Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by the specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment provides a turning device, which can be used for turning a mask plate with a large weight 400 shown in fig. 1, but is not limited to a turning device, and can also be applied to other plate-shaped members with a large weight, such as a photomask, so as to facilitate processing of the plate-shaped members with a large weight.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, the turning device provided in this embodiment includes a base 10, a fixing portion 20 and a power device 30, where the fixing portion 20 is used to fix a board 400 to be turned, the power device 30 is disposed on the base 10 and is connected to the fixing portion 20 in a driving manner, and the power device 30 can drive the fixing portion 20, specifically, the power device can drive the fixing portion 20 to rotate, so that the board 400 to be turned rotates, so as to adjust an angle of the board 400 to be turned, and perform a corresponding processing procedure. Since the plate-like members are generally stored or processed in a vertical state or a horizontal state, it is preferable that the power unit 30 is capable of turning the plate 400 between the horizontal state and the vertical state at least by the fixing 20.
The power plant 30 is preferably, but not limited to, an electric motor, but may be other power plants. The motor is preferably, but not limited to, a reversible motor. The number of the power units 30 is preferably, but not limited to, two, and the two power units 30 are symmetrically disposed at the left and right sides of the fixing portion 20 so that the stress of the fixing portion 20 is more uniform.
The structure of the fixing portion 20 is not particularly limited, and it is sufficient to fix the board 400 to be turned. In this embodiment, the fixing portion 20 includes a frame 21, and the outer contour of the frame 21 is preferably but not limited to be substantially rectangular, and the frame 21 may be but not limited to be provided with a hollow to reduce the overall weight. The opposite ends of the frame 21 are provided with limit slides 22, and particularly as shown in fig. 2, both upper and lower ends of the frame are provided with limit slides 22, and both limit slides 22 are capable of limiting the upper and lower ends of the to-be-turned plate 400 and enabling the to-be-turned plate 400 to slide left and right along both limit slides 22 so as to move the to-be-turned plate 400 into or out of the fixing portion 20. It can be appreciated that the spacing between the two limit slides 22 is preferably approximately the same as the height of the panel 400 to be turned, so as to avoid the panel 400 to be turned from shaking. In this embodiment, each of the limiting slides may be a continuous slide, or may include a plurality of slide units disposed at intervals, and may limit the upper end or the lower end of the to-be-turned plate 400. It should be noted that terms indicating orientations such as "up", "down", "left", "right" and the like herein are in a vertical state with respect to the frame 21 and the board 400 to be turned. For example, the upper and lower ends of the board to be turned 400 refer to the upper and lower ends thereof when the board to be turned 400 is in the vertical state.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the limit slide 22 includes a side plate 221 disposed opposite to the frame 21 and an end plate 222 connected between the side plate 221 and the frame 21, i.e., the limit rail is substantially L-shaped, and one of them is inverted L-shaped. A passage for sliding the upper or lower end of the plate 400 to be turned is formed among the frame 21, the end plate 222, and the side plate 221. The operator can push the plate 400 to be turned along the spacing rail along the gap between the two side plates 221.
In order to be suitable for overturning mask plates with various sizes, at least one limiting slide rail 22 is telescopically arranged on the frame 21. Since the lower limit slide 22 is generally flush with the bottom of the last station where the mask is located, it is preferable that at least the upper limit slide 22 be telescopically disposed on the frame 21.
The manner of the limiting slide ways 22 stretching and retracting relative to the frame 21 is not limited, and the spacing between the two limiting slide ways 22 can be suitable for the plates 400 to be turned in different sizes. For example, the end plate 222 is connected to the frame 21 by a connecting member, one of the connecting member and the frame 21 is provided with a third through hole, and the other is provided with a plurality of fourth through holes in the up-down direction, and the connecting member can pass through the third through hole and one of the fourth through holes to connect the connecting member and the frame 21. The density of the fourth through holes may be set according to the accuracy of the adjustment. It should be understood that the limiting slide 22 may be fixedly disposed on the frame 21 if the size of the board 400 to be turned is suitable.
As shown in connection with fig. 6, in order to facilitate sliding of the panel 400 to be turned, a fluent strip 24 is provided on at least one of the frame 21, the end plate 222 and the side plate 221, the fluent strip 24 being adapted to slidingly engage with the turning panel 400 during pushing of the turning panel 400.
In order to prevent the board 400 to be turned from shaking left and right during the turning process, both sides of the frame 21 are provided with clamping members 23, and the clamping members 23 are used for clamping or releasing the sides of the board 400 to be turned. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the clamping member 23 includes a connecting portion 231 and a clamping portion 232, the connecting portion 231 is used for connecting with the frame 21, and the clamping portion 232 is rotatably connected with the connecting portion 231. In one embodiment, the clamping portion 232 is rotationally connected to the connecting portion 231 by using the side edge of the fixing portion 20 where the clamping portion 232 is located as a rotation axis, and a torsion spring is disposed between the clamping portion 232 and the fixing portion 20 and provides an elastic force for the clamping member 23 in a clamping state; alternatively, in another embodiment, the clamping portion 232 may be rotatably connected to the connecting portion 231 by using a perpendicular line on the side of the fixing portion 20 as a rotation axis (not shown). In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the portion of the clamping member 23 for contacting the board 400 to be turned is provided with an elastic buffer member 233.
In order to be able to adapt to different sizes of panels 400 to be inverted, at least one clamping element 23 is telescopically arranged on the frame 21. In other embodiments, the holding member 23 may be provided only on the left or right side of the frame 21, and the other holding member 23 may be provided with a positioning member capable of restricting the left-right movement of the roll-over plate, and the holding member 23 and the positioning member may be capable of holding the roll-over plate on both sides of the roll-over plate.
The telescopic manner of the clamping member 23 is not limited, and the distance between the clamping member 23 and the other clamping member 23 or the positioning member can be adjusted to be suitable for plates to be turned in different sizes. In this embodiment, one of the clamping member 23 and the frame 21 is provided with a first through hole, and the other is provided with a plurality of second through holes along the left-right direction, and the connecting member can pass through the first through hole and any one of the second through holes to connect the clamping member 23 and the frame 21. The density of the second through holes may be set according to the accuracy of the adjustment. It is understandably that the first through hole or the second through hole is provided on the connection portion 231 of the clip 23.
In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 20 may be provided to be extendable and retractable on the base 10, so that the present embodiment can be applied to various applications.
In this embodiment, a wheel with a brake may be disposed at the bottom of the base 10, so that the turning device may be used in cooperation with other devices.
The following briefly describes a method for using the turning device provided in this embodiment:
The fixing part 20 of the turning device is turned to a vertical state, the fixing part 20 corresponds to the plate 400 to be turned vertically stored in the storage device, and the clamping pieces 23 on both sides are opened. The plate 400 to be turned in the storage device is manually pulled out until the plate 400 to be turned is pulled into the limit slideway 22 of the fixed part 20, and the clamping pieces 23 on two sides are locked after the plate 400 to be turned slides in place along the fluent strip 24. The power device 30 drives the fixing portion 20 and the board 400 to be turned fixed on the fixing portion 20 to be turned to a horizontal state.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with the specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention and should not be taken in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Other embodiments of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of this specification without undue burden.
