The shaking device 35 comprises a sleeve 351, a motor base 352, a second motor 353, a cam 354, a spring 355 and a second connecting block 356, the first supporting rod 33 is located in the sleeve 351, the contact wheel 36 is connected with the bottom of the sleeve 351, the lower portion of the left side face in the sleeve 351 is connected with the motor base 352, the second motor 353 is installed at the top of the motor base 352, the second motor 353 is connected with the cam 354 through a coupler, the bottom of the first supporting rod 33 is connected with the spring 355, the lower end of the spring 355 is connected with the second connecting block 356, and the second connecting block 356 is in contact with the cam 354.
