一种蜂窝纸芯自动生产线用剪切机构,包括机架、剪切装置,上述机架上设有供蜂窝纸芯剪切用的机台,在上机台的上方设有弧形的导纸板,在上述机台下方设有可调节台面高度的升降机构。所述剪切装置包括固定切刀、移动切刀、驱动机构,其中:上述固定切刀与移动切刀呈上下相切的水平设置;上述固定切刀设置于导纸板的下方,其刀背与机架相接;上述移动切刀与驱动机构相驱接。由于在机台上方设置的弧形导纸板及下方设有的机台升降机构,可按所需加工蜂窝纸芯规格厚度预先通过升降机构实施定位,生产时,经上工序复合的若干层纸件由弧形导纸板导入剪切区域,实施连续裁切、复合,为蜂窝纸芯的加工提供了一种新设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蜂窝纸芯的生产设备,具体是一种蜂窝纸芯自动生产线用剪切机构。
背景技术
目前,蜂窝纸芯自动生产线大都由纸架装置、涂胶装置、干燥装置和剪切装置等组成,中国专利CN2512592Y公开了一种纸蜂窝生产设备,其蜂窝纸芯的剪切采用了纵切、横切两套装置来完成板材的剪切,采用上述生产技术不仅会使生产的流程变得较复杂及制造成本的提高,而且因两次剪切导致纸材料的高损耗,同时在加工时因产生大量的纸屑粉未,对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可一次性完成对蜂窝纸芯剪切且在加工时耗材少、低粉尘的蜂窝纸芯自动生产线用剪切机构。
本发明的技术方案是:一种蜂窝纸芯自动生产线用剪切机构,包括机架、剪切装置,上述机架上设有供蜂窝纸芯剪切用的机台,在上机台的上方设有弧形的导纸板,在上述机台下方设有可调节台面高度的升降机构。所述剪切装置包括固定切刀、移动切刀、驱动机构,其中:上述固定切刀与移动切刀呈上下相切的水平设置;上述固定切刀设置于导纸板的下方,其刀背与机架相接;上述移动切刀与驱动机构相驱接。
进一步地:上述驱动机构包括电机、减速器,在减速器的动力输出端连接有一套由曲轴、连杆构成的往复运动机构,上述移动切刀连接在连杆的前端。
本发明由于在机台上方设置的弧形导纸板及下方设有的机台升降机构,可按所需加工蜂窝纸芯规格厚度预先通过升降机构实施定位,生产时,经上工序复合的若干层纸件由弧形导纸板导入剪切区域,实施连续裁切、复合,克服了传统工艺生产时整体板件复合后再剪切带来的效率低、材耗大的不足,为蜂窝纸芯的加工提供了一种新设备。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1、图2、所示,一种蜂窝纸芯自动生产线用剪切机构,包括机架1、剪切装置2,上述机架1上设有供蜂窝纸芯剪切用的机台11,在上机台11的上方设有弧形的导纸板12,在上述机台11下方设有可调节台面高度的升降机构15。所述剪切装置2包括固定切刀21、移动切刀22、驱动机构23,其中:上述固定切刀21与移动切刀22呈上下相切的水平设置;上述固定切刀21设置于导纸板12的下方,其刀背与机架1相接;上述移动切刀22与驱动机构23相驱接。
上述驱动机构23包括电机23a、减速器23b,在减速器23b的动力输出端连接有一套由曲轴23c、连杆23d构成的往复运动机构,上述移动切刀22连接在连杆23d的前端。上述弧形的导纸板12为金属网状结构,在网面上还设有若干档纸杆14。上述升降机构15可采用手动的丝杆传动机构,也可采用液压升降机构。

1、一种蜂窝芯板自动生产线用剪切机构,包括机架(1)、剪切装置(2),上述机架(1)上设有供蜂窝芯板剪切用的机台(11),其特征在于,在机台(11)的上方设有弧形的导纸板(12),在上述机台(11)下方设有可调节台面高度的升降机构(15),所述剪切装置(2)包括固定切刀(21)、移动切刀(22)、驱动机构(23),其中:
上述固定切刀(21)与移动切刀(22)呈上下相切的水平设置;
上述固定切刀(21)设置于导纸板(12)的下方,其刀背与机架(1)相接;
上述移动切刀(22)与驱动机构(23)相驱接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的剪切机构,其特征在于上述驱动机构(23)包括电机(23a)、减速器(23b),在减速器(23b)的动力输出端连接有一套由曲轴(23c)、连杆(23d)构成的往复运动机构,上述移动切刀(22)连接在连杆(23d)的前端。
3、根据权利要求1所述的剪切机构,其特征在于上述弧形的导纸板(12)为金属网状结构,在网面上还设有若干档纸杆(14)。
