本发明涉及抛光领域,具体涉及一种荒管抛光机。
背景技术
荒管是钢材料中对毛胚管的一种专业名称，荒管在生产出后，其表面比较粗糙，就需要进一步用到抛光机上面进行精加工，使其管面有光泽，普通的抛光机因为钢材的长度具有局限性，往往都是用可移动式的抛光机进行局部抛光，这样使得抛光步骤变的很繁琐，也不能流水作业，非常麻烦。
发明内容：
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供一种具有结构简单，安装方便，处理方法效果好，易控制，运行成本低的一种荒管抛光机；为了实现上述目地，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种荒管抛光机，它包括机体，所述机体的底部设有机架支撑腿，所述支撑腿的上部设有机架台，所述机架台呈长条形，所述长条形机架台上设有左右两排均匀对称排布的固定滚轮，所述两侧固定滚轮呈八字形排列，所述两侧固定滚轮之间设有一条钢管槽，所述钢管槽位于机架台中间的上部离滚轮5CM处设有至少一台用于打磨用的抛光机。
作为优选：所述抛光机固定于机架台上，所述抛光机上设有带盖罩的抛光盘，所述抛光盘置于转轴上并用螺丝进行固定，所述转轴另一端设有皮带轮，所述皮带轮用电机控制转动，所述抛光机上还设有升降装置。
作为优选：所述至少有一排滚轮内设有滚轴，所述滚轴与滚轮之间用螺丝固定，所述滚轴上设有至少一根操作杆，所述操作杆上设有一转动盘。
作为优选：所述机架支撑腿上设有万向轮，所述万向轮上设有固定轮装置。
本发明是对现有技术的改进，它具有结构简单，安装方便，处理方法效果好，易控制，运行成本低等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍：图1-2所示，本发明所述作为优选：一种荒管抛光机，它包括机体1，其特征在于所述机体1的底部设有机架支撑腿2，所述支撑腿2的上部设有机架台3，所述机架台3呈长条形，所述长条形机架台3上设有左右两排均匀对称排布的固定滚轮4，所述两侧固定滚轮4呈八字形排列，所述两侧固定滚轮4之间设有一条钢管槽5，所述钢管槽5位于机架台3中间的上部离滚轮5CM处设有至少一台用于打磨用的抛光机6，所述抛光机6固定于机架台3上，所述抛光机6上设有带盖罩7的抛光盘8，所述抛光盘8置于转轴9上并用螺丝进行固定，所述转轴9另一端设有皮带轮10，所述皮带轮10用电机11控制转动，所述抛光机6上还设有升降装置12。
如图所示：至少有一排滚轮4内设有滚轴13，所述滚轴13与滚轮4之间用螺丝固定，所述滚轴13上设有至少一根操作杆14，所述操作杆14上设有一转动盘15，所述机架支撑腿2上设有万向轮16，所述万向轮16上设有固定轮装置17。

1.一种荒管抛光机，它包括机体，其特征在于所述机体的底部设有机架支撑腿，所述支撑腿的上部设有机架台，所述机架台呈长条形，所述长条形机架台上设有左右两排均匀对称排布的固定滚轮，所述两侧固定滚轮呈八字形排列，所述两侧固定滚轮之间设有一条钢管槽，所述钢管槽位于机架台中间的上部离滚轮5CM处设有至少一台用于打磨用的抛光机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荒管抛光机，其特征在于所述抛光机固定于机架台上，所述抛光机上设有带盖罩的抛光盘，所述抛光盘置于转轴上并用螺丝进行固定，所述转轴另一端设有皮带轮，所述皮带轮用电机控制转动，所述抛光机上还设有升降装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的荒管抛光机，其特征在于所述至少有一排滚轮内设有滚轴，所述滚轴与滚轮之间用螺丝固定，所述滚轴上设有至少一根操作杆，所述操作杆上设有一转动盘。
