本发明公开了一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,由A组分和B组分按照质量比2:1混合制成,其中A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液80‑100份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液60‑70份、水性氟碳乳液20‑30份、钛白粉10‑13份、聚醚改性硅氧烷3‑6份、环己六醇4‑5份,硅烷偶联剂4‑5份、消泡剂2‑4份、增稠剂3‑5份、润湿剂2‑3份;B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料50‑60份、聚乙烯醇纤维15‑20份、玻璃纤维5‑8份、纳米水合硅酸铝10‑15份、无水乙醇1‑2份、水性聚氨酯8‑13份、硫酸钡15‑22份、纳米二氧化硅20‑30份、改性膨润土5‑15份、偏硼酸钡6‑11份、分散剂3‑5份、无水硫酸镁2‑3份、粘结剂1‑2份、固色剂6‑8份。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体涉及一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料。
背景技术
喷墨打印需要在涂布有油墨接受层的记录材料上,才能表现很好图像分辨率和色彩还原能力。特别是水性喷墨印刷油墨,同时还需要接受层具有快速吸收能力和固色能力,使打印图像快干和防水。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,由A组分和B组分按照质量比2:1混合制成,其中A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液80-100份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液60-70份、水性氟碳乳液20-30份、钛白粉10-13份、聚醚改性硅氧烷3-6份、环己六醇4-5份,硅烷偶联剂4-5份、消泡剂2-4份、增稠剂3-5份、润湿剂2-3份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料50-60份、聚乙烯醇纤维15-20份、玻璃纤维5-8份、纳米水合硅酸铝10-15份、无水乙醇1-2份、水性聚氨酯8-13份、硫酸钡15-22份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、改性膨润土5-15份、偏硼酸钡 6-11份、分散剂 3-5份、无水硫酸镁2-3份、粘结剂1-2份、固色剂6-8份。

B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料50份、聚乙烯醇纤维15份、玻璃纤维5份、纳米水合硅酸铝10份、无水乙醇1份、水性聚氨酯8份、硫酸钡15份、纳米二氧化硅20份、改性膨润土8份、偏硼酸钡 6份、分散剂 3份、无水硫酸镁2份、粘结剂1.5份、固色剂6份。
前述的A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液90份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液65份、水性氟碳乳液25份、钛白粉12份、聚醚改性硅氧烷5份、环己六醇5份,偶联剂4.5份、消泡剂3.5份、增稠剂4份、润湿剂3份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料60份、聚乙烯醇纤维18份、玻璃纤维7份、纳米水合硅酸铝13份、无水乙醇2份、水性聚氨酯10份、硫酸钡20份、纳米二氧化硅25份、改性膨润土12份、偏硼酸钡 10份、分散剂 4份、无水硫酸镁3份、粘结剂2份、固色剂8份。
前述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂或高级醇消泡剂中一种或多种。
前述的增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠剂。
前述的分散剂为硝酸铝、多聚磷酸钠或三聚磷酸钾中一种或多种。
前述的润湿剂为二辛基琥珀磺酸钠。
前述的固色剂为二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有快速吸 收水性油墨能力,高光泽和固色能力,能达到银盐照片质量的效果;加入水性聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液,其在受热时可有限延展,延展长度可达到原来长度的2-3倍,增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠,使水性聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液的流动性能适合柔版印刷,润湿剂为二辛基琥珀磺酸钠;能有效降低水性聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液的动态或静态张力,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液,能够有效提高其的防水性和抗形变性能,加入水性氟碳乳液,其提高具其耐候性和抗玷污性;
本发明加入无水硫酸镁其不仅能够具有吸水作用,同时还能够使得其它成分均匀分散,不会发生沉降;,并且和水性聚氨酯配合,耐水性极佳,加入偏硼酸钡,提高涂料的防霉性能,无毒,绿色环保;本发明加入纳米水合硅酸铝,与钛白粉配合,提高涂料的光泽度,加入玻璃纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维,提高其强度、耐候性和抗拉性。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,由A组分和B组分按照质量比2:1混合制成,其中A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液80份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液60份、水性氟碳乳液20份、钛白粉10份、聚醚改性硅氧烷3份、环己六醇4份,偶联剂4份、有机硅消泡剂3份、聚氨酯增稠剂3份、二辛基琥珀磺酸钠2份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料50份、聚乙烯醇纤维15份、玻璃纤维5份、纳米水合硅酸铝10份、无水乙醇1份、水性聚氨酯8份、硫酸钡15份、纳米二氧化硅20份、改性膨润土8份、偏硼酸钡 6份、硝酸铝 3份、无水硫酸镁2份、粘结剂1.5份、二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂6份。

本实施例提供一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,由A组分和B组分按照质量比2:1混合制成,其中A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液90份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液65份、水性氟碳乳液25份、钛白粉12份、聚醚改性硅氧烷5份、环己六醇5份,偶联剂4.5份、有机硅消泡剂3.5份、聚氨酯增稠剂4份、二辛基琥珀磺酸钠3份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料60份、聚乙烯醇纤维18份、玻璃纤维7份、纳米水合硅酸铝13份、无水乙醇2份、水性聚氨酯10份、硫酸钡20份、纳米二氧化硅25份、改性膨润土12份、偏硼酸钡 10份、分散剂 4份、无水硫酸镁3份、粘结剂2份、二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂8份,其中分散剂为硝酸铝和三聚磷酸钾两种混合物。

1.一种高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于,由A组分和B组分按照质量比2:1混合制成,其中A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液80-100份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液60-70份、水性氟碳乳液20-30份、钛白粉10-13份、聚醚改性硅氧烷3-6份、环己六醇4-5份,硅烷偶联剂4-5份、消泡剂2-4份、增稠剂3-5份、润湿剂2-3份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料50-60份、聚乙烯醇纤维15-20份、玻璃纤维5-8份、纳米水合硅酸铝10-15份、无水乙醇1-2份、水性聚氨酯8-13份、硫酸钡15-22份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、改性膨润土5-15份、偏硼酸钡 6-11份、分散剂 3-5份、无水硫酸镁2-3份、粘结剂1-2份、固色剂6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于:A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液80份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液60份、水性氟碳乳液20份、钛白粉10份、聚醚改性硅氧烷3份、环己六醇4份,偶联剂4份、消泡剂3份、增稠剂3份、润湿剂2份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料50份、聚乙烯醇纤维15份、玻璃纤维5份、纳米水合硅酸铝10份、无水乙醇1份、水性聚氨酯8份、硫酸钡15份、纳米二氧化硅20份、改性膨润土8份、偏硼酸钡 6份、分散剂 3份、无水硫酸镁2份、粘结剂1.5份、固色剂6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快干防水涂料,其特征在于:A按质量份数计包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯丙烯乳液90份、乙烯- 醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液65份、水性氟碳乳液25份、钛白粉12份、聚醚改性硅氧烷5份、环己六醇5份,偶联剂4.5份、消泡剂3.5份、增稠剂4份、润湿剂3份;
B组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:颜料60份、聚乙烯醇纤维18份、玻璃纤维7份、纳米水合硅酸铝13份、无水乙醇2份、水性聚氨酯10份、硫酸钡20份、纳米二氧化硅25份、改性膨润土12份、偏硼酸钡 10份、分散剂 4份、无水硫酸镁3份、粘结剂2份、固色剂8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂或高级醇消泡剂中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于::所述分散剂为硝酸铝、多聚磷酸钠或三聚磷酸钾中一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为二辛基琥珀磺酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高光泽防水彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于:所述固色剂为二烷基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐聚合物固色剂。
