Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,包括下述步骤:把不同的水果切丁;取红火龙果块放入榨汁机中榨汁;把切好的水果丁放入红火龙果汁中;再加入红豆、西米和燕麦;把鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水混合,将混合均匀的鱼胶粉加热,在鱼胶粉融化的过程中要不断地搅拌,直到完全溶解之后,把杂质和浮沫过滤掉;将所得的红火龙果汁水果捞与所得鱼胶粉混合,自然冷却后得成品。本发明在水果捞中加入红火龙果汁以及鱼胶粉可以使水果捞本身的营养价值大大增加,加入鱼胶粉后使口感得到提升,而加入红火龙果汁又赋予美感,让消费者在享受美味与健康的同时给消费者以视觉的冲击。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水果捞及制备方法,尤其涉及一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们对于健康认识以及食品口感的要求的提高,市场上出现了一种水果捞的产品,它是把几种水果切块并且加一些果酱、红豆、西米等一些辅料制作而成。
而对于市场上的水果捞而言,产品过于单一,除了让消费者享受水果本身的营养价值的摄入外再无其它的营养,从本质上来说,这与直接吃水果所摄入的营养价值是一样的,甚至市场上大多数水果捞的辅料所用的果酱等等都是添加了色素以及食品添加剂的,这样的水果捞对我们的身体不但没有益处,反而有害处。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,解决了现有技术中水果捞营养单一的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、把不同的水果切丁;
步骤2、取红火龙果块放入榨汁机中榨汁;
步骤3、把榨好的红火龙果汁倒入碗中;
步骤4、把切好的水果丁放入红火龙果汁中;再加入红豆、西米和燕麦;其中,水果、红火龙果汁、红豆、西米、燕麦的重量份数比为,水果:红火龙果汁:红豆:西米:燕麦=3-8:1-4:0.5-2:0.5-2:0.5-2;
步骤5、把鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水混合,鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水的重量份数比为,鱼胶粉:蜂蜜:清水=0.5-3:0.05-0.2:15-40;
步骤6、将步骤5中混合均匀的鱼胶粉加热,在鱼胶粉融化的过程中要不断地搅拌,直到完全溶解之后,把杂质和浮沫过滤掉;
步骤7、降温至50℃后,将步骤4所得的红火龙果汁水果捞与步骤6所得鱼胶粉混合;其中红火龙果汁水果捞与鱼胶粉的重量份数比为,红火龙果汁水果捞:鱼胶粉=5-15:1;
步骤8、将步骤7所得混合物,自然冷却后得成品。
本发明的优点效果如下:
鱼胶粉含有大量的胶原蛋白可以补充人皮肤所需的羟脯氨酸、羟赖氨酸等等,具有美容养颜抗衰老的作用。红火龙果汁中又含有一般蔬果中少有的植物性白蛋白,这种有活性的白蛋白会自动与人体内的重金属离子结合,通过排泄系统排出体外从而有解毒的作用。此外,白蛋白对胃壁还有着保护的作用。红火龙果中的芝麻状的种子有促进胃肠消化的功能,红火龙果果实和茎的汁对肿瘤的生长、病毒的感染及免疫反应的抑制等病症表现出了积极的作用。红火龙果汁还可以清热凉血,通便利尿,且含有大量的水溶性纤维,可以润肠通便,将体内多余的脂肪和毒素排除。红火龙果中的含铁量比一般的水果要高,铁是制造血红蛋白及其他铁质物质不可缺少的元素,摄入适量的铁质还可以预防贫血。红火龙果果实中的花青素含量较高,花青素是一种效用明显的抗氧化剂,能有效的防止血管硬化,从而可阻止心脏病的发作和血凝块形成引起的脑中风,它还能对抗自由基,有效的抗衰老;还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的发生。而水果中含有丰富的抗氧化物质维生素E和微量元素,可以滋养皮肤,其美容效果可不是一般化妆品可以比的,比如苹果中含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素、铁等营养元素,还含有较多的微量元素-镁。有利于皮肤红润光泽,有弹性。其中的维生素C能抑制黑色素的形成,并防止黑色素在人体皮肤内沉着。水果除了含有我们已知的营养素外,还富含大量天然植物化合物。这些物质可以调节解毒酶的活性,改善激素代谢,具有抗菌抗病毒的能力,并且发挥着延缓衰老的作用。比如猕猴桃,它富含维生素A,C,E以及人体必需的微量元素等营养成分,尤其是它所含的氨基酸,能帮助人体制造急激素,延缓衰老。由于水果中含有很多维生素,微量元素,所以还可以用来预防疾病,比如橘子,橘子味的甘酸性凉,具有开胃理气、止咳润肺的功效,对于口渴咽干、消化不良、干咳无痰等症状有一定的治疗效果。水果还能防治心血管病,并可阻遏强致癌物质亚硝酸铵的生长和癌细胞的增生,产生某种酶的活性。据资料分析,水果能促进消化,改善心肌功能,对维持人体内酸碱平衡起着调节作用。比如山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、强心、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;防治动脉硬化,防衰老、抗癌的作用。而有些水果中含有丰富的膳食纤维,纤维是不能为小肠所消化的碳水化合物,在结肠内,纤维可提供给肠腔营养物质,这有助于促进身体的新陈代谢以及帮助抑制食欲。比如柚子,它属于柑橘类,维生素C的含量丰富,而且纤维含量也很多,易产生饱腹感。然而它的热量却很低,可以和西瓜媲美。
在水果捞中加入红火龙果汁以及鱼胶粉可以使水果捞本身的营养价值大大增加,加入鱼胶粉后使口感得到提升,而加入红火龙果汁又赋予美感,让消费者在享受美味与健康的同时给消费者以视觉的冲击。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、把不同的水果切丁;
步骤2、取红火龙果块放入榨汁机中榨汁;
步骤3、把榨好的红火龙果汁倒入碗中;
步骤4、把切好的水果丁放入红火龙果汁中;再加入红豆、西米和燕麦;其中,水果、红火龙果汁、红豆、西米、燕麦的重量份数比为,水果:红火龙果汁:红豆:西米:燕麦=5:2:1:1:1;
步骤5、把鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水混合,鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水的重量份数比为,鱼胶粉:蜂蜜:清水=1:0.1:25;
步骤6、将步骤5中混合均匀的鱼胶粉加热,在鱼胶粉融化的过程中要不断地搅拌,直到完全溶解之后,把杂质和浮沫过滤掉;
步骤7、降温至50℃后,将步骤4所得的红火龙果汁水果捞与步骤6所得鱼胶粉混合;其中红火龙果汁水果捞与鱼胶粉的重量份数比为,红火龙果汁水果捞:鱼胶粉=10:1;
步骤8、将步骤7所得混合物,自然冷却后得成品。
实施例2
一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、把不同的水果切丁;
步骤2、取红火龙果块放入榨汁机中榨汁;
步骤3、把榨好的红火龙果汁倒入碗中;
步骤4、把切好的水果丁放入红火龙果汁中;再加入红豆、西米和燕麦;其中,水果、红火龙果汁、红豆、西米、燕麦的重量份数比为,水果:红火龙果汁:红豆:西米:燕麦=3:1:0.5:0.5:0.5;
步骤5、把鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水混合,鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水的重量份数比为,鱼胶粉:蜂蜜:清水=0.5:0.05:15;
步骤6、将步骤5中混合均匀的鱼胶粉加热,在鱼胶粉融化的过程中要不断地搅拌,直到完全溶解之后,把杂质和浮沫过滤掉;
步骤7、降温至50℃后,将步骤4所得的红火龙果汁水果捞与步骤6所得鱼胶粉混合;其中红火龙果汁水果捞与鱼胶粉的重量份数比为,红火龙果汁水果捞:鱼胶粉=5:1;
步骤8、将步骤7所得混合物,自然冷却后得成品。
实施例3
一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
步骤1、把不同的水果切丁;
步骤2、取红火龙果块放入榨汁机中榨汁;
步骤3、把榨好的红火龙果汁倒入碗中;
步骤4、把切好的水果丁放入红火龙果汁中;再加入红豆、西米和燕麦;其中,水果、红火龙果汁、红豆、西米、燕麦的重量份数比为,水果:红火龙果汁:红豆:西米:燕麦=8:4:2:2:2;
步骤5、把鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水混合,鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水的重量份数比为,鱼胶粉:蜂蜜:清水=3:0.2:40;
步骤6、将步骤5中混合均匀的鱼胶粉加热,在鱼胶粉融化的过程中要不断地搅拌,直到完全溶解之后,把杂质和浮沫过滤掉;
步骤7、降温至50℃后,将步骤4所得的红火龙果汁水果捞与步骤6所得鱼胶粉混合;其中红火龙果汁水果捞与鱼胶粉的重量份数比为,红火龙果汁水果捞:鱼胶粉=15:1;
步骤8、将步骤7所得混合物,自然冷却后得成品。
所述的水果可选取苹果、菠萝、香蕉、西瓜、草莓、芒果、猕猴桃、雪梨、樱桃、甜橙、水蜜桃、椰果、葡萄、荔枝、夏威夷木瓜、哈密瓜、奇异果、美国红提、吕宋芒、油桃等,并去皮。
Claims (4)
1.一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
步骤1、把不同的水果切丁;
步骤2、取红火龙果块放入榨汁机中榨汁;
步骤3、把榨好的红火龙果汁倒入碗中;
步骤4、把切好的水果丁放入红火龙果汁中;再加入红豆、西米和燕麦;其中,水果、红火龙果汁、红豆、西米、燕麦的重量份数比为,水果:红火龙果汁:红豆:西米:燕麦=3-8:1-4:0.5-2:0.5-2:0.5-2;
步骤5、把鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水混合,鱼胶粉、蜂蜜与清水的重量份数比为,鱼胶粉:蜂蜜:清水=0.5-3:0.05-0.2:15-40;
步骤6、将步骤5中混合均匀的鱼胶粉加热,在鱼胶粉融化的过程中要不断地搅拌,直到完全溶解之后,把杂质和浮沫过滤掉;
步骤7、降温至50℃后,将步骤4所得的红火龙果汁水果捞与步骤6所得鱼胶粉混合;其中红火龙果汁水果捞与鱼胶粉的重量份数比为,红火龙果汁水果捞:鱼胶粉=5-15:1;
步骤8、将步骤7所得混合物,自然冷却后得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,其特征在于所述的步骤4中,水果:红火龙果汁:红豆:西米:燕麦=5:2:1:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,其特征在于所述的步骤5中,鱼胶粉:蜂蜜:清水=1:0.1:25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有鱼胶粉的红火龙果汁水果捞的制备方法,其特征在于所述的步骤7中,红火龙果汁水果捞:鱼胶粉=10:1。
