本发明公开了一种利用陶瓷废料制作陶瓷坯体的方法,它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:陶瓷废料7‑10份、透辉石3‑7份、高温砂18‑22份、塘泥3‑6份、膨润土5‑10份、生铝矾土2‑5份、钾砂10‑15份、湖泥10‑15份、环保泥10‑14份、镁质泥1‑3份、石灰石9‑12份。本发明利用陶瓷生产中产生的抛光废泥、废渣、废粉、及废坯作为主要原料来生产陶瓷坯体,不仅解决了工业企业废弃物的处理问题,保护了环境,而且节约了生产成本,具有良好的经济效益。

本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,特别是涉及了一种利用陶瓷废料制作陶瓷坯体的方法。
背景技术
陶瓷的发展史是中华文明史的一个重要的组成部分,中国作为四大文明古国之一,为人类社会的进步和发展做出了卓越的贡献,其中陶瓷的发明和发展更具有独特的意义,中国历史上各朝各代有着不同艺术风格和不同技术特点。英文中的“china”既有中国的意思,又有陶瓷的意思,清楚地表明了中国就是“陶瓷的故乡”。早在欧洲人掌握瓷器制造技术一千多年前,汉族就已经制造出很精美的陶瓷。中国是世界上最早应用陶器的国家之一,而中国瓷器因其极高的实用性和艺术性而备受世人的推崇。
陶瓷产品通常包括功能陶瓷涂层和陶瓷坯体,其中陶瓷坯体是该陶瓷产品的基体结构,它直接影响到后续的成型、干燥及烧成等工序,陶瓷坯体的机械性能如膨胀系数、韧性、强度及耐高温性等都会对最终得到的陶瓷产品的性质产生重要影响。
随着技术的发展,陶瓷越来越多地应用到建筑行业,陶瓷产品广泛地应 用于公共设施,建筑行业及家庭中。陶瓷产品在生产过程中难免会产生各种废料, 如废泥、废渣、废粉、或废坯等,废泥由于含有较多的杂质和色料,很难在高档抛光砖中使用,通常的做法是填埋;废坯是在压砖、干燥、印花等生产 过程中产生的烂坯,或者缺花等不合格生坯,由于含有较多的杂质和色料,很难在高档抛光砖中使用,通常的做法是填埋;废粉通常是贱卖;废渣是砖体在烧成之后需要进行磨边倒角等加工工序中产生的固体废物,由于含有的有害物 质太多,无法回收,通常的做法是填埋。
如果将上述这些废料再次利用,不仅可以降低成本,更是保护自然资源。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种利用陶瓷废料制作陶瓷坯体的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种利用陶瓷废料制作陶瓷坯体的方法,它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:陶瓷废料7-10份、透辉石3-7份、高温砂18-22份、塘泥3-6份、膨润土5-10份、生铝矾土2-5份、钾砂10-15份、湖泥10-15份、环保泥10-14份、镁质泥1-3份、石灰石9-12份。
进一步地,它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:陶瓷废料9份、透辉石5份、高温砂21份、塘泥5份、膨润土8份、生铝矾土3份、钾砂12份、湖泥13份、环保泥12份、镁质泥2份、石灰石10份。
进一步地,所述陶瓷废料包括陶瓷生产中产生的抛光废泥、废渣、废粉、及废坯,其中抛光废泥、废渣、废粉、及废坯的质量比为2:2:2:3。
进一步地,所述高温砂为北乡高温砂。
进一步地,所述塘泥为安塘泥。
进一步地,所述湖泥为云湖泥。
进一步地,所述膨润土为宜丰膨润土。
进一步地,所述钾砂为枫林钾砂和醴陵钾砂的混合物,且枫林钾砂和醴陵钾砂的质量比为5:7。
进一步地,所述陶瓷坯体的制备方法为:按原料重量配比将各组分混合得混合料,球磨至细度为11-13微米的料浆,后经喷雾干燥和陈腐后干压成型,再经烧制而成。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明利用陶瓷生产中产生的抛光废泥、废渣、废粉、及废坯作为主要原料来生产陶瓷坯体,不仅解决了工业企业废弃物的处理问题,保护了环境,而且节约了生产成本,具有良好的经济效益。
陶瓷废料在烧制过程中存在变形的技术问题,传统以陶瓷废料作为主要原料的陶瓷坯体的韧性较差,本发明创造性地将透辉石、高温砂、塘泥、膨润土、生铝矾土、钾砂、湖泥、环保泥、镁质泥、石灰石与陶瓷废料组合,各原料之间协同配合,解决了陶瓷废料在烧成中的变形的技术难题,所得的陶瓷坯体具有较好的韧性,抗摔不易破。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种利用陶瓷废料制作陶瓷坯体的方法,它由下述重量份的原料制成:陶瓷废料9份、透辉石5份、高温砂21份、塘泥5份、膨润土8份、生铝矾土3份、钾砂12份、湖泥13份、环保泥12份、镁质泥2份、石灰石10份;其中,所述陶瓷废料包括陶瓷生产中产生的抛光废泥、废渣、废粉、及废坯,其中抛光废泥、废渣、废粉、及废坯的质量比为2:2:2:3;所述高温砂为北乡高温砂;所述塘泥为安塘泥;所述湖泥为云湖泥;所述膨润土为宜丰膨润土;所述钾砂为枫林钾砂和醴陵钾砂的混合物,且枫林钾砂和醴陵钾砂的质量比为5:7。
