(2) Clamping a workpiece: the heightening block 21 extends to a proper position, so that the height of the lower pressing block 23 is higher than that of the upper pressing block 27 and contacts with the bottom surface of a workpiece, at the moment, the manipulator air pressure rod 36 controls the manipulator 34 to release the workpiece, then the manipulator mounting seat 37 returns along the original path, the rotating rod 22 rotates to a proper angle, so that the workpiece can avoid the downward movement of the lower pressing block 23, then the heightening block 21 retracts to the original height, the lifting rod 26 rises to a proper height and is higher than the height of the workpiece, then the rotating rod 22 rotates to a proper angle, so that the side part of the workpiece is just positioned below the upper pressing block 27, the clamping air pressure rod 24 pushes the pushing block 25 to clamp through the upper pressing block 27, in order to prevent looseness, the pressing seat upright column 41 slides on the pressing seat sliding rail 40, the height of the bolt 43 is adjusted through the nut 44, and the pressing.
(3) Welding: through universal wheel 2 with base 1 removal to appointed welding position, main welding gun 15 can realize that each angle rotates, welds, and supplementary welding gun 19 assists the welding.
