Abstract
本发明提供了一种复合皮革材料,包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS10‑30份、POE10‑60份、四溴双酚A10‑30份、三氧化钼1‑10份、加工助剂1‑6份、填充剂10‑40份、抗氧化剂0.1‑0.5份、发泡剂1‑2份。采用本发明的原料制备复合皮革能减少工序,使操作过程和工艺更为简单、能耗相对减小,便于工业化生产。同时采取适当的复配技术可使材料各组分间形成互穿聚合物网络结构,在原材料简单组合的基础上进一步提高材料的柔韧性和抗撕裂能力,同时可以完全循环再利用,减少损耗,提高材料利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮革材料的加工制作领域,具体涉及一种复合皮革材料。
背景技术
当前市场的皮革材料大多仅由皮革一种材料制成,效果比较单一,随着科技和经济的发展,人们提出了更多的需求。目前市面上用来做合成皮革的主要材质有,聚氯乙烯PVC,聚氨酯PU。PVC是最早被广泛使用的人造革,由于其优异的柔韧性,成型加工性能,同时价格低廉,PVC人造革被广泛运用在鞋类,家具行业,汽车行业。但是随着人们对增塑剂危害的认识越来越深,PVC人造革对环境的影响越来越明显,PVC人造革的市场已经严重萎缩,特别是2010年之后欧盟以及美国等国家进一步提高了对材料的的环保要求,彻底封锁了PVC材料进入欧洲和美国市场的渠道。而另一种已经广泛使用的合成革材料PU革在近几年得到了飞速的发展。PU革透气性,柔韧性,表面质感均优于PVC革,而且PU革高耐磨耐刮,色彩鲜艳,这些性能使得PU革在一些中高端产品中得到极大的推崇。但是PU革的价格高,一般的产品无法承受,并且由于PU革材料本身的DMF检测很难达到欧盟的标准,故PU革的发展也面临新的挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种复合皮革材料,能减少了工序,使操作过程和工艺更为简单、能耗相对减小,便于工业化生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种复合皮革材料,包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 10-30份、POE10-60份、四溴双酚A10-30份、三氧化钼1-10份、加工助剂1-6份、填充剂10-40份、抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份、发泡剂1-2份。
优选地,所述复合皮革材料,包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 20份、POE 40份、四溴双酚A 20份、三氧化钼5份、加工助剂3份、填充剂25份、抗氧化剂0.2份、发泡剂1.5份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明复合皮革材料,相比较于现有产品,减少了工序,操作过程和工艺更为简单、能耗相对减小,便于工业化生产,相比于聚氨酯等,产品的质量更加稳定以及更加环保;同时采取适当的复配技术可使材料各组分间形成互穿聚合物网络结构,在原材料简单组合的基础上进一步提高材料的柔韧性和抗撕裂能力,同时可以完全循环再利用,减少损耗,提高材料利用率。

实施例1
本实施的复合皮革材料包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 10份、POE10份、四溴双酚A10份、三氧化钼1份、加工助剂1份、填充剂10份、抗氧化剂0.1份、发泡剂1份。
实施例2
本实施的复合皮革材料包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 30份、POE60份、四溴双酚A30份、三氧化钼10份、加工助剂6份、填充剂40份、抗氧化剂0.5份、发泡剂2份。
实施例3
本实施的复合皮革材料包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 20份、POE40份、四溴双酚A 20份、三氧化钼5份、加工助剂3份、填充剂25份、抗氧化剂0.2份、发泡剂1.5份。
对比例1
对比例1的复合皮革材料包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 20份、四溴双酚A20份、加工助剂3份、填充剂25份、抗氧化剂0.2份、发泡剂1.5份。
对比例2
对比例2的复合皮革材料包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 20份、POE 40份、三氧化钼5份、加工助剂3份、填充剂25份、抗氧化剂0.2份、发泡剂1.5份。
将实施例1-3和对比例1-2各配方制得的复合皮革进行皮革专用性能检测,结果见表1。
由上表可知,本发明的实施例1-3的各项性能指标均比对比例1、2的要好,且实施例3是本发明的最佳实施例。而对比例1、2由于缺少本发明的原料,在以上性能方面的效果均比实施例1-3差,说明本发明的皮革材料的配方并不是通过各原料的简单组合得到,进一步说明了本发明配方各组份之间存在协同作用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种复合皮革材料,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 10-30份、POE10-60份、四溴双酚A10-30份、三氧化钼1-10份、加工助剂1-6份、填充剂10-40份、抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份、发泡剂1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合皮革材料,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:基体树脂SEBS 20份、POE 40份、四溴双酚A 20份、三氧化钼5份、加工助剂3份、填充剂25份、抗氧化剂0.2份、发泡剂1.5份。
