固定安装有气缸,所述门型架横梁外下表面且沿其长度方向安装有滑道,所述滑道上安装有可在其上运动的滑块,所述滑块外下表面固定焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板外下表面安装有液压缸,所述液压缸外下表面安装有支撑板A,所述支撑板A外下表面安装有旋转电机,所述旋转电机旋转端安装有切割锯,所述机座外上表面且位于门型架下方等距离加工有多个切割通槽,所述机座一侧安装有控制器,所述控制器分别于旋转电机、气缸和液压缸电性相连。
所述旋转电机旋转端通过键与锯齿片中心处固定安装。
所述滑道两侧安装有限位开关。
所述限位开关与控制器电性相连。
所述机座外下表面四角处均安装有支撑柱。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的EPS板立式切割装置,通过气缸和电机之间的精密配合,达到快速切割进给从而实现切割的目的,此装置操作简单,使用方便。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1所示,一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置,包括机座(1),所述机座(1)外上表面固定安装有门型架(2),所述门型架(2)横梁外下表面固定安装有气缸(3),所述门型架(2)横梁外下表面且沿其长度方向安装有滑道(4),所述滑道(4)上安装有可在其上运动的滑块(5),所述滑块(5)外下表面固定焊接有支撑板(6),所述支撑板(6)外下表面安装有液压缸(7),所述液压缸(7)外下表面安装有支撑板A(8),所述支撑板A(8)外下表面安装有旋转电机(9),所述旋转电机(9)旋转端安装有切割锯(10),所述机座(1)外上表面且位于门型架(2)下方等距离加工有多个切割通槽(11),所述机座(1)一侧安装有控制器(12),所述控制器(12)分别于旋转电机(9)、气缸(3)和液压缸(7)电性相连;所述旋转电机(9)旋转端通过键与锯齿片中心处固定安装;所述滑道(4)两侧安装有限位开关(13);所述限位开关(13)与控制器(12)电性相连;所述机座(1)外下表面四角处均安装有支撑柱。
本实施方案的特点为,机座外上表面固定安装有门型架,门型架横梁外下表面固定安装有气缸,门型架横梁外下表面且沿其长度方向安装有滑道,滑道上安装有可在其上运动的滑块,滑块外下表面固定焊接有支撑板,支撑板外下表面安装有液压缸,液压缸外下表面安装有支撑板A,支撑板A外下表面安装有旋转电机,旋转电机旋转端安装有切割锯,机座外上表面且位于门型架下方等距离加工有多个切割通槽,机座一侧安装有控制器,控制器分别于旋转电机、气缸和液压缸电性相连,通过气缸和电机之间的精密配合,达到快速切割进给从而实现切割的目的,此装置操作简单,使用方便。
在本实施方案中,控制器接通电源,通过控制器控制气缸,使气缸伸缩,进而推动滑道上的滑块运动,以此调节切割锯的切割位置;再通过控制器控制液压缸,使液压缸伸缩,进而调节切割锯的上下高度,以此控制切割锯的切割深度;通过控制器控制旋转电机,使旋转电机旋转,控制切割锯进行切割;通过上述工作原理,达到对EPS板高效快速的切割目的。

1.一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置,包括机座(1),其特征在于,所述机座(1)外上表面固定安装有门型架(2),所述门型架(2)横梁外下表面固定安装有气缸(3),所述门型架(2)横梁外下表面且沿其长度方向安装有滑道(4),所述滑道(4)上安装有可在其上运动的滑块(5),所述滑块(5)外下表面固定焊接有支撑板(6),所述支撑板(6)外下表面安装有液压缸(7),所述液压缸(7)外下表面安装有支撑板A(8),所述支撑板A(8)外下表面安装有旋转电机(9),所述旋转电机(9)旋转端安装有切割锯(10),所述机座(1)外上表面且位于门型架(2)下方等距离加工有多个切割通槽(11),所述机座(1)一侧安装有控制器(12),所述控制器(12)分别于旋转电机(9)、气缸(3)和液压缸(7)电性相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置,其特征在于,所述旋转电机(9)旋转端通过键与锯齿片中心处固定安装。

4.根据权利要求1和3所述的一种用于EPS板的立式切割装置,其特征在于,所述限位开关(13)与控制器(12)电性相连。
