技术领域
本发明属于机械化工领域,特别涉及一种金属加工过程中使用的防锈水性切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
切削液不同于传统的皂基乳化液,不存在皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差等问题,因而保存和利用更为便利。
金属加工用切削液,其冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能和防腐性能是重中之重,金属在切削加工过程中,刀具切削使得金属加工面暴露在空气中和切削液的环境中,易发生腐蚀生锈现象,尤其是使用水性切削液,腐蚀现象更为严重,因此,如何进一步提供金属加工过程中的防腐和生锈现象,是切削液面临的一个亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:针对上述不足,克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有优良的冷却性能和防锈性能的耐腐蚀金属切削液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀金属切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
聚氧化丙烯二醇11-25份、失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯2-6份、纳米氧化钛0.1-0.2份、油酸丁酯1-2份、环烷酸镁3-6份、四硼酸钠0.5-1.5份、去离子水65-105份、抗氧抗腐剂0.5-1.5份、金属减活剂0.2-0.8份。
作为优选,所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚或二丁基羟基甲苯。
更优地,所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯。
作为优选,所述金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物。
一种耐腐蚀金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-16h;
(4)封装;真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到耐腐蚀金属切削液。
有益效果:本发明提供的耐腐蚀金属切削液,制作工艺简单快捷,随时随地可配置使用,而且具有防锈和耐腐蚀性能极为优良,润滑效果和冷却性能较佳,是一种非常理想的金属加工切削液。

实施例 1:
一种耐腐蚀金属切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
聚氧化丙烯二醇25份、失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯6份、纳米氧化钛0.2份、油酸丁酯2份、环烷酸镁6份、四硼酸钠1.5份、去离子水105份、二丁基羟基甲苯1.5份、噻二唑衍生物0.8份。
一种耐腐蚀金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述耐腐蚀金属切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的耐腐蚀金属切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.63w/(m*k);测定防锈等级为优良。

一种耐腐蚀金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述耐腐蚀金属切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的耐腐蚀金属切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.64 w/(m*k);测定防锈等级为优良。

1.一种耐腐蚀金属切削液,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:聚氧化丙烯二醇,11-25份;失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯,2-6份;纳米氧化钛,0.1-0.2份;油酸丁酯,1-2份;环烷酸镁,3-6份;四硼酸钠,0.5-1.5份;去离子水,65-105份;抗氧抗腐剂,0.5-1.5份;金属减活剂,0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀金属切削液,其特征在于:所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚或二丁基羟基甲苯。

4.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀金属切削液,其特征在于:所述金属减活剂为噻二唑衍生物。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀金属切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
