具体实施方式
旋转式填充机器310的一个实施例示出于图1和2中并且包含保持液体或另外的可流动的材料的产品罐312以及用于沿流动路径317将可流动的材料进给至填充组件316的泵314。填充组件包含毂构件318以及毂插入件326,该毂插入件326的细节示出于图3A-3C以及4-5中。毂构件包含上部端部320、下部端部322以及从上部端部朝向下部端部延伸的内孔324。毂插入件326具有上部端部328以及下部端部330,并且毂插入件的至少一部分(例如,在这里下部部分)设置于内孔324内。毂构件318为可旋转的(例如,经由轴332以及联接件334)并且毂插入件326为固定的。当毂构件318旋转时,可流动的材料被泵送至毂插入件326的入口336并且被依序传递至毂构件的进给出口338,该进给出口继而通过流动路径339连接以将流量提供至相应的填充喷嘴340,所述填充喷嘴与填充喷嘴稳定板341一样也与毂构件318一同旋转。填充喷嘴340具有下部出口开口,以将可流动的材料传递至相应的容器(未示出)中。通常,容器在填充期间也通过容器运输系统与毂构件318同步地旋转。在某些情况下,容器运输系统包含容器支撑件/保持件,所述容器支撑件/保持件使容器在填充操作期间相对于喷嘴340的下部输出端部上升以及下降,以实现对容器的自底向上的填充。在其它情况下,填充喷嘴340的下部端部可简单地位于容器的、用于填充的顶部开口处,在这种情况下在实际填充期间不需要使容器上升以及下降。
图3A-3C以及4-5示出毂构件318和毂插入件326的具体实施例。毂插入件326包含一个材料入口336并且毂构件318包含六个进给出口338。其中,材料入口336以及所述进给出口部分地由斜座螺纹配件限定。应当认识到的是,入口以及出口的数量和大小可变化。
毂构件的内孔324限定内表面部分360,其具有多个(在这里六个)材料传输开口362,每一进给出口338对应一个材料传输开口。毂插入件326包含外部侧壁364,该外部侧壁限定包含多个(在这里两个)材料传输开口368的外表面部分366。材料入口336经由竖直地延伸的主流动通道379(其与两个侧向流动通道380连接)向两个材料传输开口368提供进给,其中每一侧向流动通道延伸至材料传输开口368中的相应的一个。显而易见地,材料传输开口368周向地变宽以形成传输凹穴,其具有大致竖直地定向的进入边缘367以及离开边缘369,其中每一材料传输开口/凹穴368在形状和大小方面彼此相同。材料传输开口362中的每一个具有与另一个材料传输开口362相同的形状和大小。

内孔324限定环形肩部372并且毂插入件326的上部部分包含增大的直径以限定安放于肩部372上的面向下的环形表面374。这种布置有助于限定毂插入件的相对于毂构件的适当的轴向位置。可设置上部轴承通道376以及下部轴承通道378,以便于毂构件的相对于毂插入件的相对旋转。
如在图5中看到的,开口368中的每一个的圆周范围由开口的进入边缘367和离开边缘369限定,并且圆周范围大于开口362中的每一个的圆周角范围。六个开口362周向地均匀地相间隔,以使得一个开口362至下一个开口的圆周中心之间的角度由(360°)/(开口362的个数)限定,其在这里为360°/6或者六十度。圆周角范围被设定为与开口362的中心-至-中心的圆周角间距相等,并且在开口368之间设置轻微的角偏置(例如,五度或更少,比如近似大致一至三度)。结果,外表面部分366的包含开口368的圆周长度或角范围(该范围限定所述组件的角填充区域或圆周填充区域范围)稍微地大于开口368的圆周范围的总和。
一个或多个上部环形密封构件382以及一个或多个下部环形密封构件384在毂构件材料传输开口362与毂插入件材料传输开口368之间的竖直对准区域上方和下方的相应的位置处位于内表面部分360与外表面部分366之间。在一个实施例中,密封构件382和384可被形成为弹簧密封件,其至少部分地安放于轴向孔324的壁的外接凹槽内。然而,可使用其它类型的环形密封件,并且外接凹槽可形成于毂插入件的壁的外表面上。
在操作中,当毂构件318旋转时,为了填充容器的目的,每一毂构件材料传输开口362依序运动经过两个毂插入件材料传输开口368。请注意,基于材料传输开口368的常见的形状和大小、材料传输开口362的常见的形状和大小以及每一材料传输开口368的圆周范围的、为了与材料传输开口362之间的圆周间距相匹配的大小设置,实现了材料流在所述系统中的均匀性和一致性。特别地,基于相应的材料传输开口362和368的尺寸、间距以及形状,每一材料传输开口/凹穴368始终与一个或多个材料传输开口362的相同的总流动面积对准,无论所述总流动面积是由单个材料传输开口362还是两个材料传输开口362的部分构成。在图5中可很好地看到该特征,其中对于以下讨论,假定毂构件318的逆时针方向的旋转。其中,在剖面左侧的材料传输开口368-1与材料传输开口362-1的前部分以及材料传输开口362-2的尾部分两者对准,其中材料传输开口362-1和362-2的、与凹穴368-1对准的部分的总流动面积与单个材料传输开口362的总流动面积相匹配。同样地,在剖面右侧的材料传输开口368-2与材料传输开口362-2的前部分以及材料传输开口362-3的尾部分对准,其中材料传输开口362-2和362-3的、与凹穴368-2对准的部分的总流动面积与单个传递开口362的总流动面积相匹配。因此,材料传输开口368以及材料传输开口362被共同地设定大小、设置以及形成为使得材料传输开口362的、与每一材料传输开口368对准的流动面积的大小总是为大致相同的。即,与毂插入件的每一材料传输开口对准的毂构件材料传输开口流动面积总是大致相同的,并且在这里,总是大致等于由毂构件的单个材料传输开口362的入口构造所限定的流动面积。在本构造中,每一定子凹穴从未同时遇到两个完整的转子开口。
在旋转式填充机器的上述实施例中,填充喷嘴340并不包含独立于泵314的操作以及每一材料传输开口362与材料传输开口368的对准或非对准的任何流量控制。该装置最经常被用于粘性更大的可流动的材料。然而,在其它实施例中,填充喷嘴可形成于填充头的下部端部处,所述填充头提供对填充喷嘴出口开口的打开或关闭状态的独立控制的能力,这对于粘性更小的材料为有用的。
就这一点而言,现在参考图6-10,其示出旋转式填充机器10的另一个实施例,其包含保持液体或其它可流动的材料的产品罐12以及用于将可流动的材料进给至填充组件16的泵14。填充装置包含毂构件18,该毂构件包含上部端部20、下部端部22以及从上部端部朝向下部端部延伸的内孔24。毂插入件26具有上部端部28以及下部端部30,并且毂插入件的至少部分(例如,在这里下部部分)设置于内孔24内。毂构件为可旋转的(例如,经由轴32和联接件34)并且毂插入件为固定的。当毂构件18旋转时,可流动的材料被泵送至毂插入件26的一个或多个入口36并且被传递至毂构件的进给出口38,该进给出口继而被连接成将流量提供至填充头40,填充头也与毂构件18一同旋转。填充头通过喷嘴部分48将可流动的材料传递至相应的容器42(例如,在这里为瓶)中。容器42在填充期间也通过容器运输系统44与毂构件18同步地旋转,所述容器运输系统44可包含容器支撑件/保持件46,其在填充操作期间使容器42相对于喷嘴48的下部输出端部上升和下降,以实现对容器42的自底向上的填充。其中,容器42-1示出在上升的支撑件46上的在填充的初始阶段处的容器,并且容器42-2示出在填充完成之后的容器并且容器42-2已经下降并且被传输至可带走输送机构50。喷嘴48可包含内部关闭机构52,一旦填充完成,所述内部关闭机构52就运动以密封喷嘴开口,以便避免液滴。
图7-10示出毂构件18以及毂插入件26的一个具体实施例。毂插入件26包含两个材料入口36并且毂构件18包含六个进给出口38。其中,材料入口以及进给出口都部分地由斜座螺纹配件(例如,在入口36的情况下,两个3英寸直径的配件,以及在出口38的情况下,六个2英寸直径的配件)限定。然而,应当认识到的是,入口和出口的数量和大小可变化。
毂构件的内孔24限定内表面部分60,其具有多个(在这里六个)材料传输开口62,每一进给出口38对应一个材料传输开口。毂插入件26包含外部侧壁64,其限定包含多个(在这里两个)材料传输开口68的外表面部分66。其中,每一材料入口36经由相应的流动通道80进给材料传输开口68中的相应的一个。然而,应当认识到的是,变形形式为可能的,比如连接至这样的初始通道的单个入口36:该初始通道分离以形成两个流动通道80。
内表面部分60以及外表面部分66处于轴向地布置的(例如,沿竖直轴线70)且配合的(例如,其中表面部分60和66极为接近,比如滑动接触)关系,以使得毂构件18的旋转如在毂构件材料传输开口62中的每一个与毂插入件材料传输开口68中的每一个之间引起进入以及脱离流体传输对准的相对顺序运动。其中,内表面部分60和外表面部分66都被构造成限定直圆柱体,但是变形形式为可能的。内孔24限定环形肩部72并且毂插入件26的上部部分包含增大的直径以限定安放于肩部72上的面向下的环形表面74。这种布置有助于限定毂插入件的相对于毂构件的适当的轴向位置。可设置上部和下部轴承装置76和78,以便于毂构件的相对于毂插入件的相对旋转。
开口68中的每一个的圆周范围以及总圆周范围与以上相对于图5所描述的相同。也设置一个或多个上部环形密封构件82以及一个或多个下部环形密封构件84。
毂插入件26还设置有从顶部至底部的直通通道90,其有助于将电线92进给通过插入件。电线92的设置目的可以是为了沿流动通道80中的每一个控制可变流量阀(未示出),以使得可按照期望控制材料的流量。所述电线还可用来控制填充头。而且,为了经由空气压力控制填充头的打开和关闭的目的,毂插入件可包含空气入口端口94,其向与毂构件的端口98轴向地对准的环形凹槽96提供进给。
在上述两个实施例的情况下,可设置控制器100(图2和6),用于保证填充机器的各个构件的同步的以及适当的操作。就这一点而言,当在本文中使用时,术语控制器意欲广泛地包含任何电路(例如,固态的,专用集成电路(ASIC)、电子电路、组合逻辑电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA))、一个或多个处理器(例如,共享的、专用的、或者团体的-包含执行代码的硬件和软件)、软件、固件和/或其它构件、或者以上中的某些或全部的组合,其执行填充机器的控制功能或者其任何构件的控制功能。
利用毂构件与毂插入件的本旋转式填充系统提供优于现有技术的板型装置的优点。特别地,需要更少的维修,改进密封,并且提高清洁性(包含在适当的位置中进行清洁而无需进行拆卸的能力)。
应当清楚地理解的是,以上描述仅仅为了示例说明以及举例,且并非为了限制,并且其它改变和修改为可能的。
例如,虽然以上实施例包含具有直圆柱体构造的内表面部分60、360以及外表面部分66、366,但是其它表面部分的构造为可能的,只要这样的表面部分容易地配合同时允许相对旋转。就这一点而言,图11示出这样的实施例,在该实施例中,毂构件118的内部配合表面部分160以及毂插入件126的外部配合表面部分166都为锥形,以提供截头圆锥形构造,其优选地具有倾斜角度α1,该倾斜角度偏离竖直中心以及旋转轴线170不超过25°,比如不超过20°,比如不超过15°。单个顶部入口136沿主通道180进给材料,主通道180分成用于进给毂插入件126的两个材料传输开口(未示出)的两个通道180-1和180-2。还示出环形密封构件182和184。
作为另一个示例,虽然以上实施例将毂构件考虑为所述组件的可旋转的部分,但是反过来也可能是正确的。就这一点而言,参考图12和13,其示出这样的组件,在该组件中,毂构件218为固定的并且使毂插入件226旋转(例如,经由轴232)。其中,毂构件包含将可流动的材料进给至两个相应的材料传输开口268的两个材料入口开口236,并且毂插入件226包含六个材料传输开口262,该六个材料传输开口262在毂插入件旋转期间运动以与材料传输开口268旋转对准并且运动脱离与开口268的旋转对准。每一材料传输开口262将材料进给至毂插入件的底部处的进给出口238中的相应的一个,其中每一进给出口238连接至对相应的填充头(未示出)提供进给的管/管道225。还示出环形密封构件282和284。
在其它实施例中,毂插入件可通过毂构件的底部端部运动进入以及离开毂构件,并且在这样的情况下毂插入件上的环形肩部可提供用于毂构件的部分的支承表面。
在这样的实施例以及实施方式中的每一个中,旋转式填充机器获取大量的可流动的产品并且仅仅通过旋转自动地将它分配成相等的部分;将它传递通过作为容积式填充机运行的毂构件以及毂插入件。与用于精确的填充公差的正排量填充机泵一致地驱动旋转式毂/插入件旋转台(亦即,使毂旋转速度与泵速同步,比如通过具有驱动毂和泵两者的伺服马达的电机控制器)。毂构件/毂插入件组合的固定部分中的材料传输开口中的每一个的长度应当完全地与毂构件/毂插入件组合的旋转部分的材料传输开口之间的中心-至-中心的间距相同。例如,在具有6个传输开口以及相对应的出口端口的旋转的毂构件的情况下,间距为360°/6=60°。在这样的情况下,固定的毂插入件中的所有的材料传输开口在圆周长度方面应当精确地为60°,在相邻的传输开口之间具有大致1°的分离腹板,为其中固定的毂插入件包含两个传输开口的组件形成121°的圆周填充区域范围。固定的毂插入件中的一个长的传输开口在它遇到多个旋转的毂开口的情况下无法在任何延长的时间段期间均匀地传输(分配),所以转子式毂构件的两个完整的材料传输开口不应当同时处于定子式毂插入件材料传输开口中,因为这样将引起不稳定的容器填充。
如上所述,材料传输开口的数量可变化。例如,在具有十二个材料传输开口以及相对应的出口端口的旋转的毂构件的情况下,间距为360°/12=30°。若固定的毂插入件包含六个材料传输开口,对于所述组件的185°的总圆周填充区域范围,每一材料传输开口的长度将为30°,在开口之间具有五个1°的腹板。这样的实施例形成长期填充,其等同于仅仅12个填充站的大填充能力。
其它变形和修改也为可能的。
Claims (20)
1.一种旋转式填充机器,包括:
毂构件,该毂构件包含第一端部、第二端部以及从所述第一端部朝向所述第二端部延伸的内孔,所述内孔限定具有多个材料传输开口的内表面部分;
具有第一端部以及第二端部的毂插入件,所述毂插入件的至少部分设置于所述内孔内,其中所述毂插入件的所述部分包含外部侧壁,该外部侧壁限定包含多个材料传输开口的外表面部分;
其中,所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者为可旋转的并且所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的另一者为固定的;
其中,所述内表面部分以及所述外表面部分处于轴向地对准的且配合的关系,以使得所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者的旋转在所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口中的每一个与所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口中的每一个之间引起进入流体传输对准以及脱离流体传输对准的相对顺序运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式填充机器,进一步包括:
多个填充喷嘴,其中所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者的每一材料传输开口将材料进给至所述填充喷嘴中的相应的一个,其中所述填充喷嘴与所述毂构件或毂插入件中的一者一同旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于:
(i)所述外表面部分具有直圆柱体构造并且所述内表面部分具有直圆柱体构造;
或者
所述外表面部分具有截头圆锥形构造并且所述内表面部分具有截头圆锥形构造。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口以及所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口被共同地设定大小、设置位置以及设置形状而使得在所述毂构件与所述毂插入件之间的相对旋转期间,与所述毂插入件的每一材料传输开口对准的毂构件的材料传输开口的流动面积总是大致相同的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述毂插入件为固定的并且所述毂构件为可旋转的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述毂构件的所述第一端部为上部端部并且所述内孔向下延伸,所述毂插入件安放于所述内孔内并且由所述毂构件上的肩部支撑。
7.根据权利要求6所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,轴承装置设置于所述肩部上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述毂插入件包含至少一个材料入口开口以及用于将可流动的材料从所述至少一个材料入口开口传递至所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口的一个或多个通道。
9.根据权利要求5所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于:
第一密封构件在所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口与所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口之间的对准区域上方的位置处位于所述内表面部分与所述外表面部分之间,以及
第二密封构件在所述对准区域下方的位置处位于所述内表面部分与所述外表面部分之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述第一密封构件至少部分地安置于所述内表面部分或所述外表面部分中的一者上的第一外接凹槽内,并且所述第二密封构件至少部分地安置于所述内表面部分或所述外表面部分中的一者上的第二外接凹槽内。
11.根据权利要求2所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述毂构件为固定的并且所述毂插入件为可旋转的,并且所述内孔限定有将所述毂构件支撑于所述毂插入件上的肩部。
12.根据权利要求11所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述毂构件包含至少一个材料入口开口以及用于将可流动的材料从所述至少一个材料入口开口传递至所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口的一个或多个通道。
13.根据权利要求12所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于:
第一密封构件在所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口与所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口之间的对准区域上方的位置处位于所述内表面部分与所述外表面部分之间,以及
第二密封构件在所述对准区域下方的位置处位于所述内表面部分与所述外表面部分之间。
14.根据权利要求2所述的旋转式填充机器,进一步包括:
容器运输系统,其使容器与所述填充喷嘴同步地运动。
15.根据权利要求14所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述容器运输系统包含多个容器支撑件,所述容器支撑件使所述容器在填充操作期间相对于所述填充喷嘴上升以及下降,以实现对所述容器的自底向上的填充。
16.一种旋转式填充机器,包括:
包含内孔的毂构件,所述内孔限定具有多个材料传输开口的内表面部分;
毂插入件,该毂插入件包含设置于所述内孔内的部分,其中所述毂插入件的设置于所述内孔内的所述部分包含外表面部分,该外表面部分包含多个材料传输开口;
其中,所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者为可旋转的并且所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的另一者为固定的;
其中,所述内表面部分以及所述外表面部分处于轴向地对准的且配合的关系,以在所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者的旋转期间使所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口进入与所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口的流动连通以及脱离与所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口的流动连通。
17.根据权利要求16所述的旋转式填充机器,进一步包括:
多个填充喷嘴,其中所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者的每一材料传输开口将材料进给至所述填充喷嘴中的相应的一个,并且所述填充喷嘴与所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者一同旋转。
18.根据权利要求16所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述外表面部分具有直圆柱体构造并且所述内表面部分具有直圆柱体构造。
19.一种旋转式填充机器,包括:
毂构件,该毂构件包含第一端部、第二端部以及从所述第一端部朝向所述第二端部延伸的内孔,所述内孔限定具有多个材料传输开口的内表面部分;
具有第一端部以及第二端部的毂插入件,所述毂插入件的至少部分设置于所述内孔内,其中所述毂插入件的所述部分包含外部侧壁,该外部侧壁限定包含多个材料传输开口的外表面部分;
其中,所述毂构件为可旋转的并且所述毂插入件为固定的;
其中,所述内表面部分以及所述外表面部分处于轴向地对准的且配合的关系,以使得所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者的旋转在所述毂构件的所述材料传输开口中的每一个与所述毂插入件的所述材料传输开口中的每一个之间引起进入流体传输对准以及脱离流体传输对准的相对顺序运动;
多个填充头,其中所述毂构件或所述毂插入件中的一者的每一材料传输开口将材料进给至所述填充头中的相应的一个,所述填充头与所述毂构件或毂插入件中的一者一同旋转。
20.根据权利要求19所述的旋转式填充机器,其特征在于,所述外表面部分具有直圆柱体构造并且所述内表面部分具有直圆柱体构造。
