Abstract
本发明提供了一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法,一是使用了糙米、燕麦、黑糯米等杂粮作为主要成分,提高了粥点主食所含的营养;二是加入了鲜葵菜和红豆、黑豆、莲子等成分,提升了粥点的润肠的功效,三是采用微波二次加工技术,制作的速食粥成品复水效果好。食用可达到充饥和通肠道的双重效果,尤其是该粥的通肠道养生作用,原材料价格低廉且性价比高,直接食用,效果比茶点更佳。速食粥具有便携作用,让使用者随时随地体验养生之道。

本发明涉及食品领域,特别地,涉及一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法。
背景技术
粥,是起源于中国传统的人们喜欢又能保留营养的一种吃法,熬好粥,其营养价值可以与参汤媲美。吃粥有益于身体,是修养病患的必备食物,食用粥点可以充饥填肚,滋补羸弱之躯,延年益寿。而在这种促进消化和吸收的绝佳食用方法中,我们思考,是否可以将我们每日必食的、喜爱粥点成分加以改善,将他变成一种可以具有特定养生滋补保养功能的养生食品。再而,将养生粥装入小袋中,内成分已用精准的比例调整好,可将其养生作用发挥到最大。速食粥点,十分便携,让人随时随地可以享用美味、预防疾病、滋补养生。故有必要继续对速食粥的成分和制作方法做出进一步的研究。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法,以解决配方和技术问题。
一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、 主料前处理:取糙米、燕麦、黑糯米、红豆、黑豆、莲子淘洗净,进行初级粉碎,粒径控制在1mm以下;
b、 佐料前处理:取鲜葵菜洗净后剁碎晒干,粒径控制在1mm以下;
c、 将混合粉末加入双螺杆挤压机,设定双螺杆挤压机腔体的工作温度、挤压螺杆转速、切割机的转速,将物料在双螺杆挤压机出口的模板处挤压成形;再经过干燥冷却,得到杂粮粒;
d、 二次处理:将预干燥后的杂粮粒进行微波高温处理,设定微波温度在 180-200℃之间,频率为5-8GHz,处理时间在10-15秒;
e、 冷却:把烘烤出来的杂粮粒冷却到常温并加入适量晒干的鲜葵菜碎末混合。
优选的,所述步骤c中,切割机的转速为4500-5000rpm。
优选的,所述步骤a中,糙米、燕麦、黑糯米、红豆、黑豆、莲子的质量均为15-20g。
优选的,所述步骤b中,鲜葵菜碎末质量为50-80g。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
一是运用了各种杂粮作为主料,提高了粥点主料所含的营养价值;二是利用了鲜葵菜这种细腻的蔬菜,使粥点本身增加了润肠的功效,且提升了粥点的整体口感;三是采用了先进的加工技术,将速食粥的成分细化,以便更好地溶解在热水中快速溶解,制成的速食粥成品复水效果佳。在热水冲泡下3-5min内复水即可食用,且外观光滑、无杂质、有光泽,外形与米粒相似,冲泡后口感松软、糯滑、可口近似小火慢熬粥。

以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、 主料前处理:取糙米、燕麦、黑糯米、红豆、黑豆、莲子淘洗净,进行初级粉碎,粒径控制在1mm以下;
b、 佐料前处理:取鲜葵菜洗净后剁碎晒干,粒径控制在1mm以下;
c、 将混合粉末加入双螺杆挤压机,设定双螺杆挤压机腔体的工作温度、挤压螺杆转速、切割机的转速,将物料在双螺杆挤压机出口的模板处挤压成形;再经过干燥冷却,得到杂粮粒;
d、 二次处理:将预干燥后的杂粮粒进行微波高温处理,设定微波温度在 180℃,频率为5GHz,处理时间在10秒;
e、 冷却:把烘烤出来的杂粮粒冷却到常温并加入适量晒干的鲜葵菜碎末混合。

实施例3
一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、 主料前处理:取糙米、燕麦、黑糯米、红豆、黑豆、莲子淘洗净,进行初级粉碎,粒径控制在1mm以下;
b、 佐料前处理:取鲜葵菜洗净后剁碎晒干,粒径控制在1mm以下;
c、 将混合粉末加入双螺杆挤压机,设定双螺杆挤压机腔体的工作温度、挤压螺杆转速、切割机的转速,将物料在双螺杆挤压机出口的模板处挤压成形;再经过干燥冷却,得到杂粮粒;
d、 二次处理:将预干燥后的杂粮粒进行微波高温处理,设定微波温度在 200℃,频率为7.5GHz,处理时间在12秒;
e、 冷却:把烘烤出来的杂粮粒冷却到常温并加入适量晒干的鲜葵菜碎末混合。
优选的,所述步骤c中,切割机的转速为4850rpm。
优选的,所述步骤a中,糙米、燕麦、黑糯米、红豆、黑豆、莲子的质量均为20g。
优选的,所述步骤b中,鲜葵菜碎末质量为80g。

佐料前处理:取鲜葵菜洗净后剁碎晒干,粒径控制在1mm以下;
将混合粉末加入双螺杆挤压机,设定双螺杆挤压机腔体的工作温度、挤压螺杆转速、切割机的转速,将物料在双螺杆挤压机出口的模板处挤压成形;再经过干燥冷却,得到杂粮粒;
二次处理:将预干燥后的杂粮粒进行微波高温处理,设定微波温度在 180-200℃之间,频率为5-8GHz,处理时间在10-15秒;
冷却:把烘烤出来的杂粮粒冷却到常温并加入适量晒干的鲜葵菜碎末混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通肠道养生速食粥及其制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中,切割机的转速为4500-5000rpm。
