本发明的目的是提供一种可调节的年糕的切割装置，包括有从左往右运输的运输台，运输台上方有顶板，顶板底部中间有升降板，升降板底部左右两端连接有连接柱，两个连接柱中间底部设置有滑行板，滑行板顶部左侧设置有滑行块，滑行块底部连接有切刀，切刀穿过滑行板位于滑行板下方；滑行板顶部右端设置有调整气缸，滑行块连接在调整气缸左侧；升降板顶部连接有纵向气缸，升降板连接在纵向气缸底部。年糕在运输台上运输到右端，上推气缸将挡板上推，挡住年糕右端，之后通过调整气缸调整好切刀的位置，纵向气缸启动，切刀下移对年糕切断，切断后，上推气缸回程，挡板下移，切断的年糕通过导向板导向运输到收料箱内，可以高效快速的切断。

本发明涉及年糕生产制造领域，尤其涉及一种可调节的年糕的切割装置。
背景技术
年糕是人们日常生活中喜欢的传统食品，年糕是通过一种用黏性大的糯米或米粉蒸成的糕。年糕是通过挤出成长条形，在其生产过程需要对其切断成一条一条的，由于不同的年糕要求长度不同，因此需要切割年糕的装置可以调节切割的长度。因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种可调节的年糕的切割装置，年糕在运输台上运输到右端，上推气缸将挡板上推，挡住年糕右端，之后通过调整气缸调整好切刀的位置，纵向气缸启动，切刀下移对年糕切断，切断后，上推气缸回程，挡板下移，切断的年糕通过导向板导向运输到收料箱内，操作方便，可以高效快速的对年糕进行切断，解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种可调节的年糕的切割装置，包括有从左往右运输的运输台，所述运输台上方设置有顶板，顶板底部中间设置有升降板，升降板底部左右两端连接有连接柱，两个连接柱中间底部设置有滑行板，滑行板顶部左侧设置有滑行块，滑行块底部连接有切刀，切刀穿过滑行板位于滑行板下方；滑行板顶部右端设置有调整气缸，滑行块连接在调整气缸左侧；升降板顶部连接有纵向气缸，升降板连接在纵向气缸底部。
进一步改进在于：所述运输台右端与滑行板右端在一条垂直的平面上。
进一步改进在于：所述运输台右侧设置有上推气缸，上推气缸顶部设置有挡板，挡板紧贴在运输台右部，挡板上推至运输台上方对年糕进行挡住。
进一步改进在于：所述上推气缸右下方设置滑轨，滑轨上设置有收料箱，收料箱左侧顶部与挡板右侧顶部之间活动连接有导料板。
进一步改进在于：所述收料箱内顶部有左右设置有计数感应器。

如图1所示，本实施例提供一种可调节的年糕的切割装置，包括有从左往右运输的运输台1，所述运输台1上方设置有顶板2，顶板2底部中间设置有升降板3，升降板3底部左右两端连接有连接柱4，两个连接柱4中间底部设置有滑行板5，滑行板5顶部左侧设置有滑行块6，滑行块6底部连接有切刀7，切刀7穿过滑行板5位于滑行板5下方；滑行板5顶部右端设置有调整气缸8，滑行块6连接在调整气缸8左侧；升降板3顶部连接有纵向气缸9，升降板3连接在纵向气缸9底部。所述运输台1右端与滑行板5右端在一条垂直的平面上。所述运输台1右侧设置有上推气缸10，上推气缸10顶部设置有挡板11，挡板11紧贴在运输台1右部，挡板11上推至运输台1上方对年糕进行挡住。所述上推气缸10右下方设置滑轨12，滑轨12上设置有收料箱13，收料箱13左侧顶部与挡板11右侧顶部之间活动连接有导料板14。所述收料箱13内顶部有左右设置有计数感应器15。
年糕在运输台1上运输到右端，上推气缸10将挡板11上推，挡住年糕右端，之后通过调整气缸8调整好切刀7的位置，纵向气缸9启动，切刀7下移对年糕切断，切断后，上推气缸10回程，挡板11下移，切断的年糕通过导向板14导向运输到收料箱13内，操作方便，可以高效快速的对年糕进行切断，适用于生产中。

1.一种可调节的年糕的切割装置，包括有从左往右运输的运输台（1），其特征在于：所述运输台（1）上方设置有顶板（2），顶板（2）底部中间设置有升降板（3），升降板（3）底部左右两端连接有连接柱（4），两个连接柱（4）中间底部设置有滑行板（5），滑行板（5）顶部左侧设置有滑行块（6），滑行块（6）底部连接有切刀（7），切刀（7）穿过滑行板（5）位于滑行板（5）下方；滑行板（5）顶部右端设置有调整气缸（8），滑行块（6）连接在调整气缸（8）左侧；升降板（3）顶部连接有纵向气缸（9），升降板（3）连接在纵向气缸（9）底部。
2.如权利要求1所述可调节的年糕的切割装置，其特征在于：所述运输台（1）右端与滑行板（5）右端在一条垂直的平面上。
3.如权利要求2所述可调节的年糕的切割装置，其特征在于：所述运输台（1）右侧设置有上推气缸（10），上推气缸（10）顶部设置有挡板（11），挡板（11）紧贴在运输台（1）右部，挡板（11）上推至运输台（1）上方对年糕进行挡住。
4.如权利要求3所述可调节的年糕的切割装置，其特征在于：所述上推气缸（10）右下方设置滑轨（12），滑轨（12）上设置有收料箱（13），收料箱（13）左侧顶部与挡板（11）右侧顶部之间活动连接有导料板（14）。
