本发明涉及热转印膜技术领域,具体涉及一种全转弹力膜及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:油性PU树脂80‑120份、助剂1‑50份、颜料5‑25份、溶剂50‑300份。本发明的全转弹力膜通过采用油性PU树脂为主体,与助剂、颜料和溶剂复配,利用凹版辊印或逗号涂布,将涂料涂于PET基材上,制得的全转弹力膜经热转移,可实现将PU涂层转移至载体(皮、革、布)上,使载体上附加一层具有弹力的仿皮,可用于修补皮革上的缺陷、避绒或改色,使不好的皮呈现更好的皮感,或是革或布具有皮感效果;还可以提高制革生产的稳定性及效率,降低损耗,增加生产良率。

背景技术
在真皮的行业中,大多数是使用在载体上直接喷涂或是辊涂,在原工艺中具有损耗大,加工效率低等缺陷,而且在国家日益要求环保的情况下,传统制革工艺污染也是极大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种全转弹力膜,该全转弹力膜可用于修补皮革上的缺陷、避绒或改色,使不好的皮呈现更好的皮感,或是革或布具有皮感效果,还可以提高制革生产的稳定性及效率,降低损耗,增加生产良率。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种全转弹力膜的制备方法,该制备方法步骤简单,操作控制方便,质量稳定,生产效率高,生产成本低,可大规模化工业生产。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种全转弹力膜,包括如下重量份的原料:
本发明的全转弹力膜通过采用油性PU树脂为主体,与助剂、颜料和溶剂复配,利用凹版辊印或逗号涂布,将涂料涂于PET基材上,制得的全转弹力膜经热转移,可实现将PU涂层转移至载体(皮、革、布)上,使载体上附加一层具有弹力的仿皮,可用于修补皮革上的缺陷、避绒或改色,使不好的皮呈现更好的皮感,或是革或布具有皮感效果;还可以提高制革生产的稳定性及效率,降低损耗,增加生产良率。
优选的,所述油性PU树脂的固含量为20%-50%。本发明通过严格控制性PU树脂的固含量,对基材有优异的附着力,硬度高,抗刮伤性好,光泽度高。
优选的,所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇80-120重量份、多异氰酸酯30-50重量份、催化剂0.01-0.05重量份在70-90℃温度下反应1-2h,再加入多元醇扩链剂5-15重量份扩链反应2-4h,降温至30-50℃,加入三乙胺5-15重量份中和反应20-40min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。本发明通过控制油性PU树脂的原料及重量配比,并严格控制反应参数,制得的油性PU树脂对基材有优异的附着力,硬度高,抗刮伤性好,光泽度高。
优选的,所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比2-4:1-2:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为1000-3000。本发明通过采用聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇作为多元醇复配使用,并控制其重量比为2-4:1-2:1,制得的油性PU树脂对基材有优异的附着力,硬度高,抗刮伤性好,光泽度高。
优选的,所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比4-8:2-4:1。本发明通过采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯作为多异氰酸酯,并控制其重量比为4-8:2-4:1,制得的油性PU树脂对基材有优异的附着力,硬度高,抗刮伤性好,光泽度高。

具体的,所述消泡剂是由壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠和含硅聚醚以重量比1.5-2.5:0.8-1.2:1组成的混合物。本发明通过严格控制消泡剂的种类、复配及配比,具有消泡速度快、抑泡时间长、效果好、扩散性、渗透性好、热稳定性好等特点。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的全转弹力膜通过采用油性PU树脂为主体,与助剂、颜料和溶剂复配,利用凹版辊印或逗号涂布,将涂料涂于PET基材上,制得的全转弹力膜经热转移,可实现将PU涂层转移至载体(皮、革、布)上,使载体上附加一层具有弹力的仿皮,可用于修补皮革上的缺陷、避绒或改色,使不好的皮呈现更好的皮感,或是革或布具有皮感效果;还可以提高制革生产的稳定性及效率,降低损耗,增加生产良率。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种全转弹力膜,包括如下重量份的原料:
所述油性PU树脂的固含量为20%。
所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇80重量份、多异氰酸酯30重量份、催化剂0.01重量份在70℃温度下反应2h,再加入多元醇扩链剂5重量份扩链反应2h,降温至30℃,加入三乙胺5重量份中和反应20min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。
所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比2:1:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为1000。
所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比4:2:1;所述催化剂是由N,N-二甲基环己胺、异辛酸铋和二月桂酸二丁基锡以重量比1:0.8:1.4组成的混合物。
所述多元醇扩链剂是由1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-甲基1,5-戊二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇以重量比1:0.8:1.4:2.4组成的混合物;所述有机溶剂为丁酮。
所述溶剂为丁酮。
所述助剂为消泡剂。所述消泡剂是由壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠和含硅聚醚以重量比1.5:0.8:1组成的混合物。
所述颜料为色粉。
一种全转弹力膜的制备方法,先将PU树脂用溶剂充份稀释,调整至合适粘度后加入颜料和助剂混合均匀,制得涂料;将涂料通过凹印印刷或涂布于一面涂覆有离型剂的基材上,烘干,制得全转弹力膜。
实施例2
一种全转弹力膜,包括如下重量份的原料:
所述油性PU树脂的固含量为30%。
所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇90重量份、多异氰酸酯35重量份、催化剂0.02重量份在75℃温度下反应1.8h,再加入多元醇扩链剂8重量份扩链反应2.5h,降温至35℃,加入三乙胺8重量份中和反应25min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。
所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比2.5:1.2:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为1500。
所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比5:2.5:1;所述催化剂是由N,N-二甲基环己胺、异辛酸铋和二月桂酸二丁基锡以重量比1:0.9:1.6组成的混合物。
所述多元醇扩链剂是由1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-甲基1,5-戊二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇以重量比1:0.9:1.6:2.6组成的混合物;所述有机溶剂为乙酸丁酯。
所述溶剂为乙酸丁酯。
所述助剂为流平剂。所述流平剂是由聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和烷基改性有机硅氧烷以重量比1:0.8:1.4组成的混合物。
所述颜料为色膏。
一种全转弹力膜的制备方法,先将PU树脂用溶剂充份稀释,调整至合适粘度后加入颜料和助剂混合均匀,制得涂料;将涂料通过凹印印刷或涂布于一面涂覆有离型剂的基材上,烘干,制得全转弹力膜。
实施例3
一种全转弹力膜,包括如下重量份的原料:

所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇100重量份、多异氰酸酯40重量份、催化剂0.03重量份在80℃温度下反应1.5h,再加入多元醇扩链剂10重量份扩链反应3h,降温至40℃,加入三乙胺10重量份中和反应30min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。
所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比3:1.5:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为2000。
所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比6:3:1;所述催化剂是由N,N-二甲基环己胺、异辛酸铋和二月桂酸二丁基锡以重量比1:1:1.8组成的混合物。
所述多元醇扩链剂是由1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-甲基1,5-戊二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇以重量比1:1:1.8:2.8组成的混合物;所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
所述助剂为分散剂。所述分散剂是由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐以重量比2:0.5:1组成的混合物。
所述颜料为色片。
一种全转弹力膜的制备方法,先将PU树脂用溶剂充份稀释,调整至合适粘度后加入颜料和助剂混合均匀,制得涂料;将涂料通过凹印印刷或涂布于一面涂覆有离型剂的基材上,烘干,制得全转弹力膜。

一种全转弹力膜,包括如下重量份的原料:

所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇110重量份、多异氰酸酯45重量份、催化剂0.04重量份在85℃温度下反应1.2h,再加入多元醇扩链剂12重量份扩链反应3.5h,降温至45℃,加入三乙胺12重量份中和反应35min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。
所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比3.5:1.8:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为2500。
所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比7:3.5:1;所述催化剂是由N,N-二甲基环己胺、异辛酸铋和二月桂酸二丁基锡以重量比1:1.1:2组成的混合物。
所述多元醇扩链剂是由1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-甲基1,5-戊二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇以重量比1:1.1:2:3组成的混合物;所述有机溶剂为DMF。
所述溶剂为DMF。
所述助剂是由消泡剂、流平剂和分散剂以重量比1:0.8:0.4组成的混合物。所述消泡剂是由壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠和含硅聚醚以重量比2:1:1组成的混合物;所述流平剂是由聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和烷基改性有机硅氧烷以重量比1:1:1.8组成的混合物;所述分散剂是由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐以重量比3:1:1组成的混合物。
所述颜料为色浆油墨。

所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇120重量份、多异氰酸酯50重量份、催化剂0.05重量份在90℃温度下反应1h,再加入多元醇扩链剂15重量份扩链反应4h,降温至50℃,加入三乙胺15重量份中和反应40min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。
所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比4:2:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为3000。
所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比8:4:1;所述催化剂是由N,N-二甲基环己胺、异辛酸铋和二月桂酸二丁基锡以重量比1:1.2:2.2组成的混合物。
所述多元醇扩链剂是由1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-甲基1,5-戊二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇以重量比1:1.2:2.2:3.2组成的混合物;所述有机溶剂为环已酮。
所述溶剂为环已酮。
所述助剂是由消泡剂、流平剂和分散剂以重量比1:1:0.6组成的混合物。所述消泡剂是由壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠和含硅聚醚以重量比2.5:1.2:1组成的混合物;所述流平剂是由聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和烷基改性有机硅氧烷以重量比1:1.2:2.2组成的混合物;所述分散剂是由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐以重量比4:1.5:1组成的混合物。
所述颜料为色粉。

Claims (10)
1.一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述油性PU树脂的固含量为20%-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述油性PU树脂的制备方法为:将多元醇80-120重量份、多异氰酸酯30-50重量份、催化剂0.01-0.05重量份在70-90℃温度下反应1-2h,再加入多元醇扩链剂5-15重量份扩链反应2-4h,降温至30-50℃,加入三乙胺5-15重量份中和反应20-40min;加入有机溶剂搅拌均匀,制得油性PU树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述多元醇是由聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇以重量比2-4:1-2:1组成的混合物,所述多元醇的数均分子量为1000-3000。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述多异氰酸酯是由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲基环己基二异氰酸酯以重量比4-8:2-4:1;所述催化剂是由N,N-二甲基环己胺、异辛酸铋和二月桂酸二丁基锡以重量比1:0.8-1.2:1.4-2.2组成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述多元醇扩链剂是由1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-甲基1,5-戊二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇以重量比1:0.8-1.2:1.4-2.2:2.4-3.2组成的混合物;所述有机溶剂为丁酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、DMF和环已酮中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述溶剂为丁酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、DMF和环已酮中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述助剂为消泡剂、流平剂和分散剂中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种全转弹力膜,其特征在于:所述颜料为色粉、色膏、色片和色浆油墨中的任意一种。
10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种全转弹力膜的制备方法,其特征在于:先将PU树脂用溶剂充份稀释,调整至合适粘度后加入颜料和助剂混合均匀,制得涂料;将涂料通过凹印印刷或涂布于一面涂覆有离型剂的基材上,烘干,制得全转弹力膜。
