高位截瘫病人,如颈椎腰椎损伤病人,渴望自主站立自主行走,这方面的器械不多且庞大复杂,价格昂贵。本发明以背杆、坐板、大腿杆、小腿杆、足板等器材支撑身体;以病人自己健康的双手操纵双脚,实现渴望的自主站立和自主行走。本发明有二种结构,第一种结构适宜于身体相对比较强的病人,第二种结构适宜于身体相对比较弱的病人。

高位截瘫病人助行器。
背景技术
高位截瘫病人,如颈椎腰椎损伤病人,渴望自主站立自主行走,这方面的器械不多且庞大复杂,价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明以背杆、坐板、大腿杆、小腿杆、足板等器材支撑身体;通过门字形操纵杆、可伸缩手杖等以病人自己健康的双手操纵双脚,实现渴望的自主站立和自主行走。
本发明有二种结构,第一种结构适宜于身体相对比较强的病人,第二种结构适宜于身体相对比较弱的病人。

图1为第一种结构,右手持手杖和右腿共同支撑身体,左手提起手杖的同时提起右腿向前迈步。
图2为第二种结构右手持手杖和左腿共同支撑身体,左手提起手杖的同时通过操纵杆提起右腿向前迈步。

具体实施例
本发明有二种结构,第一种结构适宜于身体相对比较强的病人,第二种结构适宜于身体相对比较弱的病人。
第一种结构:
包括背杆(1)、坐板(2)、大腿杆(3)、小腿杆(6)、足板(11);
它们都根据所贴合的身体曲线和长度制作,并且在贴合面覆盖柔软透气的织物,用柔韧而强劲的挷带固定在身体的相应部位;
背杆有二条,分别固定在躯体二侧偏向后背处,大腿杆和小腿杆分别固定在腿部外侧;
二条背杆(1)的下端分别与处于坐骨下的坐板(2)二端固定连接,二大腿杆(3)分别和坐板二端铰接。小腿杆(6)和大腿杆在膝盖处铰接,小腿杆下端与位于足底的足板(11)成直角固定连接;
小腿杆(6)过上端的铰接点后再向上延伸至手杖(5)把手的高度,在此上端与手杖铰接。
有可伸缩手杖,手杖上段(20)和把手(24)连成一体,手杖下段(26)和上段动配合,内装弹簧(25),把手侧面有伸缩键(29),它的前端有插肖(28)手杖上段有手柄孔(22),下段上端延伸一段,上有定位孔(21),手杖缩回至正常长度时,手柄孔和定位孔重合,插肖(28)同时伸进手柄孔和定位孔,手杖锁定在正常长度,如在握住把手的同时用姆指按压伸缩键(29),则插肖(28)拔出定位孔,弹簧就使手杖伸长。
大腿杆(3)和小腿杆(6)之间、大腿杆(3)和坐板(2)之间的铰接点装有制动装置,手杖把手(24)上装有制动把(23),一个制动把同时控制连接上述制动装置的二根制动线,制动把是反向控制,手不握的常态是制动,握紧是解除制动。
小腿杆(6)和大腿杆(3)都在过上端的铰接点后再向上延伸一段,其上端有磁铁(14),磁铁与大腿杆或背杆(1)吸合时可增加腿部直立状态的可靠性,移动磁铁的位置可调节其作用力;
小腿杆(6)上端与大腿杆(3)之间装有拉簧(12),它的作用:1.可增加腿部直立状态的可靠性,2.可在开步时增加小腿杆的抬升从而增大步幅。移动拉簧在大腿杆的固定点可调节其作用力;
下面介绍第一种结构的使用方法:
病人系有背杆(1)、坐板(2)、大腿杆(3)、小腿杆(6)、足板(11)等构成的二点可靠的支撑,再加上双手各持一根通过手杆(13)铰接于小腿杆上端的手杖(5)柱触地面构成的二点辅助支撑,病人可稳定站立;
开始行走时,先一只手,例如右手,持右手杖(5)柱地不动,右小腿杆(6)和右大腿杆(3)也原地不动,上身右倾重心右移,由右边二点支撑身体, 左手稍稍提起左手杖(5)下端,姆指按压伸缩键(29)使手杖伸长下端触及前面地面,再握紧制动把(23)解除左小腿杆(6)和左大腿杆(3)上铰接处的制动,同时前推手杖把手(24),借手杖力带动左小腿杆(6)和左大腿杆(3)一起向前向上,[体力好的可省略“左手稍稍提起左手杖(5)下端,姆指按压伸缩键(29)使手杖伸长下端触及前面地面”这一步,直接左手握紧制动把(23)解除制动,提起左手杖(5)带动左小腿杆(6)和左大腿杆(3)向前向上],接着上身前倾重心前移,左小腿杆和足板随后落地,完成一步行走,左右交替重复上述动作,高位截瘫病人就实现了梦寐以求的自主行走。
第二种结构是在第一种结构的基础上增加一些设施,主要是避免了“上身右倾重心右移,仅由右边二点支撑身体”对病人相对较高的体力要求:
有2个门字形操纵杆,它由横向的转轴(17)和与其二端垂直固定连接的手杆(13)和脚杆(18)组成,二根转轴分别通过二端的轴承安装在腹板(16)上,腹板固定在腹部腰际,二根转轴上下并列左右稍有错位,使二操纵杆均手杆在外脚杆在内,以免相互干涉,其中上转轴的脚杆与上转轴端固定处有一个半圆形弯头(19),目的是让出下转轴的手杆端。
手杆下端铰接手杖(5),脚杆下端铰接连杆(15),连杆再铰接小腿杆(6)上端。
下面介绍第二种结构的使用方法:
病人系有背杆(1)、腹板(16)、坐板(2)、大腿杆(3)、小腿杆(6)、足板(11)等构成的二点可靠的支撑,再加上双手各持一根通过手杆(13)铰接于腹板(16)的手杖(5)柱触地面构成的二点辅助支撑,病人可稳定站立;
开始行走时,先一只手,例如右手,持右手杖(5)柱地不动,通过门字形操纵杆与之联动的左腿杆(6)也就不动,在有它们稳定支撑的情况下,左手稍稍提起左手杖(5)下端,姆指按压伸缩键(29)使手杖伸长下端触及前面地面,再握紧制动把(23)解除右小腿杆(6)和右大腿杆(3)上铰接处的制动,同时前推手杖把手(24),借手杖力带动铰接的左手杆(13)向前向上, [体力好的可省略“左手稍稍提起左手杖(5)下端,姆指按压伸缩键(29)使手杖伸长下端触及前面地面”这一步,直接左手握紧制动把(23)解除制动,提起左手杖(5)带动右小腿杆(6)和右大腿杆(3)向前向上],左手杆又通过转轴(17)带动右脚杆(18)向前向上,于是右脚杆通过连杆(15)带动右小腿杆(6)和右大腿杆(3)一起向前向上,接着上身前倾重心前移,右小腿杆和足板随后落地,完成一步行走,左右交替重复上述动作,高位截瘫病人就实现了自主行走。

Claims (1)

1.一种高位截瘫病人助行器,其特征是:
包括背杆(1)、坐板(2)、大腿杆(3)、小腿杆(6)、足板(11);
它们都根据所贴合的身体曲线和长度制作,并且在贴合面覆盖柔软透气的织物,用柔韧而强劲的绑带固定在身体的相应部位;
背杆有二条,分别固定在躯体二侧偏向后背处,大腿杆和小腿杆分别固定在腿部外侧;
二条背杆(1)的下端分别与处于坐骨下的坐板(2)二端固定连接,二大腿杆(3)分别和坐板二端铰接;小腿杆(6)和大腿杆在膝盖处铰接,小腿杆下端与位于足底的足板(11)成直角固定连接;
小腿杆(6)过上端的铰接点后再向上延伸至手杖(5)把手的高度,在此上端与手杖(5)铰接;
手杖上段(20)和把手(24)连成一体,手杖下段(26)和上段动配合,内装弹簧(25),把手(24)侧面有伸缩键(29),它的前端有插销(28),手杖上段(20)有手柄孔(22),下段(26)向上端延伸一段,上有定位孔(21),手杖(5)缩回至正常长度时,手柄孔(22)和定位孔(21)重合,插销(28)同时伸进手柄孔(22)和定位孔(21),手杖(5)锁定在正常长度,如在握住把手(24)的同时用拇指按压伸缩键(29),则插销(28)拔出定位孔(21),弹簧(25)就使手杖(5)伸长;
大腿杆(3)和小腿杆(6)之间、大腿杆(3)和坐板(2)之间的铰接点装有制动装置,手杖把手(24)上装有制动把(23),此制动把(23)同时控制连接上述制动装置的二根制动线,制动把(23)是反向控制,常态是制动,握紧是解除制动;
小腿杆(6)和大腿杆(3)都在过上端的铰接点后再向上延伸一段,其上端有磁铁(14),磁铁与大腿杆(3)或背杆(1)吸合时可增加腿部直立状态的可靠性,移动磁铁(14)的位置可调节其作用力;
小腿杆(6)上端与大腿杆(3)之间装有拉簧(12),移动拉簧(12)在大腿杆(3)的固定点可调节其作用力;
还设有2个门字形操纵杆,它由横向的转轴(17)和与其二端垂直固定连接的手杆(13)和脚杆(18)组成,手杆(13)下端铰接手杖(5),脚杆(18)下端铰接连杆(15),连杆再铰接小腿杆(6)上端,二根转轴(17)分别通过二端的轴承安装在腹板(16)上,腹板(16)固定在腹部腰际,二根转轴(17)上下并列左右稍有错位,使二操纵杆均手杆(13)在外脚杆(18)在内,以免相互干涉,其中上转轴的脚杆(18)与上转轴(17)端固定处有一个半圆形弯头(19),目的是让出下转轴的手杆端。
